The service is just great. Really nothing to complain about and I'm very glad for their service. However, their policy masks doesn't make sense. I entered with a KN95 mask and they obliged me to change for their disposable mask, which is way less protective. This is the opposite of offering a health service. Is there someone I can reach out to formally address that?

I would give them a 0 star if I could N95 masks are the only masks that are actually effective against Covid not only does it protect people you come in contact with but it also protects yourself. The government should be handing out free N95 masks to everyone.

They would not send a nurse to my house to check my newborn for jaundice. After 3 days of asking they finally said they would send someone but the person didn't come because there was '"too much ice". They said to take my 9 day old to emergency in the end. I said she looks much better and the nurse accused me of not doing as they told us to. We went to emergency and she was fine no thanks to the CLSC. Waste of time and energy dealing with these people. Just awful.

I was suggested by 811 to go and visit a social worker in this center. The staff was very nice, and the center was very neat and organized. The social worker was very patient and has great active listening skills! It was a great experience I had there ! We all have down time in our lives, however make sure you reach out to the right resource and get help. I would recommend this center since there are good people working there ! And thanks again for the social worker that listened to me and provided the support that I needed. 🥰

Nurses are undertrained and lack experience. I was sent home with no help for a raging allergic reaction to steri-strip adhesive, across my entire chest. The next day I went back and demanded they remove the steri-strips and all the nurse did was roughly clean my chest with alcohol squares and sent me home to continue to suffer. They did not even remove all the adhesive to stop the allergic reaction. Why are clsc nurses doing wound care for post-op patients when they haven't even been trained in the most basic aspects of wound care?

Great resources 1000% unorganized. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks for my sons X-rays results not one phone call and every-time i call they can’t find the nurse/doctor that saw him. Originally we went to the hospital and we were transferred to this Clsc to have our time wasted when it’s an important situation. I was transferred to the nurses department 5 times and they just pick up and hang up the phone.

Good doctors but the staff at the front is really rude. I once didn't have my CSST papers with me and couldn't remember the date of my incident and I basically got called ignorant for forgeting them. When i told the lady to look up my name in the system she just ignored it and kept asking me aggressively for my papers xD I was already registered in there one month prior

In 2016, I called an Iranian social worker (R. B.) to talk about an emergency situation about my 10 months son, and left her a message, she did not call me back. 3 times! my question: why she did not call me back? or if she did not like to talk to an Iranian man, why she did not ask her colleagues to call me, maybe I was at risk.

Thank you to CLSC Verdun for taking care of my mother this week. We showed up around 6:00 p.m., without an appointment for a dressing change. We were greatly helped by the immensely kind attendant at counter 1 and subsequently an outstanding nurse who made high-quality dressings. All this with the greatest patience for my 91 year old mother. Well done to a completely unknown and underutilized service.

My mother-in-law Anna and her sister Grazynka took care of their mother Halina Borkowska at home for years. The end was particularly trying but through it all, they had the constant support and support of all the CLSC staff (nurses, occupational therapists, doctors, etc.). They could not have been better supported than with this dedicated and competent team. They wanted to thank them for their dedication, their presence, the good care, their kindness, their availability and everything that everyone involved at CLSC Verdun did for their mother and for them. THANKS!!!

There are negative comments here, totally unwarranted, by people who actually say they didn't come here personnally. I actually came and my experience was perfect!

The woman at the front was so rude, beyond rude, at the Clsc Ville Emard, she acted angrily toward me. I didn’t even return for my next two appointments to have me bandages changed.

😠 Nice and clean gym to work out in, but not worth it for the price considering the scummy management and lack of communication. When I had first gone to sign up, I booked an appointment online for a free trial and when I showed up they refused to honour it. Same situation after signing up when i tri...

😠 I was "seen" by a little bald doctor with black-rimmed glasses. I am giving this description because he did not give me his name, and everyone needs to beware of this villain. First of all, he spoke to me in the most condescending dismissive tone I've ever heard. When I told him I've been suffering...

😠 In the blood test centre on floor 3, there’s a lady who drew my blood that was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. When I came in for my appointment, the lady took my paper and read out loud, every single thing I had to be tested for and said “you’re making me test you for all of this...
