    Went to this clinic after being redirected from the ER for side pain and general weakness. The doctor here simply poked me for 30 seconds and then told me to go back to the ER if I felt nauseous and/or start vomiting (I though the whole point of a doctor appointment was to catch what's wrong early on in order to avoid the ER but apparently I was wrong). He even asked me what I was looking for coming to see them...what kind of question is that coming from a doctor? I'm looking for treatment obviously. He marked my case as resolved even though it wasn't at all and I left still with pain and no idea what was causing them. A week later I got an appointment in another clinic where doctors actually care and know what they are doing and it turned out I had a urinary infection that started to spread (pain in the back and down the leg as well by then). This whole thing could've been avoided if the doctor did his job like he was supposed to and requested urine sample...especially after mentioning slightly red looking urine. Anyway, terrible service. I felt rushed out of the door and it seemed to me like the doctor just wanted to be done with his day. The appointment lasted probably less than 2 minutes. Didn't rule out anything, didn't explain the possible cause, nothing at all. I would strongly suggest to get an appointment somewhere else even if it means waiting a couple days because they won't try to treat you there anyway.

    STAY AWAY from Dr Dominique Rheault she is the WORST DOCTOR I have ever met in 43 years. TERRIBLE MANNERS, VERY RUDE and VERY DISMISSIVE. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the NICE secretary Kenza. Dr Dominique Rheault JAMAIS ENCORE DE MA VIE!

    The place was well-arranged, and the staff was amiable. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and the doctor promptly attended to me. The entire process went without a hitch, and I was given detailed instructions on what to do for the recommended test.

    1. Arrived in advance but couldn't find the clinic. I tried to call and say I might be at the clinic a few minutes late since I have trouble finding the clinic, but I couldn't understand the menu well due to language barrier. 2. Main Problem I have. Staffs should be more accurate when they direct first-time patients to their rooms. The front desk told me to go "all the way to the back". I did exactly so and arrived at another waiting room. Turns out I went way too far back and it wasn't the right place. This mistake caused me not able to hear them calling my name so I arrived 25 mins late to my appointment. 3. The people working here have ok attitude. If you are a first-timer like I was, just keep asking them questions till you have absolutely no confusion. The staffs were a bit impatient when they found me waiting at the wrong area. I know they didn't mean to make this happen and I understand where this impatient came from. But I was confused and resigned the whole time.

    My visit with doctor Stanley Dao was more than disappointing. The appointment lasted no more than 2 minutes. I was rushed out of the door in no time and did not feel listened to. It was a complete waste of my time. The staff however was pleasant and the facility clean and new. I expected more from my appointment and would not go back.

    Dr. Maigrette Will give you 15 minutes not more if you’re late five minutes you’ll your appointmentwill be annulled . I arrived at 1:16 there were people in front of me got to the counter at 1:19 to be told that my appointment has been cancelled and the doctor won’t have time to see me. On the website it mentions you have 15 minutes I was not given more than three. He should not be trusted with mental health patience . I quote Doctor I really need some help I’m having mental health issues please I really need some help. His response I have other patients and I need to be on time today if I take the time with you I cannot take the time with the other patients. I’ll just leave it at that this is the kind of doctor this man is and we can’t change doctor we are forced to keep him because you can’t get a doctor in Montreal.

    Dr Dominique Rheault was Horrible. We felt like she was in a hurry. She was so rude with us, she didn't even let us explain nor ask us more detail of the problem that we came for. Her attitude was at the roof. The whole session took 5 mins, the way she expressed herself it's like she just want to go home asap. Everytime we say something, she keeps shutting us down by saying it's nothing serious. She has a terrible manners... I have encounter really good Family Doctor in past years, but this one.... blew me away. To be honest, we don't think we are going to use her prescription.. Vraiment décevant de sa part.. c'est la dernière fois que nous allons à cette clinique. Je suis pas mal sur qu'il y a d'autres bon Médecins dans cette clinique, mais pour nous c'est finis.

