    (I’m writing while still being in there) Behaviour, service, professionnalisme and politeness is so poor it’s ridiculous for a Clinique! The moment I step foot in front of the receptionist, you would believe the behaviour was coming from a mean teenager going through puberty. And the same for the nurse that takes your info, the politeness is out the window from the way she talks. I’ve been here since 2pm and I still haven’t seen a doctor for my serious infection. How the Clinique still in business is beyond me. I should’ve check the reviews before coming here.🙄

    Worst service ever. Rude and disorganized staff. Receptionist in imaging lab is incredibly rude. No system to serve people in the order they arrived for their X-Rays. Only a few doctors and nurses are actually professional, kind and take the time to check patients. The rest are condescending and rude, rushing around instead of listening to patients and minimizing their issues… Avoid like the plague!

    The Nurse and the Doctor wo treated me are angels from heaven sent by God almighty to heal the sick and depressed but the receptionist is Satan incarnate himself. A lion on the prowl waiting for the right moment to strike and destroy. Well not really. She's quite rude though.

    I don't have a name for the kind of services they provide here but it isn't healthcare. In fact, it's probably closer to being the opposite of healthcare. I guarantee that the staff here do not want to see you - you are a nuisance to them. Their day would be better off without you. They will ask you questions like "Why are you here? You should be somewhere else" after you've explained to them your symptoms. A better question, that they should ask themselves, are not why the patients are there, but why are they there, if not to provide care for patients. But we all know why they are there. They are there to make a living getting that sweet tax money that all of us who work hard give to them through the government. There would not be anything wrong with that if the money was going to good use, but in this case, it's going to very poor use - and the patients are the ones who end up suffering.

    One of the most rude receptionist I have spoken to in life. A typical government servant behaviour who dont care about anyone and impatient to talk to actual patients. They need to be coached how to be humble to people in a customer service.

    The nurse was very polite and respectful up until she asked if I had my first COVID-19 vaccine. I told her that I wasn’t going to be getting the vaccine and she asked told me verbatim “Why not? You want to just go around infecting people instead? Never mind I don’t want to go into this debate” I have never tested positive for COVID-19 therefore I don’t know how she has the right to say this to me and ask if I choose to get vaccinated. it’s my choice and my right and someone in the health care industry should never judge or scold you for something like this. I am deeply offended but also not surprised that our Heath system offers this type of attitude. I wish my taxes wouldn’t be funding such mediocre nurses.

    I called 811 today for an issue for myseld and my daughter and they gave me an appointment for 7pm. Got a call from the nurse for a pre-triage and told me to arrive before 6:30-6:40pm. Got there and was out by 8pm. The nurse was really good considering that my daughter was scsred. The service was good. I would recommend.

    Triage : The nurse leaves the door open and said" don’t touch my door" when I tried to close it when it was my turn. Respect of Confidentiality 0. I was waiting nearby to see the doctor: I could hear everything that was going on the room and other people problems. The doctor: I was taken care by a resident and a senior nurse. The doctor was kind and offered a good service. The nurse was providing good support to the doctor and helped me feel comfortable during my tests. Thanks to the both of them. As someone with no family doctor I’ve been to a lot of emergency clinics and this one : 1 star for the service offered by the secretary and triage nurse, but 5 star for the doctor and nurse who treated me. There’s also miscommunication between the clinic and 811 service for appointment's.

    Going in around 7:55 AM before opening by 5 mins I was skeptical about the reviews where almost everyone is complaining about the receptionist who is absolutely the worst according to everyone, I nevertheless needed someone to see my sick child. Then she comes out all obnoxious and rude asking everyone to wait outside at 0 degrees and not listening to anyone even though they were minutes away from opening. She repeatedly asked us to go outside and refused to listen as if she’s a child throwing a tantrum, such unprofessional behavior. We gladly left the premises because this establishment clearly doesn’t care about its patients or visitors despite everyone voicing the same concern over and over again. Would rather stay sick then deal with her.

