I'm
only
giving
1
star
because
I
can't
give
zero.
In
complete
honesty,
the
only
thing
that
was
good
about
the
clinic
was
the
nurse.
The
rest
wasn't
just
bad
or
disappointing
-
it
was
appalling.
I'm
still
considering
making
a
formal
complaint.
The
dr
I
saw
provided
the
worst
care
I
can
remember
ever
receiving.
He
was
completely
uninterested
in
dealing
with
me,
he
was
determined
to
dump
me
unto
someone
else.
He
took
the
easiest
excuse
to
shut
down
my
issue
&
just
like
that
it
was
decided
that
it
was
settled.
It
didn't
matter
to
him
that
my
legitimate
questions
were
not
addressed
in
any
way
by
his
'diagnosis',
he
barely
even
bothered
to
look
at
what
I
was
saying.
If
your
problem
is
in
the
genital
area,
it
only
makes
sense
that
a
Dr
would
do
a
quick
exam
-
nope,
2min
just
lying
on
my
back,
not
even
using
stirrups
and
he'd
decided
it
was
herpes
-
(it's
not,
more
on
that
later)
which
I
let
him
swab
assuming
we
would
move
on
to
the
actual
reason
I
was
there
and
in
pain
for
over
1
month.
No,
Dr
was
done.
I
have
never
felt
so
badly
treated
by
a
doctor
and
still
can't
believe
that
he
saw
me
sobbing
before
I
even
had
my
pants
back
on,
sobbing
sitting
in
front
of
him.
He
said
I
seemed
upset
about
something,
like
it
was
really
confusing
to
him.
I
tried
to
explain
but
you
know
when
someone
really
doesn't
actually
care,
they
asked
because
they
felt
they
had
to,
it's
a
waste
of
time.
I
left
his
office
sobbing,
stood
at
the
reception
waiting
to
give
my
sample
and
referral
-
still
sobbing.
Was
told
the
wait
was
6
months
for
an
appointment.
I
left
still
sobbing
and
continued
in
the
lobby
for
another
10min.
I'm
not
prone
to
over
the
top
reactions,
I
was
completely
crushed,
hopeless
about
the
pain
and
in
disbelief
that
I'd
received
no
actual
medical
care
and
that
the
whole
staff
saw
how
upset
I
was
and
not
a
single
person
tried
to
calm
me
down
or
find
out
what
was
wrong.
A
couple
of
days
later
I
went
to
a
different
clinic
for
regular
sti
screening
&
I
told
the
nurse
about
what
I
had
experienced
&
she
was
not
only
appalled
but
she
was
visibly
angry
for
me
that:
a)
I'd
been
treated
that
way
b)
what
she
saw
looked
nothing
like
herpes
(Dr
confirmed
later
on
as
well)
but
they
still
tested
it
c)
that
I'd
been
given
a
almost
confirmed
diagnosis
of
herpes
yet
given
no
information,
no
support,
no
follow
up,
which
she
deemed
unprofessional,
if
not
unethical.
I
received
the
results
from
the
2nd
clinic
(of
course,
negative)
over
a
week
ago.
To
this
day,
I
have
heard
nothing
from
the
Monk
clinic
about
any
results.
How
is
this
acceptable?
I'm
not
even
able
to
fully
explain
just
how
awful
the
care
I
received
truly
was.
Whatever
you
get
from
this
review,
multiply
that
by
20
and
you're
getting
closer.
This
Dr
should
not
be
treating
anyone.
He
has
a
duty
of
care,
he's
responsible
for
investigating
at
least
a
little,
considering
differential
diagnosis,
at
least
make
some
effort.
He
made
none.
And
I
have
a
right
to
receive
competent
care.
I
DID
NOT.
Still
considering
formal
complaint.
Total
fail,
never
go
there.
This
is
by
far
the
worst
review
I
have
ever
written
and
its
still
not
enough.
Update:
it's
been
close
to
6
months
and
I
have
never
heard
back
from
the
clinic
about
my
results.
Good
thing
I
went
and
got
tested
elsewhere.
