    Very bad management probably in MTL. It is very ridiculous that if you want to make an appointment, you have to call after 3pm. However, when you try to make the phone call, the line always busy and nobody answer the phone call. When you get through finally after 4:30, the space is all full for the next appointment. If you have to go there in person at 3pm, the secretary will tell you that you have to call even if she has nothing to do there by rolling the thumbs. She said that you have to go emergency of Pierre-Boucher Hospital if you can not make the phone call. The problem is that if you go to hospital, you have to stay there for at least 18 hours overnight even if it is a heartburn. They push most of the patients to hospital and keep themselves comfortable and nothing to do. Although lazy manager and secretary supply the worst services, nobody supervise them and make the adjustments. If you don’t believe what I have said, I can tell you it was all what I had experienced at the clinic.

    I don’t think the manager of this clinic reads these reviews. The secretaries need an etiquette course. A lesson would not be enough. They lack empathy and knowledge. They are unprofessional and they put it on the patient like it’s the patient that is a trouble maker. They are just uncaring. The problem is, they know they wont lose their jobs. Lets hear it for socialism.

    Worst clinic ever. They try too hard not to have any patients. We booked an appointment for a baby under a year old the day before as they require and they told us to be at the clinic at 8.20am. When we arrived there we were told to wait. None of the patients would go in so we asked what's going on. The doctor was 1 hour late... He wasn't even there!!!! We waited and waited and left after 3.5 hours of waiting because our sick baby was tired and sleepy :( It's a shame. They also have no numbers so you have no idea when it is your turn. You just see people go in and out although they came 2 hours after you. Rediculous

    The secretary is incompetent and talks like she doesn’t want to be there, I wanted to make an appointment for a check up to renew my medications and she told me to call next day at 3 and proceeded to hang up on me. VERY RUDE AND IF POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE THIS DISGUSTING PLACE 0 STARS.

    I saw all the bad reviews. However I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called at 3pm for an appointment the lady said it wouldn’t take long and not to worry. I needed to wait from 9 am to 2:30pm to find out my figure was fractured and I will be contacted from another department. Do not go at 9 am go earlier

    Extremely disappointed in the attitude of the secretary at the front desk (lyse) . As I sat waiting for my appointment I watched her be very rude and inconsiderate to every one who calls or who comes to her desk. 😒 I've seen her roll her eyes at people who are simply asking for information. Very disappointing 😞

    This hospital is the completed opposite of Royal Victoria Hospital. Where we've received extremely attention cares from the Garda guards to any workers here. They are so gentle and really care about anyone in the room. Every worker is helping someone in the room, especially, someone with a handicap, on a wheelchair. I saw a man asking if he can provide a sandwich or juice to an old lady. I saw a lady helping an old lady in a wheelchair to go to the toilet and getting her dirty clothes replaced. They don't have to, but they did and these simple actions really touched me, deeply! There were a lot of actions here. They kept us updated every two-three hours. They informed us of the next steps. No one felt left out here! This is the best hospital in Quebec and should be a model to follow by all emergency room in Québec. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôpital Pierre-Boucher!

    Getting an “appointment” by phone is not easy but once you do have one be prepared to wait 2-3 hours to see a doctor despite having an “appointment”. Also don’t be late for your “appointment” or they will cancel your “appointment”. Thankfully Doctor Nikitin was very professional.

    The waiting time even when you have an appointment might be a little longer than expected, otherwise I'm happy with everything and I'm thankful. Very nice and knowledgable doctors and nurses.

    I had no issues. I saw many negative reviews and wasn't sure but I had a great experience. They must have made some changes because I've got no issues and they were all very nice.

    Excusez mon anglais. I am an anglophone; my family doctor is there. I am always treated with the upmost respect. My doctor does happily and completely serve me in English, and the long term receptionist always goes out of her way to explain in English when I truly don't understand. Today, a new receptionist asked me, "Ça va mieux, monsieur?" I'd only seen her once last week. Very caring and professional staff. Thank you. You should have more ☆'s in your reviews. Merci beaucoup.

    I was struggling to get an appointment and finally got one through Doctr app.. The recieptionist or secretary was ok. Nirse pracyoctioner and doctor have heard my concerns and helped me refil prescription and even refereed me to another doctor. Well it went fine for me 😃
