My pets are treated better than human

Did not like that the pre-triage is done on the phone while you are outside with your pet waiting for the door to be unlocked (due to covid). However, I am very satisfied with my consultation. Dr Marcoux was very knowledgeable and clearly loves animals, she seemed genuinely concerned about my kitten and not just doing her job.

Dr. Peeters is simply amazing. We drive 35km to see her. Like others reviewers wrote, they present you all the facts and options and their main concern is the well being of the animal, and not to make money.

My dog and cat have been going to this clinic for years. Before them, my childhood cat was treated here and she lived for 16 years. They have turned me away on more than one occasion because they have no availability for over 1 week. Unfortunately, when I call, it is an emergency. The last time, my senior dog was just starting to have kidney problems. Instead of being treated by a team of vets and assistants that he knows, we went to another clinic in Beloeil who understood the emergency and made room for us. We've spent over 1000$ in the past week for treatment. I don't think I'll come back here after this most recent experience.
