Please fix your phone system it's horrible. It's been 2 days I call trying to get through to talk to a receptionist (someone, just anyone! I wouldn't even care if the janitor picked up the phone at this point) it would beat having to hear that long prerecorded message system everytime. The receptionist made a mistake on my medical form and I am unable to reach anyone! I wait and wait (~20 mins) on the phone line and then it automatically brings up the prerecorded message that says to leave a voice message and they'll call you back because the lines are all busy - if you want to leave a message (forget it!) it says their message voicebox is full and hangs up on you. What kind of service is this !?! - I can't get through and it's so frustrating!!! *I didn't choose to come to forcemedic, unfortunately my doctor is now affiliated and I am quite disappointed with this new way...

Checked the website before arriving and came to the clinic at 8 when they open. I take a number and then they tell me that they make appointments for the day and scheduled me for 10:40am. Great! I came back at 10:40 and am still waiting to see a doctor at 1pm. Take note as well that they start giving out "appointments" at 7am when they say they open at 8am. It is faster to go to a regular walk in clinic unless their management changes.

Impossible to have an appointment with my family doctor, I believe that the receptionists have taken control of the clinic, and never call us back following a message like this, my doctor is surely not aware of the treatment that their employees are subjecting us to, what arrogance! I really liked my doctor, but I had to unsubscribe to be allowed to ask for another family doctor, knowing very well that it would be long or even impossible, since then I have been seeing different doctors each time, without follow-up, and my health is deteriorating more and more, ha yes! I know that you will answer me "we are sorry for this situation" but you will do nothing to change because you are too comfortable in your little comfort...I STILL WANT TO THANK THE DC. D.EIBOCK FOR TAKING CARE OF US FOR THIS PERIOD, knowing very well that the comments will probably not reach him...

What a terrible clinic, the secretaries just talk and complain about work. I can now understand why when you call you are put on hold forever, they never answer hang up on you. They seem more interested in talking about there personal life than their patients. Good luck trying to get to speak to anyone, there message says they will call back at the end of the day and they never do, you call back and have to leave a another message and when they finally call back they say they can't give you an appointment even though that was not tje message. I wish Dr Colantonio would of stayed where he was cause he will lose patience with this clinic. I can't specify enough how terrible this place is, the worst clinic ever, and the worst staff.

Appointments are made quickly, the receptionists are up to par (the welcome and service are excellent) For the care given I could not say the same, very little manipulation on the painful areas to heal. Lots of magic bag and extremely quick session duration. Called to book an appointment, the lady hung up the phone. Every time I go to the clinic no matter what time its always full and im sent back

Constantly postpone appointments

Great service received last week. The staff, nurse, doctor were all very professionnal and all my questions and worries left behind. Really appreciated my visit. Plus the clinic is very nice, modern and clean compare to many other clinics in Montreal!!! I encourage people to come here and use the Bonjour-Santé service too. Free, quick, you receive a text mess. when it's your turn to come to the clinic for t your appointment. A++

This medical clinic is the worst place ever , it takes forever for them to answer the phone , and when they do , it's as if your bothering them , good luck in trying to get an appointment with your doctor too , even if it's urgent , for my doctor , appointments are given only once a month , and if you don't call early in the morning , it's just to bad for you , you'll have to wait a whole month before trying again , but the worst part is the receptionist actually told me to go wait at the hospital emergency , just for a question I wanted to ask my doctor , what a terrible service

Waited 7 hours. They solved one issue then turned me away when I asked simply for more refills on a prescription.

The wait was super fast and the staff are extremely friendly and approachable. They will do the best they can to help you and make sure that everything goes smoothly. Specifically Mary and Diana, they are amazing! My experience was just that much better because of them. Thanks to them and the doctor, I will surely recommend FOREMEDIC on BEAUBIEN.

First time at this new Clinique near my house got there at 7ham and the secretary let us in even if the Clinique only opens at 8h . Saw the doctor at 9h and was really satisfied with the service .. and to top it off the secretary spoke to me and Portuguese .. amazing staff 5 *****.
