I am still going STRONG! There are many aspects to Chick-Fil-A that make them unique. The incredibly fast drive-thru, the service, the respect their employees have for their customers, and the fact that they are closed on Sundays as a day to rest and worship. The core values are evident in every transaction. They are consistently respectful to their customers and other associates. Whatever training they receive and the work environment creates a charming atmosphere to conduct business. At Chick-fil-A, they always make everyone feel welcome. Their food is always warm and ready to eat, and they have many options for even the picky eaters. They are masters of traffic control and make every visit a memorable one. The manager at this location is super involved and leads by example. Approachable and appreciative of your patronage. He takes excellent care of the store and epitomizes the term "service with a smile."

What's not to like in this place?! Every location I've been this far has been consistently good. From the welcome gestures to seating, the staff at Chick-fil-a gets 100% each time. Food almost always comes out with speed, hot and delicious!! If you have not been, do yourself a favor and go now...no, for real...like stop reading this and GO NOW!! P.S. make sure you get that original sauce. IT'S THE BEST!!

I wasn’t impressed. Staff were talking and I was standing there waiting to order. The tables were dirty. I asked a staff if they had something to clean the table with. They did come and clean it. The fries were good but something about the breading in the chicken. It tasted funny. I believe I became sick from the food. I won’t be back.

I love Chick-fil-A and I normally come to this Chick-fil-A because it’s the closest one to New York. I get home excited to eat my food and as I am eating my fried I see a freaking BAND-AID it was by far the most disgusting thing ever I swear I though this was a joke but no and here is a picture to prove it.. to the employee that lost their band-aid well I found it on my fries 🤢🤢🤢

Loved it 👍♥️👏. I have not seen any chik-fil-a this fast. The associates taking the order were so patient and polite and the person who delivery the food to the car was so kind. I was amazed as they are standing in this cold outside for this many hours the associate were so welcoming. They should receive a good bonus. Great job 👏 to the manager who manages the location very organized and quick and friendly service. LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️

No matter what day or time we visit the food is always delicious and hot. The workers are friendly and well trained and management knows what they're doing. We never wait long, 5 minutes max.

What can I say that hasn't been said about Chick-fil-A. Great service, fast delivery on food, and the staff at this location was on top of their game. Respectful, and diligent. The diner was very clean. Highly recommend.

Always fond of chick-fil-a but this one has such a cute outside seating! Enjoying their spicy chicken biscuit breakfast with a side of crispy hash browns and coffee! Crisp air & outside decor adds to the experience

Probably the only fast food place where the food looks like the pictures. You guys forgot the bacon on my last order though🥲 But I forgive you since you rarely mess up.

There food is always fresh and tasty. The service is really fast and that says a lot because they stay busy. 10/10.

Food is always hot and ready to go, this time i went for the spicy deluxe chicken, pretty good with a nice amount of heat. Drive thru line is always moving so i opt for that instead, i have not been inside, will update review when it happens.

They were so quick and organized even with the lunch rush and very nice, manager was even handing out bags to help out, with a smile the whole time, was awesome staff

Everyday consistently perfect. The kids they have taking orders are always polite and fast. .the food is always great. The line goes very quick and they never mess up.

I hate going here but I do. My kids love the fries, I love the veggie wrap and milkshakes. We don't go often but it's well run and the food is always good. If they stopped donating to "family first" aka anti LGBT I would go more.

The customer service via the drive through is amazing. They triple check your order, and call you by name. They all have smiles on their faces and I have to say, I'm impressed. Keep doing what your doing!

Quick, whether drive thru or dine in. Food is always fresh, whether it's lunch time or closing time. Friendly service always. Good job. For a business which is still expanding Chik-fil-a is always a great meal! New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, in each of these states this is still my go to for a travel meal.

Busy place but the professional employees kept everything moving smoothly. They have some great employees here always smiling, very polite. My first time going to this chick filet and I'll definitely be going back. food was fresh, hot and delicious. I'd recommend for sure.

Line moved fast and food was really good as usual. The tables in the seating area were not so clean so we just ate on the car in the parking lot.

Order breakfast combo. They was out of hash brown. The want to change me an additional fee for them not having what I oder. I was very disappointed 😞 but as usual.. They corrected the issue. And it did not to long. It was a young person who was the manager or supervisor. It took her a minute to understand. Services in the north is so much different than the south.

