    Do NOT waste your time here. I have come here MULTIPLE times for the same issues that have been persisting for years and not a single doctor here ever takes me seriously. I wait for over an hour (even with an appointment) only to sit in their office for less than 7 minutes and be diagnosed for something I don’t even have symptoms for, nor without ANY physical assessments to allow them to reach any sort of conclusion. All they care about is dismissing you as quick as possible to get to the next person and prescribe medication (again with NO physical assessments made). They simply do not listen to patients and treat them like a nuisance. It’s unjust and honestly quite disgusting. What a waste of tax payers’ money. Most receptionists there are rude too, if you go to the wrong window, they won’t even direct you, they just ignore you. Get out of the industry if you don’t like dealing with people!!! Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE, these people don’t care about you.

    I only gave one star because it is impossible to give less. This clinic and it's staff are the very definition of incompetence. After seeing a doctor about serious symptoms, I was told to go do a blood test. After having done this and having the results sent to the clinic, I was never called back. After many weeks of silence I called them and a very rude and unprofessional receptionist told me that they could not release the results of the blood test to me, and they were refusing to give me a followup appointment with the doctor... as if the very act of getting my blood drawn would magically cure all of my symptoms. I therefore had to reach out to another, more competent doctor (at a different clinic) as I was obviously still suffering from symptoms. After calling Clinique médicale sud-ouest in order to have the results of my blood test sent to this new doctor, I spent about 15 minutes on the phone being transferred back and forth between rude receptionists and being hung up on twice. Each time I spoke to a new person I had to escalate my level of hostility until someone reluctantly agreed to put a note in to have the results sent to me. I am still unsure weather this will be done or not, but my expectations are very low. Meanwhile, the new doctor had to send me to do a whole new blood test. If you need actual medical care, do not bother going to this clinic. If however you enjoy wasting your time and being treated horribly by incompetent staff, by all means go ahead.

    As a doctor myself I am shocked to be a witness of such horrible service from a clinic. The secretary was absolutely the worse. Very incompetent and aggressively rude. Did not even want to concern herself with why I was there and was already talking unprofessionally to other patients. This behaviour is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with. To all patients victim of the same situation you can take legal action against this person as well as the clinic if necessary. Bringing this secretary to the court will be easier than you all may think. Just advice from someone who unfortunately had to bare what many of you have felt.

    Had a fantastic Spanish doctor; just as a random walk-in I felt more cared-for than any "family doctor" I've ever had. Really excellent.

    Normally I don't wait long in the waiting room but to get an appointment is hell! Good luck getting a word in edge wise if you call and booking online has many issues. I went in to explain my problem and I got turned away with the same info they give everyone. Make sure you have a lot of patients to see a doctor here its no walk in the park.

    I have never witnessed such rude and unprofessional behaviour before. I had an appointment with the ORL dept, but when I arrived for my scheduled time, the secretary informed me that the appointment was not available and told me to leave because they had other things to do, without even explaining the reason. I wanted to report this incident to the medical director (Micheline Dufresne), but since she was unavailable, I was given her contact number. Despite leaving multiple messages on her voice mail over the course of five days, I have not received a single call back from her. It is disheartening to see our hard earned tax money being spent on individuals with such poor attitude and behavior, with no accountability for their actions. I think this is one of the reason why Quebec medical system is in shambles.

    A few days ago I started to have a very intense knee pain (I could barely walk), which subsided by the time I got an appointment in this clinic. The doctor examined me, but since he couldn’t make me feel pain by moving my leg he just told me to go and return when the pain comes back. He could’ve prescribed me additional tests like X-ray, because my knee was clearly still not well, but no, he just told me to go home. Such a waist of my time and taxpayers money

    The medical part was very good. The service at the reception (especially by phone) was a shame. The results of the exams were sent to the clinic, when I called to check if they were available an attendant said it was too early for that without even checking if they were there and told me to call back later in the month. When I called again, another attendant said the results were already available a long time ago. Thank you very much Mme Francine P. for your great work helping me to have the results of my exams! Definitely we need more people like her in this system.

