I felt very comfortable talking about my late husband with her and knew that she actually cared about getting to know the person and understanding the complexities of the relationships those left behind have for the people she is memorializing. I received a cremation necklace from here and I love it! It's truly beautiful and I can't wait to wear it every day. I ordered Simple Dome Cremation Dangle Earrings in Sterling Silver,  Signature Heart Stud Cremation Earrings in 14K Yellow Gold and a Signature Heart Stackable Cremation Ring in 14K Yellow Gold to keep my dad close by me. The photo doesn't quite represent how beautiful they are. I love them and I love that I can be with something tangible of my dad in a beautiful and discreet way. The owner, Gina, provided excellent customer service. I visited her office prior to ordering these pieces and she was respectful in handling my dad's ashes, and kind and patient to suggest different options for me. She was also flexible with my requests about the thickness and length of the hooks and posts for the earrings and when to ship the finished jewelry to me. I first reached out to Gina about a year ago, after my heart dog Bella passed away. I’d searched the internet for companies like Gina’s, and even reached out to a few. But Gina was by far the best in terms of compassion and quality. I decided to order several items from her, including bracelets and a necklace. The pieces were beautiful and just wanted I wanted to reconnect with my Bella. I never imagined I would be reaching out again so soon after having my first pieces made, but then my second girl, Brandy, also passed away in February of 2022. I knew that I would have to have the same thing made from Brandy’s remains. Once again Gina delivered beautiful pieces that I cherish. I even had a gold ring made for my mom with Bella and Brandy’s ashes combined together. I now wear pendants with their ashes together everyday. It brings me a lot of comfort.
