To start with,the food is amazing,its so good and a lot of foods from different countries,like greek food and lebanese food!The service is amazing,the waiters and staff are really kind and nice.The food takes about 5-10 minutes to finish which is a normal time and food finishes at that time.Atmosphere is great its really nice.The place is clean and the seats are comfortable,there are even some basketball hoops and different games to play while waiting for your food!Everyone really needs to visit this place,the food is so good,staff and waiters are so kind,atmosphere is great.Guys this place is a 5 star restaurant no doubt about that.

Monroe's chicken is a gem in Liberia! Their fried chicken is as good if not better than any place you can find in America, and their portions are huge. Highly recommend the cordon blue pizza, which is loaded with ham and chicken. Service is some of the best in Liberia, and when I ordered a pizza for delivery they even asked if I was okay to eat ham, which is very courteous for those who may have religious dietary restrictions.

Very well run, top notch waiters. I just wished Monroe owners could train other Liberian restaurants on management and service. Not only were the waiters attentive, they did not ask for tips which I've noticed some restaurants do. I'm more inclined to leave a tip if not asked if the service was good. Also I love the music and the videos playing. Personal thanks to our waiter Charles (with the dimples). He deserves a raise!

When I visited Monroe Chicken, I experienced incredibly poor service. It took over 10 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge me, and that only happened because I had to call him over myself. I ordered fresh juice, and it took more than 45 minutes to be served. As for the food, I don't even wanna mention how long it took cuz I'm so pissed. To make matters worse, this all happened on a Sunday when the place wasn't even busy. The lack of customers made the poor service even more unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend Monroe Chicken if you expect professional service. It's really sad to see such terrible customer service

Had a wonderful dinner here. Food was so good and my husband loved the Draft Club Beer and Philly Cheese Steak. I had the grape leaf appetizers plus the crispy chicken sandwich and they were delicious! Play place for kids and restrooms on first level. Each floor has a different dinning experience. Really enjoyed the sit-down restaurant. Ready to go again!

Had a great family lunch at Monroe Chicken and Bar. Living in Southern Italy and not getting a chance to have chicken had taken a toll on me, but Monroe uplifted my spirits again and the food was delicious. The service was prompt and professional and we got our food in no time. The place is decorated with wonderful works from various artists showcasing their talents. There is a game room downstairs for the kids and a nice open air bar on the third floor.

Wow !!! An amazing lunchtime here today. It's my second visit so I can conveniently review the place with confidence. The service and waiters are amazing really. The waiters are all on alert,no one sitting or standing idly around. They care about the clients meal and time here. They are well trained for the job I'll say. The same waiter served me the last time,he did well. I will like to list the highlight of the place at lunchtime today; *very tasty and freshly fried chicken and French fries. Fresh from the oven *The loyalty card *Nice ambience *Table service(serving clearing cleaning) top class Transport either private or public is good to access the place,the location is excellent. One thing is that it's not accessible to wheelchair or other special need. It's upstairs.