    They seem to have grown tired of their jobs. I've been a patient there to my family doctor for the last 10 years. I've had bad experiences. His secretary in the evening thinks she's special. She's so rude. She feels intitled. She's like a french "Karen". She'll talk down to you like I've never experienced before. And my doctor talks down to me as well. He makes me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about, even though I do because i'm a nursing assistant... And he likes to complain about the health care system and spend time doing that rather than doing his job and doing what he can in the 15 minute appointment window! I have let him because we are in the same field, but what the heck! I lose time if I'm 5 minutes late (according to them) but I lose time anyway during every appointment. Next time, I'm going to speak my mind to them! It's not ok!

    Receptionists were rude and no one would give me another appointment despite it being prescribed by the doctor. They also would not refer me to another clinic when the doctor I needed was unavailable. Still living with my medical condition (which takes 30 minutes to fix) after a week of waiting for a call back to make a second appointment. I should've went to the emergency room instead They still have not given me an appointment and they don't know when I will get a call back. Edit: after 3 weeks I finally got some answers. They said it would take 10+months to get an appointment and that I should go private if I wanted to find a different doctor. Edit: they finally told me that the doctor I've been waiting for does not do the kind of procedure I need. And they told me they couldn't do anything for me and they told me to go to a private clinic for care. After going to the private clinic, my new doctor told me they had prescribed me unnecessary antibiotics without solving the cause of the medical condition... So it would just persist.

    Hard to get an appointment for the walk in clinic but when you do it’s 1000% worth it. They’re clean, fast and strait to the point. Very happy with their services.

    Respectful receptionists. Dr. Rokni listened to me patiently and checked for every concern I had for my child. Surely, will go back there. I hope all doctors are as nice as Dr. Rokni.

    Just left. A woman from the reception was absolutely rude, condescending and mean to me for no reason at all. Will for sure never come back, will find another centre that treats customers respectfully and kindly. Do not recommend this place.

    Very disappointing No one is trained or able to communicate properly with the patient The doctor was suggesting that I buy advil for a severe migraine instead of running a proper diagnosis and prescribing the right medication I had to deal with his incompetency, and when I changed the clinic and the doctor, I was immediately referred to a neurologist. If you care about your well-being, go somewhere else

    All of the receptionists are kind, attentive and responsive. Very helpful in getting my initial appointment and subsequent two appointments. All of my appointments were on time or early. Was able to accomplish everything in one place--its great that there is a radiology department just across the hall! Very efficient! Thank you for the wonderful service from the whole team.

    Very satisfied. Special thanks to Dr. Claudia Paquette who saw I was in physical distress and knew how to help me. I'm very grateful to her. I also saw Dr. Rokni shortly after. He is patient and listens. He is understanding and did not rush me. I wish he could be my primary health care physician

    I've been here 3 times to see Dr. Rokni and have had only good experiences. The wait time is short and it's never been crowded when I've gone.

    Dr Wang Jacques is the best 👌 As it should be, he Treated me with respect and Listened to my concerns. He encouraged me to ask questions and he explained the whole procedure in ways i understand. I can confirm he was very professional 👏

    Everyone here is so kind. There was a mixup with Bonjour santé booking me at two clinics in one day, and when I tried to fix it, I ended up having two cancelled appointments instead. One of my original appointments was with this clinic, so I called them on the phone (they have a phone line! That leads to people!!!) to explain what had happened, and they were so so kind and so helpful. They spoke to the doctor and he generously made time to see me the same day, despite my original appointment slot having already been booked by another patient. When I arrived at the time they told me to be there, I was seen right away and didn’t even have to wait (I sat down and was called in almost immediately) This clinic is also handling covid very responsibly. I have covid, so they had me sit in a separate waiting area so that other patients would not be exposed to covid.

    Great clinic that takes responsibility for its patients. Had a minor surgery today and Dr. Laplante he was very professional despite my discomfort with the procedure. I am grateful that he agreed to do the procedure on a Sunday so that I didn’t miss any work. Thank you!

    This is one of the few medical clinics that actually answers the phone today. Everywhere else, you get a voicemail that takes you nowhere. Made an appointment to meet with my family doctor, not an emergency, so my appointment was 1 week away. Arrived on time, and within 10 minutes I was sitting with my family doctor. Five stars.

    Very Good Experience. I made an appointment on Rendez-vous Santé Québec, and very soon a lady from this clinic called me for more information to complete my registration with KIND attitude. As I arrived at the clinic, it took me only 5 minutes to wait. Doctor Camille Beaulieu-Denault gave me very professional, patience and kind consultation. Thank you!
