We went to UC baby for the first time yesterday and it was a really special experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and were genuinely excited with us as we watched our baby on screen! Their main priority is giving you the best experience and in our case, we definitely we received that. Even though we got some amazing pictures yesterday (I'm nearly 27 weeks), they're having us come back in a month for some clearer pictures when I'm further along. I really appreciate this and it just goes to show, again, that their priority is giving you the best of the best. Very smooth process and a memorable day!

The receptionist is very very very NICE and friendly she is just AMAZING! I didn’t want to mention this because the receptionist was very nice but I decided to since I am not the only one talking about the technician. She is extremely RUDE! I went for the very first ultrasound I didn’t even know how many weeks I am, and i just asked her how many weeks do you think you can tell and she started talking about having a miscarriage and the weeks is the last thing i can think about l. She said good part is your husband won’t leave you, if you have a miscarriage tomorrow and you lose the baby you can try again next month and don't worry your husband won’t go any where, and if this baby is unhealthy no mater what you do he will not make it, Idk who on earth says that that to a mom who just had butterflies because she heard her lil baby heartbeat. This technician is really giving this amazing place bad reputation, on the other hand the receptionist told me I just made her day because she heard a baby’s heartbeat which was very nice from her. I am just very disappointed with this technician because there are things you just cant say that can really ruin someone good days because you never know what they are going through specially for someone has anxiety

The staff was so sweet and I love that my husband and two year old were able to join us when we learned the gender of our next baby!

So on the 26 August 2023 I went to ucbaby because I wanted to know the sex of my baby, I am at 18 weeks and 3 day I was getting impatient waiting for my ultrasound for 16-23 weeks. So this was the best thing I could have done, they are so Palit and very detailed on the ultrasound,best experience ever and this is my 4th baby. I would really recommend them for every pregnancy. Can't wait to go do the 5d with them.

Perfect experience for us. People that work there are so friendly and take their time to listen to you. The pictures was not the best one and is absolutely not their fault. I already know that will happend because it's my 3rd pregnancy with an anterior placenta 😥 however the tech that did my ultrasound took her time to give me plenty of advices to get better pictures on my second session and that was so sweet of her part. I can't wait to go to my 2nd session.

My fiancee and I had the most wonderful experience at UC baby! Kathleen and the doctor were beyond sweet. They showed patience and shared in the excitement of seeing our first baby. The doctor took her time to explain different things to us and was so knowledgeable and empathetic. We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our first ultrasound. Thank you ladies both from the bottom of our hearts! We will most certainly be back without a doubt and I will not shy from referring UC baby to all family and friends!

I had a really good experience. Kathleen is awesome and the technician was awesome. Only issue was i hoped for clearer pics. Hopefully next time the pics will be more clear . I would reccommend this place for a great ultrasound experience!

UPDATE: Changing my rating from 2 to 4 stars since I got a call right after posting my initial review and was able to get an appointment in a few weeks from now. Waiting to see how the appointment actually goes to hopefully get to rate them with 5 stars, as they deserved during our 1st visit. To be continued! // Two years ago, when we came for a 3D ultrasound session for our firstborn, I would have given this place 5 stars without a doubt. Unfortunately, In the past 2 weeks I’ve tried to contact UC Baby to book another session for my second pregnancy, and after over 7 calls, detailed voicemails asking for a call back and even completing a form online to get an appointment… still no news from them. Very disappointing! We will be taking our business somewhere else … and not by choice!

We had the best experience ever at the clinic this morning! Our baby girl had her hands in her face most of the time and the technician did everything she could to still get us some beautiful pictures. The staff is so sweet and informative. So happy we decided to do this and the bear with her heart beat is definitely a bonus. Thank you!!

Me and wife want to thank Meha for the amazing excellent service. She was very kind and patient during the 5D Baby ultrasound and gave us a lot of details and info through and explained throughly. What a beautiful moment. 5/5 strongy recommend

Wow what an wonderful experience. Those Women were incredible with us and provide us so many useful advices that I wish I have known from the beginning. I recommend you to try it and of course (cherry on the cake) see you baby in 3D.

I had an amazing experience at UC Baby Montreal. Our technician was knowledgable, kind and made our experience the best! We got so many beautiful pictures and video of our baby girl and got some goodies at the end. Very worth it and we would do it again no doubt.

My husband and I are so happy we came to UC Baby for our 30 week 4D/5D ultrasound! Maja was excellent- very knowledgeable, kind and patient in helping to get our baby girl to move as she was covered up quite a lot. Maha tried different ways and eventually she moved enough for us see her and get great pictures! They also allowed my parents to join which was sweet and sentimental for them! Highly recommend this place!

Seriously loved my experience there today. She was knowledgeable and was able to get my baby girl to move so that we could get the best photos of her. They are so incredibly kind here. Had a 16 week gender reveal and they took their time to look at everything and allowed my husband and daughter in the room. It was the first time they ever went to an appointment and it was such a special moment. Really kind, informative and caring staff. You can’t go wrong by getting an ultrasound here.

Very awesome experience, pictures came out great. I had a 5D ultrasound at 28 weeks. The technician was incredibly informative, educated and very friendly!

The place was clean, the room was crowded thank god I only brought my boyfriend.. they told us the gender which was fine but the ultrasound picture we got was horrible especially when you have to pay for it :/ I wouldn’t recommend this to be your place to find out the gender.