The setup and customer service are amazing. Best for quick friendly service available across all fast food chains. More locations are need in New York near Westchester and Rockland Counties because it's either Manhattan, New Jersey or a new Rest Stop location in Yonkers that closes early. Only con with the food is that it's a little salty so customers with even pre-hypertension will have a headache and high reading after eating it, so that limits who can eat it and how often. I usually have it maybe every 2 months and I don't have blood pressure issues. Something to keep in mind and adjust to appeal to more customers and get more frequent visits from existing customers.

Even though the line in the drive-thru was long, we got our food SUPER Fast. There are many team members from the moment you arrive. And the order was Very Correct. They have something good going here.

Finally stopped here for my first time. I've had my share of fast food chicken sandwiches over the years and this was one of the best. Service was excellent. The only other chicken sandwich in its range would be at Popeye's.

Wow were they fast! The drive through was super long, so I decided to go in. I thought the line was going to be long but it wasn't. Its because the employee that took my order, and I'm sure the others, were very efficient! I had my food withing 5 minutes (i think less honestly) of placing my order.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. As we were coming into the bathroom, an employee was leaving out, and another was in one of the stalls. Someone urinated on the floor and which flowed to the other stall, and some nasty winch left her bloody kotex exposed, and blood drop let's on the floor. Some females are just plain nasty, and I couldn't imagine how your home looks.

Fast and kind service, best fast food restaurant, nice experience. Price a little high for a chicken burger.

Efficient and accurate. Plus they had gluten-free buns! This place was packed. We thought we would walk in to find a long line. This was not the case. It was super efficient. We waited maybe 5 minutes for our food.

Nothing like a Frosted Lemonade on a hot afternoon. The service is great by anyone else's standards, though I've seen friendlier Chic Fil-A employees... All in all a great experience and worth driving a bit further than usual for the food and FAST service

This is my first time ever eating Chick-fil-a and man it was delicious. Not only was the food good but the place was excellent. The location was clean. The staff was super friendly. The wait time was not bad as well. Plenty of parking as well. The tab was a bit pricy. Over $50 to feed three people. But besides that, the food was amazing.

Drove almost 30 min and waited around 15 min for the food. They didn’t give me the sandwich that i paid for but gave me the fries and the drink. BUT after the complaint it didn’t take them more than 1 minute to answer and they did give me 2 coupons to replace the food so will be back :)

Great food as always. Fast service. Great outdoor eating area, that you'd think would be too noisy because of Rte 17, but is really quite nice. Definitely will stop the next time I'm driving through.

My wife and daughter LOVE chick-fil-a. I think their nuggets and fries are good, but wouldn't go out of my way for them. What IS spectacular is their service. Their drive through runs with efficiency unparalleled in today's service industry. The staff taking orders are incredibly friendly and helpful and that level of service is consistent across the brand

Chic-fil-a is always great. All of the locations are run well, are clean, and the staff is always friendly. Food is consistent between locations and this spot is no different. Parking can be a bit tough at this one in particular but worth a visit.

I'll have it to Chick-fill-A, they provide a unique experience: pulling into a drive thru, you wouldn't expect a team of iPad equipped staffers walking up to your car to take your order; but that's just what happened! It was my first visit so I wasn't familiar with the menu. In the interest of speed I asked for a classic chicken sandwich, no pickles and chicken tenders on the side. The young lady that took my order was friendly and helpful. She made the sandwich a meal and I tried a peach refresher (not sure if that's what it's called): A mix of sweet tea and lemonade with some peach flavoring. Why only 4 stars? I'll tell you after the order was taken, I was disappointed with the delivery team, not friendly or conversational at all. The sandwich was dry and unimpressive. I've been to two other chicken establishments whose sandwiches crushed this one. The tenders were fine; just fine. The refresher was refreshing, so not all bad. I'm not sure I'll be returning to Chick-fil-A.

Thank God the grilled nuggets are good and I redeemed them for points because the size of them in a 5-piece doesn't justify $4.

We ordered on the app and food was ready when we got there. Everything that correct, except we were missing our selected sauces. Needed to grab straws for the kids meal milks as we were on the run. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was a well-oiled machine and wait times seemed low even at peak hour. Inside was very nice as well. No complaints about this location, though, their kids meals could be more kid friendly. Difficult to serve little kids a meal out of a big bag on the go. Company could do better to make it easier for parents. Enough parking.