    I’ve been going to this clinic for a year and always had very good experiences. My family doctor MD yassmina and my sons family doctor MD Nguyen very good and the nurses and secretaries as well. The only reason I gave a 3 star is because tonight I called and this young secretary (she told me she’s been there a couple months) told me I wasn’t able to take an appointment which I didn’t understand why, I asked to speak to another colleague and she refused and I asked to speak to a superior she told me there aren’t any. I asked her name and she said my name is “clinic mieux être” and laughed. She hung up on my face and I had to go in person with my sick child to get an appointment. Thank goodness when I arrived I fell on a super professional secretary, named Anastasia, she knew her job and gave me an appointment, and she didn’t understand why the other secretary refused to give me an appointment.

    Front staff was great but the doctor (D.R.) didn’t at least attempt to have human connection at all. Everything was done hastily. Didn’t even have eye contact with us when talking. As soon as she finished checking at my kid’s ears and throat, her eyes were fixed in the computer up until we left the room. Quantity over quality. Will never go back.

    I got an appointment by 811 for my child . (5year old ) Wait was not bad 1.5 hours The doctor how ever was horrible . Dr Laurent (male) My child was scared and cried because they were nervous to see a doctor He started talking very rudely to my child Saying ::: « Why are you crying , stop crying , are you a baby ? , sit down ! I treated a 2 year old and she didn’t cry « he told me to sit down and not comfort my child. I had to tell him to relax . Instead of making my child feel comfortable he was making her more scared by talking down to her . If our system wasn’t so broken I would’ve left right away but my child was sick and needed medication . Dr Laurent if you see this your job is to look and listen to patients not try to discipline them .

    Dr. DAVID displayed an alarming lack of attentiveness during our consultation. They seemed disengaged and more interested in rushing through the appointment than addressing my friend's concerns. It was as if they were just going through the motions, without truly listening or showing any empathy toward my friend's situation. Their dismissive attitude made my friend feel insignificant and invalidated. Never going there again!!

    Was there for a minor surgery for my daughter. Dr Mujica was the one who examined her at the emergency section and recommended her medical intervention! The Dr and his assistant nurse were very kind and did a great job. Thank you!

    If I could give them 0, I would. I met with the worst doctor ever. Her name was Melissa. She was so rude and unprofessional. Barely answered any questions I had, and when I requested a blood test her only answer was “this won’t make a difference” - then don’t treat patients or maybe change your career. What a waste of time.. don’t even bother going to that hospital.

    My pharmacy has not received my crucial medication prescription because the clinic never sent it and I have been trying to reach out to anyone at the clinic over the phone for 7 hours and this is not an exaggeration. Every time I call I wait in line and I go from 16th in line to 1st in line only to be put on hold (without a simple “hello please hold”) and then the call ends without anyone telling me a single word. Please, I just need my life saving medication.

    The Clinique itself was clean and organized, though wait time was longer than expected, it is no fault of its own. However yesterday afternoon around 14h00 (25 Jan 2024) the receptionists one younger one middle aged were very rude, disrespectful when answering client questions or asking for documents / RAMQ card, also speaking in a language other then French or English between clients, and was heard clearly (due to the fact that my husband and I understand the language they were speaking) were saying degrading and condescending insults towards clients after their admission was done. These woman should not be in administration if such attitude and behaviour is what takes place in a reputable Clinical setting or any setting for that matter, very disappointing!!

    The first time I went to this clinic was in the middle of the pandemic. My son was known for respiratory problems, and his family doctor had already retired. So I called a line that was created at the time to make appointments for children that do not necessarily require a visit to the emergency room, and we got an appointment in the walk-in clinic. From the reception to seeing the nurse and then seeing the physician, the staff was very helpful and kind. My son was very lucky enough to have gained a family doctor there. I have also gone to the walk-in clinic for myself, and the service was just as good, which is greatly appreciated.

    They treat their patients like numbers. I was in and out of the premises in a whopping 6 minutes. In that small amount of time, I saw the receptionist, a nurse and the doctor. Gives you an idea of the type of service and attention to detail I received. I do not recommend Dr. STANLEY DAO in particular.

