My
girlfriend
had
an
appointment,
as
I
waited
in
line
with
her
we
saw
the
front
desk
staff
have
an
attitude
and
rude
comments
with
every
single
patient.
After
getting
past
the
front
desk
we
wait
for
an
hour
after
our
appointment
before
finally
being
called
into
triage
where
the
nurse
was
hugging
the
door.
After
hesitating
noticing
the
nurse's
weird
stance,
I
let
my
girlfriend
walk
in
with
my
hand
placed
on
her
back
and
the
nurse
immediately
shuts
the
door
on
me
and
partially
on
my
girlfriend
as
she
aggressively
tells
me
only
the
patient
is
allowed
inside.
A
whole
premeditated
hostile
act
that
served
no
purpose.
I
didn't
want
to
cause
a
commotion
despite
the
frustration
so
I
patiently
waited
in
the
waiting
room.
As
my
girlfriend
was
transferred
to
a
room
to
wait
for
the
doctor
I
was
again
instructed
not
to
enter
the
room
with
her
despite
her
wishes
I
be
with
her
as
she
was
really
not
feeling
well.
I
told
her
to
text
me
and
I
went
back
to
the
waiting
room
only
to
wait
a
few
minutes
and
still
see
no
text.
Thinking
something
is
wrong,
my
girlfriend
tells
me
she
has
no
reception
and
feels
terribly
ill
and
thinks
she
is
going
to
hurl
as
there
is
no
air
in
the
tiny
room
she
was
assigned
to.
She
is
unable
to
open
the
old
closed
door
as
it
appears
to
be
jammed.
I
hesitate
as
to
whether
I
should
leave
the
waiting
room
and
enter
the
open
hallway
where
patients
are
designated
to
their
rooms
as
I
was
so
aggressively
told
to
not
enter
the
area
previously.
Throughout
this
commotion,
a
different
nurse
finally
notices
our
discussion
and
I
am
relieved
as
I
assume
he
will
open
the
door.
Instead,
shockingly,
this
nurse
comes
face
to
face
with
me
and
tells
me
I
need
to
sit
down.
I
attempt
to
explain
the
situation
and
he
tells
me
if
I
do
not
sit
down
in
the
next
few
seconds
he
will
call
security.
Again
I
try
to
explain
the
situation
calmly
but
his
frustration
at
life
was
not
having
it
and
he
pushes
past
me
physically,
to
walk
into
the
waiting
room
only
to
see
security
was
already
there
at
the
vending
machine
watching
the
whole
situation
unfold.
As
the
nurse
asks
security
to
escort
me
out
of
the
building
he
looks
at
the
nurse
shocked,
like
everyone
else
in
the
waiting
room,
and
gives
a
small
shrug
of
the
shoulders.
As
the
nurse
realizes
he
is
making
a
fool
of
himself,
he
tells
the
front
desk
to
call
the
police.
Maybe
the
front
desk
had
seen
this
behavior
before
as
they
seemed
to
all
to
casually
ignore
his
request,
seeming
unbothered.
At
this
point
my
poor
girlfriend
was
jerking
the
door
trying
to
get
out,
not
knowing
what
was
going
on
as
she
could
only
hear
the
nurse's
yells
of
aggression.
Disgusting
situation,
disgusting
behavior.
The
staff
here
wants
to
speak
and
treat
everyone
who
walks
in
like
children,
never
realizing
that
they
are
the
children
themselves.
The
nurse
who
was
verbally
aggressive
and
physical,
a
tall
african-american
man,
was
especially
unique.
