There was three drivers in front of me when i got here to my 8 o clock appointment and it took a while to sign in. It wasn’t the office lady’s fault it was the drivers Make sure you got driver license ready and pick up # ready pick up # should contain 7 digits I had to wait for all three of them because one didnt understand the three questions it was asking the other couldnt provide proper pick up # I’m just here to deliver for Invacare medical supplies. Big parking lot if you feel like coming early and wait Easy to back up into dock’s Front desk office lady is nice understandable Took me more likely 2 min to sign in . Just other drivers aren’t ready.

Brandon is a bad person he is always threatening us with taking our jobs and since alba is never around she doesn’t do anything about it just like the other day he got someone in trouble for what he told them to do but it’s ok I got a lawsuit coming.. alba told a girl that got hurt to tell the doctors that she got her period so that she wouldn’t say she got hurt at work alba is always doing things like that and she patty’s and drinks with Brandon so they do all that illegal stuff together at work

If you love your family and don't wanna go home and argue everyday, then definitely don't work here. Management, supervision, and leads everywhere in this warehouse located in Ontario are all jokes. Harassment and favoritism are the 2 words that describe their motto here. Good luck future employees, at least 2 people get fired and walked out in shame per week.

It’s never failed every time I am here I hate this place people let you stand behind the window for over a 40 minutes never look and asking you horrible customer service treating truck drivers very very bad I am talking about (w5) . Not coming here again R&B . Are not truckers friendly place to be

It’s mid Dec 2022. Due to road construction in the area and my gps taking me to the wrong place, I was about 15 mins late. There is no signage about which door to go to, so I waited for someone to show up and say I was at the wrong door. With that said they are making me wait due to being late, there’s only 2 other trucks here. Been waiting for 3 hrs. I’m sure if I was on time I would still be waiting.

Very slow 7 hours to load half a trailer. You can only check in 30 min before your appointment but they take their time to load you. On the good side they have a staging area inside

If you have time to wait make sure to puck up a load from here

Ladies in front have no commutations skills and one of them takes a hour to check a person in the guy from the earlier shirt is calm

Worst place ever! Ladies in front don't know how to talk or even know they are at work, why are they working at a position where you need communication skills but seems like they have none and haven't been taught or trained. If you're picking up load from here it will be worst experience, even if they can load you they won't. Please replace your front staff otherwise people won't want to come here. Very rude disrespectful ladies in front at check in probably have miserable time at home take it out at work not sure

I picked loads from many warehouses. But this warehouse is the worst. The check in check out lady does not have the sense to speak. She worked very slowly. It takes 25 to 30 minutes for one person to check in and check out. I have never seen such a slow person in my life. forklift staff very good.

The driver check in office is very s down I recommend all trucks driver plz do not waste your great value time here for pickup