    I went to GMF Clinique médicale Mieux-Etre - succursale Saint-Léonard to let a doctor see my kid. The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. The doctor's name was Jean Danial Lalande . Our visit doesn’t last 10 minutes and when I tried to ask him , he replied with so much rudeness I don't have time for this search online I am not your family doctor it is a walk-in. He is in a rush and even opened the door to let me out while I am still saying the question. Also, it seems he doesn’t know how the medication looks like if it is powder or cream. I made a complaint about the service I received to Commissaire local aux plaintes et à la qualité des services du CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale. An update: the pharmacist told me the medication that the doctor prescribed is not available in Canada.

    From the front staff, the nurses, to the doctors, this clinic is great. They do well to ensure you have a positive experience. I felt listened to by each staff member. My appointment was on time. As someone who has rarely had a positive experience with the health care system in QC… this review doesn’t come lightly. Merci à tous ceux qui y travaillent.

    I had a bad experience with this clinic ,I had a high blood pressure and I wanted to follow up , i asked to do a blood test , the doctor refused to do any clinical exmination or ordering any test and He asked me to contact my family doctor . After a long conversation he accepted to auscultate the breathing sound . The visit was a waste of time !

    I had the worst experience ever with Dr Rheault. She didn't take the time for my 2 years old son. He was sick and cried. She wanted him to stop crying and moving. How can this be possible for a child at this age? She said she have other patients. I had to dress him up outside. Will never go back.

    I consider myself fortunate to have found this doctor. Prior to my visit, I was struggling with overthinking and feeling quite unsettled. However, this doctor dedicated time to genuinely listen to my concerns. Her demeanor, tone, and communication style immediately put me at ease, allowing me to open up in a way I never had before with a healthcare professional. This experience was incredibly comfortable and liberating. I have so much more I could share about the positive impact of her care. Overall, I rate her service with an A+ and extend my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service. Thank you DR HUE-ANH NGUYEN

    My son had cut the top of his head went quickly to the clinic with no appointment and they took him in within minutes and stitched him up. The nurse was great and the Dr.was amazing!!! Then that same day I fell on the sidewalk and cut my chin and got to the clinic 10 minutes before it closed and they saw me immediately! The nurse Joumana was very nice and the Dr. Dominique Rheault was super patient and sweet. They both took good care of me asking if I was feeling fine through the stitching procedure. Both my husband and I have our family doctors at this clinic and we’ve never been disappointed with the service!

    This clinic was probably one of the best I've visited so far in town. Its facilities are spacious and modern, the waiting times are reasonable, the staff is professional, and I got my medical concerns addressed. Would definitely recommend!

    Dr. Var was simply the best! Listened to my issue took the necessary test and gave me back my results the same day! He even sent me all the documents I needed via the portal. Amazing service!!

    Had an appointment with Dr Pier-Ann Gosselin today at 3pm. Receptionist was so kind and efficient. But above all, doctor was so sweet and attentive. Fast service to say the least. Didn't even have time to sit down that my name was called. By 3h15pm I was already out the door with my papers. Should always be like this.

    Called at 3pm a Friday, 14 calls in the queue which is pretty normal. Was on hold for 2h30 without counting the multiple times the receptionist put me on hold after answering. All for a simple question regarding a document transfer request. The request was submitted more than a month ago which is already past the told SLA. In the end, they told me that they sent an email and to call back Monday if I still didn't receive the required documents without any way to contact the archives myself which would have made the whole process ten times easier. In the end I'm almost positive that they didn't do anything and I'll have to go in person (again) to get things done. Apart from the extremely lacking phone system and service, the clinic/employees are fine but only if you're onsite.

    "The Doctors offers an exceptional service; however, there is a notable issue with the secretarial staff. For instance, some elderly clients encounter difficulties activating and accessing the clinic's online booking system. Regrettably, the secretaries seem unwilling to invest the effort needed to assist customers, particularly the elderly. It would greatly benefit the clinic to consider hiring competent secretaries who are not only knowledgeable but also display patience and a proactive approach in aiding customers, ensuring a more inclusive and user-friendly experience."
