Stay away and don't become a member with them - they will overcharge your credit card based on hidden language in their terms and conditions as they already did for many members. UPDATE after owners reply: You say that I post Lies??? while the manager claims that he understands the clients frustration fully but the owner doesn't let him refund. the excuse is that if I would have read the fine language when signing up I would find this fee WHILE I WAS TOLD LOUD THAT I WON'T BE CHARGED.... SO, WHO'S LYING? I BELEIVE IT'S MORE WORTH FOR YOU TO STEAL AND HAVE CLIENTS UPSET.... GOOD DECISION!

I had a terrible experience with The Vibes Center and would strongly recommend to STAY AWAY from this place or you might get ripped off Here is my story: I was initially charged $95 for a one-month membership, but after the first month ended, I got a call from them asking if I would like to continue for another month, which I declined. However, two months later, I noticed two additional unauthorized charges on my account. I disputed these charges with my bank, but instead of resolving the issue, I received a call from The Vibes Center asking me to cancel the dispute and promising to refund me instead, which I did. Despite this promise, I did not receive a refund and instead noticed two more charges. When I called to inquire about these charges, I was transferred to different departments multiple times and was given empty promises of refunds that were never fulfilled. The owner did get in touch with me and promised to take care of it and refund me for the four months I was overcharged, but here I am, 6 months later, and still waiting for my money. I would recommend staying away from this place if you don't want to get overcharged.

The membership prices is only worth it if you want to come a few times a week and do a commitment for 12 months I wanna come on Sundays and don't want to do a commitment for a year so i can't get a reasonable price it's very sed i have been their a couple of times and it's really a nice place they should have a more options for membership packages.

As a long-time resident of the county, I enjoyed LifePlex for many years. The service was great and the customers were made to feel like family. The prices were affordable and the services, classes, and equipment offered were excellent. It was a sad day when COVID put them out of business. The new ownership has a “menu” of options at escalating prices that make it out of range or just not worth it. And the decision to divide the hours by gender makes it very inconvenient. There were always (at least for the last several years) separate locker rooms, exercise rooms, classes, and pool hours. Those who wanted to exercise with spouses or friends had that option, while those who wanted to be segregated could readily do so. I don’t understand why men and women cannot be in the building at the same time. Another hit to the life style of those seeking reasonable choices in our town.

The place is beautiful, well designed and clean, with a good vibe, friendly and spacious the only reason I give it a 4 star is because the price, it’s really expensive in my eyes but besides this it’s 10 stars! I will put it this way if you go for a membership it’s not that expensive but if you go for one time it’s really really expensive!

Nice complex, man behind the counter is very nice. Weight room is large but very messy at 6am before it’s even really used 🧐. Pool is nicely sized at 25m long with 4 wide lanes, not so busy in the morning. Locker rooms are really big but are not very nice. Showers are ok, bring your own shampoo and soap, theirs feels like dish soap. Day rate for teens is around $19, a bit expensive but worth it, monthly membership is very expensive especially because hours are split and limited.

I’m grateful that someone actually made a kosher gym in monsey, finally. It’s a important and vital community necessity. I hope they will grow and be a great community resource while listening to the communities needs! Loads and loads of Hatzlacha.

What a beautiful place extremely convenient to make a full weekend event plenty of rooms and especially the open area highly recommended

They advertise as if this is a brand new modern facility "two dry saunas, two wet saunas- plenty of showers and spacious high-tech locker rooms. Guests can further relax in our soothing Solarium (calm room)" when in fact it's an old place, the pool is as old as it gets and the water in it even older. I only saw there one dry sauna and one wet one, maybe they were hiding the others, now of course there is no solarium (if they know the meaning at all) it's just a room with some uncomfortable chaise lounges and these genuies planners placed this room at the exact space where you enter to the locker rooms were there is always lots of traffic so it's definitely not a quiet space, oh and about the high tech lockers, no there aren't any, it's just the same old lockers that you have to bring your own lock if you want your belongings safe. Update: so I received this reply from the owner basically confirming everything I wrote (besides that I missed the 2 saunas) that it is an old place, that they do false advertising that they have high-tech lockers which they do not have, they don't have a solarium which means a sun room, it's just a darkroom with lounges which they should call a quiet room not a solarium, but as confirmed by them it is not quiet it is located in the most trafficked area. Now it looks like you have an issue with me posting negative reviews on other businesses, it is true that I do post some negative reviews, well that is the whole purpose of reviews, to be honest so people get a real picture of the establishment, there is not a single review that I posted which is not a hundred percent accurate. People have a right to know the truth why are you knowingly advertising lies, you know that you have not installed any high-tech lockers as you admitted in your reply, not that I need it and not that I care on this minor detail, but why are you advertising that you do have when we all know that you don't. Shame on you.

I think this is the only gym in the world that ppl come to to get fatter. First of, let me just say one thing about this place-if ur actually looking to work out then this place is great cuz every night the fitness room is like practically empty while the sauna is popping. However membership is really expensive and not worth it, 100 bucks a month and u have to commit for 3 months. Also what I didn’t like is how the entire sauna and pool area became a regular Mikva. That’s a little crazy and u guys should update the policies especially since there’s like little kids that come to use the pool and they have to walk right past this. The overall condition of the place is ok, but the gym got everything u need and great equipment so again if ur just coming to work out then I would def recommend it. Additionally the trainers are nice friendly guys and give u advice free of charge. Overall my ratings only a 3 cuz first off the sauna situation is a little retarted and u guys are pretty overpriced.
