Was looking for a nearby clinic and came across this one again. Went about a year ago for my infant son. The front desk staff were very rude. They basically told us to shut our kid up, because he was being noisy and disturbing the other patients. That's why we were there! He had tonsillitis; of course he would be crying. I will not be going back.

Had an apointment with Bonjour Santé at 4h20 pm yesterday. I showed up on time and waited about 45 minutes before seeing the doctor, which is very reasonable compared to other clinics that I've been to. The reception staff was nice and effective. The waiting room spacious and clean. My case was pretty strainght forward since I had some tonsil issues and the doctor simply examined my throat and then gave me a 'requête' to see an ORL specialist. Dr Cuchurean was pretty effective at listening to me, assessing my situation and give me what I needed. It's not easy at all to find a medical clinic that is actually effective, and this one in my opinion does much better than other clinics of the same type. Bravo and thank you.

My doctor is seriously attentive and professional. On the other hand, the service is difficult to get, never an answer on the phone and the opening hours on the internet are not the right ones!!!

Very clean clinic, professional doctors and friendly staff. I've never seen such a modern, interior design like the one at Reference MD. It doesn't even feel like a clinic! I'm amazed at what they've done and I am impressed with the top quality service. I highly recommend Dr. Assayag as a GP, he is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Best physician I've ever met.

Terrible experience I was treated with dysport 3 times paid for my touch up on all 3 occasions product did not work. I did not get a call back from the Doctor and a lady named Lynda was supposed to follow up but neither happened. The dysport is not refrigerated and is probably diluted and this is not probability it is reality as they do have my before and after pictures no difference all 3 attempts which is impossible only thing I'm great ful for is nurse Julie crediting me my money spent on dysport obviously realizing I was correct. Terrible service by the clinic terrible experience watch out only interest is getting money from the client.

Dr Kim Cartier is definitely the most professional, listening to her patients. All the staff are professional and courteous

My wife has her family doctor in this place, the doctor is always late for the appointment, she uses to wait for around 2 hours. The worst thing is that the front desk staffs are so rude that you cannot imagine how they behave. My wife now has to plan to change for another place. I do not understand how they let these people working in such place

I have worked in healthcare for many years and needed care myself often. I have never encountered such a fantastic clinic and even more impressive doctor. Dr.Assayag prescribed me a medication that I had an upset stomach to. Not his fault I am prone to these types of reactions and he asked me to come see him the next day and took great care of me. Fast, knowledgeable and offers extremely personalized care. He’s knows his patients like the back of his hand. Highly recommend.

I consulted a certain Mr. Jacob and he was not at all welcoming to me. It was really disappointing. Everything is done quickly and under pressure. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

I had a telephone appointment at 3:45 p.m., it ended at 8:32 p.m. and no one contacted me. I even called the secretary back after 1 hour and they told me that they hadn't forgotten me... very ordinary.

Very nice, modern and clean clinic with friendly staff. Short waiting times. One of the best clinics I have found in Montreal. Here the doctor really take the time to check you up and find the best treatment for you.

Beautiful clinic I like the staff the only negative point is the women's toilet.. it's always very dirty and bad smell it needs better maintenance otherwise nothing to say!

Great clinic, especially for those with injury and chronic pain. A place where you're not a number but treated as a human being. I was touched by my experience here, from receptions to specialist to assistant. Great staff and team.

Came in for a covid rapid test and it was just that. Quick, rapid and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Got a call 15 minutes later with results.

Arrogant and borderline insulting welcome most of the time and when you ask for courteous service (which is required of patients) the girl threatens to call the police under the pretext that you are speaking to her badly... And I experienced and heard this scenario several times when I was in the waiting room, it's a habit among some girls at the reception... Otherwise, it is almost impossible to get them on the phone to resolve errors or simple questions (or even cancel an appointment) and their online file system is really very limited, you can't even send them an email! The medical staff does what they can once the administrative barrier is passed (and barrier, I should say barricade...) and is not necessarily the best we have seen. I would like to be able to change family doctor somewhere other than this clinic but it is very complicated with the health system... At least, with all that, I only go there when I no longer have the choice of seeing a doctor, too bad because it played tricks on me by waiting too long before consulting...

Do not choose this doctor. He has zero respect for his patients. We hold up our end of the responsibilities and show up on time to our appointment and he makes us wait for HOURS before rushing you and brushing you off. I have been here since the beginning of my lunch break. Got here at 12:15 (12:30 appointment) and as I write this it is 2:30. It seems to me that the average person's time is deemed unimportant. The only ones who suffer any repercussions are the poor souls who entrust their time with this unprofessional business. I wish I could rate this place less than 1 star because they don't even deserve one star. I will be looking for another (punctual) doctor.

There is no way to contact the clinic in an emergency. You have to go through the appointment center, which takes forever and closes its line a 4pm. We can't even reach the reception. We can't even go there because Covid-19 Real downer