    December 9, 2021 Thursday, I want to this hospital because I had a car accident in the morning, I waited a couple of hours for the doctor to come and see me. When he came and talk to me he didn’t give me much time to explain about my situation . When I told him that I have a pain on back of my head so he prescribe me x-ray for my neck, Doesn’t make any sense. How an x-ray can let the doctor know that what’s going in my head!!!? My scalp wasn’t broken so he needs an x-ray for me!! I really have a doubt that he is a doctor???(he’s an old guy I don’t know his name even)

    I wish I could give this a 0! I am actually at the clinic the staff is really rude with everyone here! The waiting room is not clean and you have to bring your own mask if you don't they don't give you one or have an attitude when you ask for one. Please don't waste your time coming here... even the nurse is rude.

    Very rude and unprofessional staffs on the phone and at the receptionist. I talk with a man staff on walk-in clinic phone and tried to explain that my husband is in the waiting room and his french was not good and I wanted to make an appointment for him, but he was so rude and did want to listen to me and screaming at me like we do not have time today Madaam, Madaam.. he was so awful., Then he gave phone to other women receptionist and she was even worse. Me too I am work for healthcare services. I felt so bad for their behavior and attitude. They need a formation how to treat patients i think. Awful service.

    I was served by a rather rude woman and she practically kicked me out. she said that there was no doctor since the pandemic started, and that online she says something but it is not updated

    It was busy, and I had to wait for a time, but that is what one can expect in a medical clinic such as this one. The staff was amiable and professional, who managed to accomplish their tasks with grace and good humour despite the number of rude and entitled people who made demands of them. Definitely above average.

    Well I have read some of the feedback and I must say that my experience was an highly positive one . First- look folks this is a busy place ! In order for this to function and meet their deadlines they have to have to get things on the go ! If you are not organized then it's on you . These people know what they are doing and on the medical aspect it's TOP NOTCH 👌 They almost convinced to stop going at the private clinic that I usually visit!

    We needed an urgent appointment for our kid, and were able to have it the following day. Registration, nurse and doctor were all friendly and helpful. Yes the building looks worn. Will still recommend to our friends who need an appointment fast

    EVERY person I had a chance to speak to on the phone and meet in person the two times I came to this clinic was warm, kind, helpful and efficient. I am also used to being rushed out of the office by doctors working in other clinics, so I was really pleasantly surprised with the two lovely doctors who examined me who took their time to explain what my options were + after care. Also a giant thanks to the super star nurse who cleared my hearing (his name is Collin, if I heard correctly?). I truly am grateful for the services that I have received! Thanks everyone!!

    I went to the this clinic..and the guy at the reception is so rude...before i could aks a question he yelled at me to take a seat.....more patiens kept comming in..and every time he treated them the same way..so unprofessional..and rude!

    Truly the worst public services provider I have ever experienced. It is scandalous that they are allowed to operate in such an unprofessional manner. Shame on the management. The building is filthy, the staff are surly and even outright rude. I feel sorry for those who may be trying to do a good job but have to work in such a demeaning environment. Zero stars.

    I’ve been going there for years and today was the worst day ever, the guy at the reception was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional the way he talks to people is unacceptable. The aisan guy(nurs) was also very rude and wasn’t respectful and the way he spoke to me was completely different than when he spoke to his friend when she showed up. I really hope you guys take the proper action with these 2 because working in this industry is about helping people and being kind not rude and disrespectful

    Ohh my god, ridiculous clinic. Before my visit I went through all google reviews but as i dont have option so i went to this clinic. The nurse here was asking me why are you here? 😂 The previous doctor only sent me to this clinic for some more test and they ask me why are you here? Who is that nurse? Who asked you to come here? Seriously these are the dr questions….no doctors question should be like what are your symptoms or something like that. Please if you have an option with other clinic go to the other clinic. Nurse took two times test because their glucose meter is not working properly. Seriously if your meter is not working then change it why you are taking patients blood second time because of your faulty meter. One star is also more for them but unfortunately dont have zero star option…😅

