Personally, I love Chick-fil-A. Their lemonade is absolutely delicious 😋 Today, we ordered the 8 piece chicken nuggets combo meal with waffle fries and a lemonade, and the 3 piece chicken tenders meal with fries and a diet coke. Everything was fresh and yummy. No complaints whatsoever The restaurant was clean, and as soon as a table emptied, an employee hurried over and cleaned any mess that was left behind. We will absolutely come back to this location :)

I visited Chick-fil-A on E 3rd St on Sat Oct 15 at 10am. I wanted to order lunch, but they serve breakfast until 10:30am. I couldn’t back out of the drive thru, so even though I didn’t order anything, I still had to wait in line. I still like Chick-fil-A though.

I love their Spicy Delux Sandwich 🐔!! Always lines were long but they served fast. As everyone know, the Best chicken sandwich 👍🏻

Top of the line. It’s incredible what a little bit of attention to detail can do to just show excellent service. Quality of food is always good, management seems to know how to keep their employees motivated, establishment is always clean. There’s a reason why this particular restaurant chain has high marks all across the board throughout the country. Maybe the Taco Bell across the street can take some notes.

Me and my daughter stopped by this chicfila for dinner. Your team forgot to give us a shake so my daughter went inside to ask for it. While walking inside a female manager screamed at her to get out! Claiming the restaurant was closed, I checked online and this location was still open another 2 hours, it was only 8pm. How was my daughter expected to get her shake? We were trying to he kind and not clog up the drive thru because it was very busy. When my daughter came back to the car she was sobbing because the tone of the female manager was so aggressive. As customers we did nothing wrong, the door was unlocked. This isn’t the service I expect when coming to chicfila and moving forward we will unfortunately be going somewhere else. I’d hate for my daughter to have to endure more verbal abuse at the hands of your management team over a simple milkshake. NEVER GO TO THE CHICFILA ON COLLEGE!!!!!!

Bigotry is on display and for sale, if you support people's rights to their own identity, don't support this company by buying its products. Its breading on the chicken was thin and tasted like the cheap teriyaki flavoring from a China buffet, the wanna-be waffle fries were pale and soft, lacking any seasoning or crunch. The staff was quick and polite, the best part of the restaurant.

I have never been to a fast food establishment as organized and efficient as this. Food is always hot and fresh and people always super friendly!

Chick-fil-A just treats you so well. They make consistently good fast food (I love their Mac and cheese), they move the line along well, and they are pleasant the whole time. And to those who feel that eating a sandwich is a statement about one's values, I pity you.

I don't know about the atmosphere I really wasn't inside I went to the drive-thru on a Friday night it was packed and busy but they got us in and out in less than 8 1/2 minutes I know because that's the long as the YouTube video I was watching. The food was on par with most every other Chick-fil-A really good that's why I like it. I would say that the service and the staff were not only professional but speedy

They forgot to put my salad dressing in the bag with my order. When we called the made us come back and get it, waiting in line all over again, instead of delivering it to us 2 blocks away, wasting our entire lunch break.

Always a long line for drive-thru but they are so quick! The food here is good - typical chick fil a. The staff are all very friendly - typical chick fil a. If you like chick-fil-a you will be happy here!

My husband Jim got the cob salad, he had to dig out a lot of the lettuce, the ends were left on and it was so bitter he couldn't eat some of the salad. I got the chicken wrap, it was good. Our meals together with an order of their fries, and two drinks was expensive. We usually get the spicy chicken sandwich, we should have stuck with what we usually get.

The Chick-fil-A in Bloomington is always hopping. There were 3 drive-thru lanes, but it moved quickly. The staff takes your order way before the window, and you can use your electronic wallet to pay, and if you want a receipt, it is printed out right there. Very efficient. The staff was friendly and didn't seem to be put out by the large crowd. And the food was hot and fresh! Very good experience!

Love the food but they always are super busy, with a line out in the street, so I usually just drive by and think, well maybe another day when it's not busy 😂, that never happens.

I just love how accessible it is from all sides, the parking space, the spacious and efficient drive through. Not to mention the warm atmosphere inside and friendly staff. The food is fresh and tasty. I just love this spot!

The East Side CFA is the standard by which all CFAs and all restaurants for that matter should strive to attain. The staff is awesome, the food is consistently what you'd expect and the drive-thru is amazingly fast. CFA in general is hard to beat for something quick, Bloomington East CFA is a no-brainer.

I really like the food at Chick-fil-A. The staff here are always very friendly. They have Christmas music playing around Christmas time. I will definitely be back. Thank you again for your kind and courteous staff!!

Tried the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal, which included a spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a drink. The sandwich was hands down a 10/10. Also, the sauces they have are exceptionally good, especially the chick fil A sauce and the ranch. Would highly recommend to others.

Always friendly and awesome people working here. Love the food and my dogs who go everything me really enjoy the chicken nuggets. The sugar free lemonade is always to die for. But not really or I couldn't come back to get more.

The food was good. Service decent. They forgot one item in my order and corrected it fairly quickly. This store is located near a college campus, so it was fairly busy when we arrived. Our order took a bit longer because of that.

