I’m writing this post because I wanted to thank Dr.Davis for what happened the other day. I had a longer than normal wait time in the office and I wrote a review complaining about what had happened. I’ve been Dr:Davis’s patient for around 4-5 years. The day after I posted the review Dr.Davis called me and addressed my complaint on a very personal and professional level. He asked me what I thought could be better about his office and his whole practice because he said he wants to be the best he can be. He apologized for my concerns and also came up with solutions for all of them. The way Dr.Davis handled the whole thing was so refreshing and positive.

Today was my one week septoplasty and turbinate reduction post operation appointment. Everything went great during the day of the procedure by Dr Davis, S. I was released home the same day from the hospital with minimal bleeding or pain. As soon the nose splints were removed today, I felt like “a new human”! I could BREATHE clearly through both sides of my nose! I want to say thank you to all the doctors and medical staff of the BREATHE CLEAR INSTITUTE for creating this life changing event. -Carlos D.

I was very fortunate to be referred to Dr Steven Davis, ENT, by my primary physician for breathing issues that led to poor quality sleep and snoring. I was offered an opportunity to take part in a clinical trial to repair my deviated septum, which was the root cause of my poor sleeping issues. This procedure did not require traditional surgery and I had minimal down time. I could immediately breath better within 1-2 days. I can sleep on both sides at night, whereas before, only on one side. I'm more refreshed when I wake up and more productive during the day since this procedure. What snoring? Dr Steven Davis is amazing! He has wonderful bedside manners. I have only had to see him twice, but he was able to fix my problem both times I left his office a very satisfied patient. He was knowledgeable, gentle and skilled. The gentleman at the front desk answering phones was both professional and empathetic; he was extremely helpful in getting me in to see Dr Davis as soon as possible. Excellent bedside manner from Dr. Davis and his team! He and the nurse clearly talked me through the entire groups of procedures and made me feel at ease when I was struggling. I felt no pressure, which absolutely helped! Dr.Davis even followed up later the same evening just to check in which was really appreciated!

Dr. Davis has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is also very professional. I have noticed significant improvement in my breathing after my procedures. Thank you very much!

Horrible, doctors were nice and all, but I got cauterized due to nosebleeds. And when I was suppose to be numb, I felt the entire thing. The nurse and doctor were aware as tears were coming out the entire time, nurse was wiping my tears the entire procedure, and they didn't give me anything for the aftermath, nothing for the pain they put me through nor for recovery. I'm making sure I don't ever come back and if I do ill make sure it's with a different doctor.

What a pleasure working with Dr. Steven Davis, ENT, Torrance, CA, and his wonderful staff. I went in for a deviated septum consultation after many years of blocked breathing that caused poor sleep, loss of focus and fatigue. I was offered a procedure to resolve this problem that was "much less invasive" than widely used to repair a deviated septum. "Less is more" and I'm so happy with the results! I could immediately breath better during sleep, exercise and during the day which has made a powerful impact on my energy, focus and attitude.
