If I could give it zero stars, I would. These doctors are unqualified, do not take any concerns you have seriously, never offer referrals to specialists even though they have no idea about what they're treating, and generally do not show an ounce of empathy or care. Last time I went I was seen by the ever so awful Mathieu Fortin, who told me a referral to check out a mole and several other dermatological concerns would be ''a poor allocation of resources, as doctors we need to guard these resources.'' I also told him I wanted to get off steroid cream for eczema because I could tell my skin was thinning, to which he said there's no way, didn't even tell me to show him my skin, and then 5 minutes later tried to prescribe me more steroid cream for contact dermatitis on my face, which, speaking to ANY qualified dermatologist, would not be the first course of treatment. Last time I was there, another resident doctor named Sandra refused to give me a referral and told me screening for possible diseases/issues in a year or two years from now would make no difference to my health, after a nurse elsewhere strongly recommended I go get screened asap. I would literally give zero stars to every single doctor I've seen there, and there have been several. Even crying in distress and pain they just stare blankly, don't give you anything but popular medication and don't offer to look at alternative options or find the actual root cause. -5,000,000,000/10. Waste of time, health, and money. Find another GP.

Everything that is wrong with the Quebec health system. Atrocious! No decency, ZERO empathy and always impatient and rude. The phone staff is beyond incomprehensible. They did not choose the right field to work in as they couldn't care less about sick people! They take their frustration out on you. The nurses dont even give you a chance to speak to a doctor THEY DECIDE that you have COVID-19 and refer you to a clinic for tests. This nurse sent me to a clinic 35 KM away from my house only to be told they do not to COVID-19 tests there!!! I never had COVID I had BRONCHITIS! When I called back the Saint Mary's clinic, NO APOLOGIES only put on hold for 48 minutes and was HUNG UP ON afterwards.... This clinic does not care about you. If you have an option to be taken charge of elsewhere, TAKE IT AND LEAVE! DON'T EXPECT HELP HERE!

Don't go there. They are VERY disorganized and change the time of an appointment ten times, just don't take you seriously and won't give you any reference, or will give you bad advice. I've been with them for long enough now and I'm tired of their incompetence. They officially lost me as a patient.

Our family doctor is awesome and is associated with this family medicine center. It's a bit of a drive to get here but it's well worth it. Overall, we are very happy with the courteous staff and the facilities at this clinic.

I've been going to this clinic for a few years and it's hit and miss. The doctors are all residents, so they go by the book at all times. If they're faced with a situation that isn't usual, they stick to what they know. It's a good place for general medical needs but you'll be better off seeing a specialist if you have any uncommon health issues.

Definitely the most unprofessional family clinic I've ever seen, cancelled our infant checkup appointment for four times and the latest one was one hour before the visit. The reason they provided is the doctor needs extra sleep. Just unbelievable.

Very good hospital! The wait times for CT scan are the quickest and the doctor I dealt with was wonderful. Parking here is not so good, give yourself enough time to find a spot

Doctor Gilbert is dedicated, empathic and an active listener. She truly cares about her patient. I've also always felt welcomed and respected by the supporting staff there.

My son was recently due for his annual check up, sadly his old doctor moved on in her career and department, so we were put with a new doctor, by far the worst doctor to have apart from having no understanding of how an autistic child is, this person does not know how to treat people properly nor knows how to speak to a child in general, not sure why she’s working with children with special needs when she has no patience nor the right attitude or mental capabilities to cooperate and assist with an autistic child, not to mention the appointment was at 4 and made my child wait over 1 hour to be seen, why make appointment for a specific time and have people with kids wait that long obviously the child will be restless, this horrible doctor name is ramjin kreet, she will never be working with my child ever again, I plan on following up with an official complaint to the CDMQ about what happened.

If you are coming here for your child, RUN. My son has been seen here since he was born and has (thankfully) never been seriously ill so even though I found the doctors here confusing, I kept bringing him because it’s hard to find a family doctor. This year he started daycare. He caught this viral pneumonia that’s going around. We know this now, after him being sick for TWO MONTHS, but not because of the doctors at this clinic. He was seen here multiple times..we kept bringing him back… and each time they declined to do any tests or suggest any treatments. Do you understand how DANGEROUS that could have been had we not kept pushing for answers (elsewhere)? I would never trust these people with my sons health again.

The phone lines simply do not work. The care received is good but it is impossible to reach them by phone. The line goes dead and stops ringing. This is very frustrating as you can only call to make an appointment for infant care.

Wednesday I Waited 6 hours at the clinic for Nurse Ana Davidson to tell me to take Tylenol and put voltaren cream because I had very bad back pain with a bump on my coccyx then at the end I ended up at the emergency at the Jewish hospital Friday with the same exact bump that was a cyst on my coccyx and if it wasn’t removed in time I would’ve had serious complications. Worst service ever

Great care with efficient doctor who is now retiring after decades of looking after so many of my health issues. I am going to miss him immensely.

Family 👪 medicine centre is a part of St Mary's hospital 🏥 centre. It is an excellent opportunity opportunity for the people who wants to have family 👪 doctor 😷 for individuals or whole family. It has much more facilities than a regular clinic, because it is attached to the main hospital 🏥. If you need any kind of tests or you in emergency situations you are right there because files 📁 and medical records are integrated. Besides the paid parking, you can find free parking at the street if look for it around.