I have been there twice and both times got food poisoning. The first time I was not 100% sure if thats what caused it but yesterday thats all I had eaten so I know it was from there. Not sure if they are not cleaning right or if they not washing there hands but I wont be eating there again

I rarely eat Chick-fil-A because it is too expensive for my budget. However, this morning while I was working I decided to order myself the Hashbrowns scramble bowl. My first time trying it. I will admit, it was very, very good. For fast food breakfast. The eggs were not stiff like they are from McDonald’s, they were soft and fresh tasting like homemade scrambled eggs. It was quite a delicious bowl of goodness, but for the price I think the bowl should be a little fuller than it was. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about this food item. I know Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches, amazing waffle fries and now I know they serve a delicious breakfast scramble bowl. For fast food, you can’t beat Chick-fil-A. They are pricey but you get what you pay for I guess.

Only gave atmosphere a three cause we went through drive thru. Any time I have been in any chick FIL a it has always been a five. Great clean atmosphere anytime I have been inside.

I ordered my food online 11/25/22 - Mac and cheese was nearly empty I’ve gone several times and they always fill my Mac and cheese so I was confused when I opened it. I wish I took a picture of the two chicken tenders/strips they gave me those was not the lords chicken but the devils chicken they gave a two very skinny pieces I honestly never complain because it’s always good I just feel like because it was online and not in person I was given small amounts of food I had to pay extra for delivery which they already came with my food cold but the fact there wasn’t even any food in it to begin with very disappointing

This was a pleasant experience. I am not typically in this geographical area however that was different this day. They have a very weird drive through set up and parking. The staff was quick to take our order and provide our drinks. However, the food took a long time to come out by Chick-fil-A standards. My companion that day ordered before I did but did not get her food until I was probably Halfway done with mine. We did ask an employee to Check on this ad they bring your food out to your table. He said he would but never returned to our table even when we saw him out and about the dining room and speaking to other patrons. That really is the only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5. The food was hot and did taste delicious. Just the experience could of been somewhat better on this day.

Busiest Chick-fil-A I have ever seen. The staff still get you your food quickly and kindly despite this. Food is great.

Honestly the food is way over hyped. Burger king's chicken sandwiches have more flavor. Plus I don't really like funding religious cults. The only good part was their fries. Thats what earned them the second star.

I haven't been to this place before, I usually get intimated by the many long lines. The lines do go fast I was surprised to see. I happen to go on a slow day and got served by many smiling faces. The chicken was amazing and my daughter and I both liked that they have waffle fries! The lemonade was on point and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Chik fil a is amazing. Their service is phenomenal. They are the place you compare other customers experiences to. They have set the bar at a level that other eating establishments can only hope to achieve. The food is great, the staff is friendly and kind, the restaurant is clean, and can we talk about how efficient they are? So so good!!

Best manager there.. went above and beyond.... printed out a the list of ingredients due to an allergy to a certain red dye... then came to our table to let us know that one of the others items we had ordered had this same red dye! Saved us a trip to the hospital or worse! Great food! Great service!

One star for their polite staff. The vegetarian crispy chicken patties I buy from Fresh Thyme are tastier, cruelty free, and don't fill the pockets of conservative evangelicals

Bizarre experience. We walked in at 8:40 pm after the drive thru attendant told us the dining room was open. As we were ordering, the worker told us the dining room closed at 9:00 pm. No problem. I have worked in food before, multiple establishments. At 9:00 pm ON THE DOT a worker came to our table and told us it was 9pm and we needed to leave. She told us she could get us bags. She then walked to the door where other patrons were standing and shoo’ed them (essentially) out of the restaurant- I overheard something to the effect of you can’t stand up here because others will think we are open. Like I said, I have worked in multiple restaurants and understand but THE AUDACITY! One of the workers told us they were asked to do this by upper management and it was due to Insurance. So, the only establishment in America with an insurance policy like this? I have never seen anything like it! I definitely expect better service from Chik-Fil-A. The breakdown of the food service industry is absolutely mind blowing. I would have been fired for asking patrons to leave in the multiple restaurants I worked at.

THE BEST service in town, hands down will always be going to this Chick-fil-A location. They are dedicated to making sure the line never stops moving, while still taking the time and care to properly prepare each meal as if they were making food fit for a king.

I submitted an online order via the app. We were missing an entire meal as well as sauce. The drive through was almost empty. There’s no reason that if the food is checked from line to line that this happened. Waste of time, gas, and money!

Great handmade lemonade. The line will be long BUT this location has it figured out quite well and you'll have your food in 5 minutes

I love Chick-fil-a! I have never had a bad experience there. I have been in Bloomington for 6 months now and have experienced issues with mobile pick up multiple times. This evening went to pick up an order and sat in the road for 10 min waiting to pull past the drive through line to building entrance. There were so many cars backed up all directions that people just trying to get through to Target couldn’t pull in and out. During this time I observed the team members taking orders all the way to the back but not moving cars forward while taking order. When I finally got thru I mentioned that to two team members walking in- granted they were teenagers and not person I should address but mentioned to them as they were walking in- they were laughing pretty hard by the time they got to the door. I wasn’t trying to make anyone feel bad but I do feel owner/operator could do something to improve this situation that has happened to me at least 6-8 times when I have picked up. I usually go to Southport store in Indianapolis and this is how they do it and they are higher volume- way more efficient and usually in and out within 5 minutes. Maybe another entrance for mobile orders? Chick-fil-a is known for customer service and I’m sure they will figure out a way to improve this.
