One of the worst medical facility of Montreal. Customer service is very rude and they keep arguing between themselves with makes the atmosphere even worst for sick people. When you go at the reception, they don't even bother to see you and keep talking between themselves. The waiting room is very small and no air circulation. Waited over 6 hours to see a doctor which is ridiculous before of course taking your medical card and getting paid by government. I ended up going home after waiting for 7hrs since my condition got worse. This is a very inhumane service based on profit making only. Unprofessional staff that do not understand that people are coming there because they are sick. If there is no adequate doctors, why take so many people and make them wait for a whole day. Also, why do they accept cash only payment. Many dark areas to question. Do not waste your time to go there.

Absolutely the worst service in all of Montreal. I came Friday because I wasn't feeling well and the secretary told me to come back on Monday because they're full. I called Monday morning to be sure, she took my name down and told me to come in for 3pm. I waited 5hours!!!!!!!!!!!! I ask the lady politely if my name was well written on the list(because I called)she was so rude with her response and told me to "Sit down and wait!!" Long story short this place lacks profesisonalist and waiting time is way beyond a 3 hour mark. People came before me and their names was called first.

I really wish I would’ve read the reviews before going there. Every other review is right about the receptionist staff, it’s the biggest problem of this clinic. Most of them are very rude and unhelpful. I’m only giving it 2 starts because 1 of the receptionist showed some sympathy and was actually able to track down my ’lost’ test results when the other ones kept dismissing me saying they didn’t receive them yet. 2 weeks and a half to get some results that other clinics take 3-4 days. I called every day after a week of doing the tests. Every time I called they would either not answer, answer and hang up, answer and put me on hold forever then come back and hang up. Once in a while I would get a receptionist, always the same rude one and she would barely look and say no we didn’t receive the results. Eventually after more than a week calling every day I got a different receptionist, she went and looked in their system and turns out they had the results for a while but the rude receptionist never bothered to look. Also the doctor was super rushed and would barely listen but I guess that’s typical of most doctors in these walk-in clinics. I only went there because my usual doctor was unavailable and they happened to be the only place available that day but never again am I going there.

My prescription was given by the doctor there, so I decided to go there again to renew it. I show up on a Friday at 11 am, door locked... inside the clinic is a paper telling you to call them before (idk how you’re supposed to see it if you don’t peep in) I call and the people just hang up... I then see someone inside and they just wave me away, I show them my phone asking them what I’m supposed to do, they wave me away again. Not even trying to figure out what’s going on... My question is why work on the medical Field if you don’t care about people. I encourage everyone to boycott this place, these are not the kind of medical workers we should support.

I went here first to the ER, and had to wait for 3 long hours without even getting to know my number.The second time I had an appointment with a gynecologist at 12.00 PM, I tried to be there by sharp 11.50 and got to see the doctor at 3.00 PM.People who had appointment at 12.45 got a chance to see the doctor before. Besides this I also met another woman who had an appointment at 12.00 with the same doctor, same day as mine.Everything is random and mismanaged. My meeting with Dr.Ah - Sue went really well though!

Extremely long waiting time in the morning because doctor only starts at 10am (although the walking-in starts at 8am) and there’s I think only one doctor working today. Receptionist keeps taking patients, but afternoon is only by appointments. So judging by one patient taking 30min for the doctor to diagnose, I don’t know how they are going to deal with the 20+ patients waiting here when afternoon comes. Very inefficient system, extremely long waiting and very few doctors working everyday....I sincerely wish this clinic can be closed to not mislead patients and waste their time when time is very precious for them to get treatments.

I went to this clinic only because I was COMPLETELY out of options last year. I looked at the reviews and thought "OK, it's bad, but could it really be THAT bad?".