    Best and most amazing clinic experience ever. ALL the staff were extremely friendly and quite fun to deal with. Appointment was to get a renew on medication for my out of country fiancee. It was for 3:20pm, we were seen on time and were home within 30 minutes of our appointment time. FANTASTIC experience and we were both extremely impressed. Definitely a 5 star experience all the way around 👍👍

    I am completely shocked at the quality of service! No prescription or treatment! I just noticed that the doctor wrote personal things on the prescription! This is the first time I've seen this in my life! Like no respect for respect for personal life!

    Not my first time going to this clinic for urgente care, but I believe they recently changed their system and it works really well now! First couple of times I went there I would wait an hour just to see a nurse and another 4-6h to see a doctor… But today I showed up at 8am and they gave me an appointment for 3pm that afternoon, I was able to go back home and rest until time for my appointment, at 3:10pm I was already seen by a nurse and the doctor came to examine me just a few minutes after! I was gone with my prescription not even one hour later !

    I was pleasantly surprised, it was my first time going to a clinic like this (with an online appointment). Everyone here was polite and friendly. There was this quirky thing where the receptionist was insisting on French with the patients while also chatting with the Anglo nurse; but he wasn't too rude or anything

    I went to the Clinique this Sunday, the nurse that filled out my report was so nice, gentil and patient. Her name was Crystal, a quality worker. The doctor in charge was Mohammad Reza Barezpour, he was so understanding, helpful and kind. He was with a resident. His manner with her was so respectful. Covid-19 has made many people agressive but I have to say that their attitude just made me thankful for such dedicated people in the medical sector. Thanks!

    The Queen Elizabeth help center and it's emergency department are very controlled and very effective and my doctor was working out of that area down the hallway with her own set of reception people and a couple of different nurses. The new routine now in in Quebec is that a nurse sees you first and then you see the doctor even though I had a doctor's appointment with my primary care physician. I'd say they're doing a good job but then again I'm critical and fussy about the details and about human interaction and healthcare let alone information transfer. So I'd say doing a decent job.

    This is my second time going to this clinic, and although I had my set appointment for 7pm, the doctor only got to me at 7:40pm. The room I was in had exposed wire and was not clean. The receptionist and nurse were unkind towards me and the doctor seemed to keep forgetting to check my sample. When it was time for me to go, they didn’t tell me my diagnosis and just handed me a prescription paper with no other info, on the other hand apparently the sample I gave was thrown away although they needed it so I was asked to give another sample. But instead of doing another one, the other nurse picked it back up from the trash and used it. Very unprofessional. Please avoid this place.

    The receptionist doesn't make any sense. She cancelled my appointment only ONE HOUR ahead than my scheduled time. I was already there and she told me that my appointment was cancelled. Then she complained back to me saying why I didn't answer the phone. The time she was calling me I was already on the way to the clinic and I didn't hear the phone ring at all...she seems doesn't understand the common rule that people takes time to the clinic from their home. Only one hour ahead telling a client the appointment is cancelled and didn't mention any reason is already ridiculous, she just doesn't understand this and she even blamed back why the client didn't answer the phone... So stupid!

    Worst clinic I've ever been to. Went for mental health help and was accused of being a drug addict by the doctor who himself had massive dark circles around his eyes and looked like a coke head himself. Maybe projecting? Idk just go to the ER you'll get the same experience maybe even better.

    I recently visited this clinic and had a quite contrasting experience. The doctor provided outstanding care for which I am very appreciative. On the other hand, the triage nurse (an older lady) was shockingly and persistently rude during my visit, even in front of my little child! I've never encountered such discourteous behavior in a healthcare setting!!! Regrettably, I have to give a low rating solely because of the nurse's conduct, despite the doctor's excellence.
