UPDATE: Although I stand by my experience, Dr. Landry's team has reached out to me to hear me out and apologize. I am hopeful that this was a one-time mistake and won't happen to another patient. I'd also suggest requesting stronger pain management for this procedure. Original Post: I went to Dr. Landry for a consult and a few weeks later for an IUD implant. First consult went well but the issue was with the procedure. When the day of the IUD implant came, I was very nervous about the pain and reminded the Dr that I am prone to fainting from vagovagal episodes triggered by pain. I noticed she was behaving differently/strangely compared to our first appointment which threw me off and made me uncomfortable. During the procedure she dismissed me when I expressed my extreme pain, as well as when I fainted and was shaking from shock. When I called to communicate my experience a few days later, I was again dismissed by her assistant. I'm disappointed to say the least, I'd expect better from a private practice, and one that specializes in women's health.

I was referred by a friend, I must say I had a great experience. Great staff and Dr.Landry was very kind and calm, which is helpful when you have anxiety. She answers all your questions, doesn't rush you, doesn't pressure you and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and will definitely continue going to see her!

I used to come to this clinic for Botox and was happy with the results by Dr. Landry. That was until they stopped answering my calls, voicemails, emails and texts to book an appointment. Maybe it was because I just booked in for a Botox injection fee (I had my own Botox prescription) so they weren’t making enough money off it? The last time I went the receptionist tried to charge me more than double and I had to remind her that follow up appointments after an initial appointment was supposed to be half the price. I needed this for teeth grinding (a medical purpose) and kept waiting to hear back from my multiple attempts. Disappointed in their customer service because if you didn’t want to offer this service to me any longer just tell me instead of ignoring me after I try reaching out 10 different times, in different ways over the span of a month. I’m bitter because I never would have paid the initial consult fee ($350) if I knew they would just ignore me after a few follow up visits. I would have just gone somewhere else from the get go.

Simply the best doctor in Montreal. I went for jaw clenching issues and she used a smaller needle then the previous doctors with same if not better results. She puts you at ease and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best care possible. Highly recommend!

Working in the health and beauty industry my entire adult life I have seen and visited my fair share of medical spas and salons. I cannot rate Dr Landry highly enough!! Recently I visited for a consultation on Botox. Loved how professional the consult was. Not pushing or trying to sell to me. It was in depth and informative. I decided to go ahead with Botox on my forehead. Painless, quick and easy! I respect Dr Landry for her “less is more” approach. She explained to me that as it was my first time she would put in a minimum amount of units she thought I would need so I was not over working my face and of course not wasting my money (loved that) she told me to email her my pictures and thoughts a week later once the Botox had settled. Fast forward one week and the Botox had settled. Turns out my forehead wrinkles were stubborn and needed more Botox than we had though originally, and I was left with a sort of shelf when I raised my brows. I emailed The Dr my pics and she got me in straight away to his next open appointment. She even did the top up free of charge for the inconvenience for me to come in again. AMAZING customer service!!! The final results are so natural & flawless. Loved my experience here and cannot recommend Dr Landry enough!

I had an initial consultation for hormone therapy last October paid around $270 , did my blood test never got an appointment for my follow up, no answer to my calls, voicemails, multiple emails … radio silence 3 months wait to get the initial appointment 6 months now after the initial appointment… I wouldn’t recommend There’s other options in Montreal for hormone therapy.
