I've been a huge fan of this place. I work at LAC+USC so it was always so convenient to order a head and pick it up. But the last I came here on my time off there was a roach in my wife's pho. Never in my entire life have I ever came across a bug being in my food. I'm not sure if it jumped in when it was being served or if they cooked the pho with the roach in there. But it was disgusting. Never again will I dine here again. All I can warm future customer is inspect your pho closely.

Got the number 6 Pho with rare steak and beef balls added some shrimp.. of course what's makes the soup is the spices you add but it was the prefect take out for a chilly evening

I cannot say that it is the best pho that I’ve had compared to other places that I’ve tried. This Pho had an odd taste and flavor. My wife enjoyed their Thai ice tea with boba though. The fried rice was good but shrimp was still cold and rice was burned. I was upset and surprised on the good reviews this place has to be honest. lol

Down to earth authentic Chinese home cooking. Simple menu, clean environment, nice people, and good prices. Ask them to customize the spice level if you’re sensitive towards spicy food.

The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly! The price is right, too. Definitely a small family business worth supporting

Hidden gem! After years of passing by this establishment we finally went today. Super delicious and flavorful. We are stuffed! We can’t wait to go back and try the ramen and other sushi dishes.

Pho was very good. No ambiance and bad fluorescent lighting, but the soup was flavorful and hit the spot. Am always a bit suspect when sushi is offered at a Vietnamese restaurant, so did not try it.

New owner as of a week ago. The staff and new owner are from china. The menu seems directionless and the pho shows that. But maybe the chinese portion of their menu is worth trying.

The worst pho I’ve ever had in my life. Tasted like sink water, moldy mint and the rare beef was not rare at all & not only cold but horrendously over cooked. Noodles were one solid block. Sushi was decent but the avocado was hard and the sushi were the size of my arm. Ordered through Uber eats and luckily they gave a refund.

This is my 3rd or 4th time getting pho here over the last 4 years. Every time I have gone back, the pho was not as good as the previous time. I agree with a previous comment that the broth and meat were just flavorless. I also ordered fries for my son and the first couple were okay, but the rest tasted like the lid for the salt shaker fell off as they were so salty, we couldnt eat 1/4 of them, not to mention it was a really small order. My friend ordered the ramen and said it was just ok. The only reason I didn't give 1 star this time was that I also ordered the Alaska Roll, which was really good. This time, the service was bad too. I ordered online via their website and showed up right at the pickup time. On arrival, the woman asked if I wanted to order. I said no, I already did and am here to pick it up. She stared back at me blankly and asked my name. I told her and she started poking at her tablet before calling back to the kitchen. A guy came out and they spoke in Japanese and he shrugged his shoulders. I showed her my email confirmation and after a few more minutes of messing with her tablet, she says it will be 15 minutes. I asked what the issue was and she used her phone to translate that their network was down and the order didn't come through. During the 15 minutes I was waiting, there were 2 or 3 other people who came to pick up their delivery orders without any issues. Finally my order is ready and I go to pay and she tells me how much and I say, no, it should be this much, again showing my phone receipt. She again confers with the guy in the back and finally changes the price. No apology, no discount, didn't throw anything in. That was it.

I love their California rolls! Super fresh and tasty! Their customer service not so much.. they can be very stingy with the sauces.

Small hidden place. Their Pho was so delicious. Specially on a cold rainy day. It hit the spot. I tried some of their sushi rolls and it was delish. I recommend this spot, have to check it out!

I love this place only issue the phone number listed for them isn't connected. I had the shrimp fried rice and it was so good. Even my 2yr old who is super picky loved it. The pho is very good also.

Spam musubi is good. The Thai tea is good. They're the main reasons this didn't only get one star because the ramen, the one thing i really wanted, was horrible. There was nothing especially wrong with it per se it just had an awful flavor. Ive been to many ramen places, made it myself at home, etc. The closest thing ive gotten to "bad" ramen was just ramen that was kinda bland. No biggie. But the garlic tonkatsu ramen from here just straight up tastes bad. I wish i could accurately describe the taste. Very disappointed

Don't be fooled by it's appearance from outside, their Pho is really good and price is reasonable. It's perfect for lunch or easy dinner. It's quite surprising to find an Asian restaurant around LAC/USC hospital. Worth a try and you'll be loving it like I do. BTW, they also make Japanese food.

I don't eat here regularly even though I live in the area I do eat once maybe twice a month we have always ordered the shrimp crunch roll and the spicy tuna crunch roll has always been good unfortunately today there was a difference in our food and not for the best, the shrimp was almost not a show in the roll and the spicy tuna was dry and a very much smaller roll than usual we ordered a beef lo mein and once again the beef didn't get invited to the dish however the black pepper was overwhelming in this dish enough to clear my sinuses guess thats a plus.

Horrible customer service. Dirty floors. The kid behind the counter was texting while making rolls. His phone was on the sushi cutting board. I should have left right there and then. The pho broth was really lacking in flavor. No soup spoons that you typically get from pho spots. Plastic spoons instead.
