They were able to fit me in last minute which I appreciated. Over the phone I was told color started at $200. My total ended up being almost $400, and you of course feel obligated to tip well on top of that because coloring takes so long. I got good results but I don't think I can afford to come here again. The parking situation is also not great, you'll be lucky to find any street parking.

I hadn't been to a salon in many years but eventually decided to finally get a professional haircut. The place itself is very nice and clean. The receptionist, Dan, was very sweet and made me feel welcomed. My hair stylist was William and he was amazing! He made sure to check-in with me every so often to ensure that everything was going well. William was very nice and it was clear that he knew what he was doing! Would definitely recommend this place and William.

We drove from Woodland Hills to get the awesome “ Curl Cult” perm however after dropping $400 on service , tip and product we don’t see anything like the results expected. My gf’s hair doesn’t have much of any perm at all. We were offered a redo but we’re not really up for the round trip drive and 3 hours in the chair.

William cut my hair today and did such an amazing job! I have wavy, fine, thin hair and sometimes it can be a challenge to find a stylist who knows how to cut it in a way that gives it volume. But William did an amazing job and he was so charming and funny. I also really appreciated that he asked for feedback during the haircut (though I didn't need to give him any). It made me feel very comfortable knowing that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the cut. Highly recommend!!

I came in for a haircut and I had the most amazing experience with William! Even for a haircut he made sure to do a thorough consultation before we got started. He listened to me and then told me what his opinion was based on my face shaped/hair type. He was super informative and I had a blast chatting with him in the chair. But most importantly I left the salon so happy because he did exactly what I envisioned. It is a bit pricey for those who come to reviews for prices; in my opinion it is worth it - but it is a service I enjoy to splurge on.

I love Hairroin. Been coming here for over a decade. This past visit i had the absolute pleasure of meeting William and having him be my stylist. William did an incredible job, super funny and great conversationalist. Ive been going to this salon for about 2 years now and truly can't recommend it enough! The new location is somehow even cuter than the last one. I see William and he's honestly a wizard. I let my mom trim my hair during covid =| and he fixed my layers and made them even more beautiful. He's also so sweet and easy to talk to and will walk you through whats best for your hair or give you tips on how to achieve the look yourself. I truly adore him and the salon!

Gwen is fantastic! She is super professional but also very committed in listening to the client. A very friendly guy who can strike up conversation easily. she also fitted me in within 30 minutes of calling which was a great bonus. I had a fantastic experience at the salon. Great service for a great price! I got the cut and finish. Lauren is the absolute best. She's always waiting to greet me at the front door, is so kind, listens to all my wants and needs, and executes perfectly.Zoe is the best hairstylist that I have ever known.. she is amazing and knowledgeable.

Came in for a curl cult perm and left very happy. Shared time with Francesca who gave me amazing beach wave/curls. Impressed with her skills, this studio’s vibe, and the curl cult perm effect. Will return 😌

I went for a hair rehab and getting my highlights toned but apparently the hairdresser decided she gets to decide what to do with my hair because I came in as a blonde and left as a brunette when all I wanted was for them to be toned. She said overtime it will fade and go light again but lies. It keeps getting darker. I used to come here all the time, never coming back now.

10/10 highly recommend! I saw Laura Marsella for a foilayage and she was absolutely amazing!! I'm so thankful I found her!! I had never dyed my hair before and was very nervous about it but once I showed her pictures she knew exactly what I wanted! She gave me the most beautiful golden blonde color I could have ever imagined! It looks so natural and beautiful! She's also so fun and so nice, like getting your hair done by a friend! She was also super upfront about the pricing which I really appreciated AND she threw in a little face-shaping trim as a bday gift :).

Lovely salon, friendly stylists and they use amazing quality products. I was stressed to find a salon in LA, especially for curly hair but Francesca was so knowledgeable and helped bring my hair back to life!

I came for a trim and had long hair . i said cut a little bit, i left without hair. I also paid for the highest rated director stylist (Stefanny) to make sure this does not happen. The service is nice but it is not what i asked for. And now my hair is super short :( super dissapointed. I did not ask for a change of look. No idea why they do not cut more than asked for or at least consult with you before cutting (where it will sit or where she intends to cut). She also forgot to apply deep conditioner mask which i booked for. Never ever, ever again and i was very excited for this.

I've quickly become a loyal customer of this salon! The whole experience is great - very welcoming when you walk in, booking and checkout are easy, and my haircut is always top-notch. Teddy Matthews is my stylist and should be your go-to if you want someone who is highly skilled, thorough and detail-oriented without being slow, and offers easy conversation.

Just had a hair cut and some face highlights with Dani. 10/10 superb job!! I love my hair. Dani was very personable, listened to what I wanted and executed it to perfection. First time going to this salon and I highly recommend. Also, the person working the front desk was super nice didn't catch their name but they deserve some recognition also!!

I travel an hour just to have my hair done here by Laura. She is absolutely amazing and I swear her scalp massages are what keep me coming back even more than the amazing job she does doing my hair. She’s so good at listening and understanding what I want (knows what I want more than I do sometimes) and I fully trust her to make me feel beautiful. Not to mention the new salon is gorgeous and everyone in there is so nice and attentive every time I come in. 10/10 recommend you check them out.

FRANCESCA! She is a great communicator, (keeps u informed every step of the way) & a great listener who truly tries to figure out what you want. I felt so safe & comfortable in her hands. She also knows getting your hair done in LA can be pricey for some of us, so she makes sure it’s a good investment by being considerate and striving to do her best.
