I
was
at
first
very
much
in
love
with
this
gym
for
its
facilities
and
its
amenities
and
what
it
had
to
offer,
but
I
was
only
greatly
disappointed
by
the
customer
service.
When
I
went
in
to
sign
the
contract
for
my
subscription
with
David
Paré
he
back
then
omitted
to
mention
the
existence
of
a
student
membership
plan
and
only
presented
me
with
the
regular
adult
membership
fee
with
no
mention
at
all
of
any
other
plans
available
at
the
gym.
Since
their
fees
weren’t
even
mentioned
on
their
website
I
didn’t
think
anything
of
it
and
signed
up
for
a
45$
or
so
charge
biweekly.
And
so
I
stayed
there
until
January
when
I
decided
to
end
my
contract
due
to
the
fact
that
I
was
only
a
student
and
couldn't
afford
such
a
rate
during
my
semesters.
After
signing
the
cancelling
papers
twice
and
sending
it
out
to
two
different
adresses,
I
was
asked
to
come
in
to
refill
the
paper
in
person.
I
later
on
got
a
phone
call
by
Tiffany
Goodfellow
whom
ended
up
telling
me
that
a
student
membership
was
supposed
to
have
been
offered
to
me
by
David
Paré
and
that
if
it
could
make
me
feel
better,
that
he
had
gotten
fired
for
making
that
same
mistake
on
other
several
encounters
along
with
some
more
reasons.
I
was
then
asked
to
pay
for
10%
of
the
remaining
contract
which
I
had
to
argue
my
way
out
to
pay
10%
of
the
student
fee,
shocked
that
there
had
been
a
student
membership
available
all
along
and
that
nobody
wasn’t
even
trying
to
make
up
for
a
mistake
made
by
one
of
their
ex-employee.
A
week
later,
after
giving
it
a
rest,
I
thought
of
signing
up
again
as
a
student
member
although
all
of
those
things
happened
considering
that
they
had
a
few
things
that
weren’t
available
to
me
anywhere
else
such
as
a
sled
and
battling
ropes.
I
therefore
called
later
on
wondering
if
it
was
possible
to
sign
up
for
a
student
membership
contract
(although
I
had
paid
a
cancellation
fee
and
didn’t
ask
for
a
refund
nor
a
credit
on
that).
I
asked
if
it
was
possible
to
get
a
credit
note
of
the
money
they
overcharged
me
for
from
october
to
january
and
Tiffany,
this
time,
changed
her
script,
saying
that
it
was
actually
my
responsability
to
ask
for
a
student
fee
at
the
time
of
the
contract
and
it
was
not
on
their
hands
if
there
had
been
a
charge
for
the
wrong
contract.
She
also
kept
going
on
trying
to
justify
her
argument
by
saying
that
the
STM
and
a
bunch
of
other
places
offer
student
fee
and
it
would
have
only
been
logical
for
me
to
know
and
ask
for
a
lower
rate
of
charge
to
start
with.
I
then
responded
that
places
like
Idolem
Yoga
actually
did
not
have
student
fees
and
that
was
just
one
of
many
exceptions
on
places
that
didn’t
have
a
student
fee.
I
also
mentioned
that
any
other
gym
I
went
to
previously
always
brought
up
the
different
plans
that
were
available
to
their
customers
(Buzzfit
for
exemple,
or
the
CEPSUM
for
UDEM)
and
that
it
was
ridiculous
for
her
to
project
onto
her
customers
that
it
was
actually
their
fault
for
having
not
asked
about
a
student
membership
fee.
In
conclusion,
although
there
is
two
weeks
left
for
me
to
access
that
gym
I
will
never
step
a
foot
back
in
there
as
I
do
not
want
to
encourage
such
a
business
that
has
no
consideration
for
anything
but
money.
It
is
a
shame
this
company
has
no
knowledge
for
proper
customer
service
and
owning
up
to
their
mistakes.
I
definitely
do
not
recommend
this
gym
to
anyone
at
all.
Every
time
I
accessed
the
gym
I
also
never
saw
more
than
10
to
15
people
maximum
in
the
course
of
a
3h
period
time
there
-
no
wonder
since
they
have
expensive
rates,
horrible
staff
and
a
very
money
thirsty
system.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
place
to
work
out
that
will
make
you
feel
comfortable
along
with
a
staff
that
doesn’t
treat
their
customers
like
anything
less
than
people
paying
for
services,
that
place
definitely
isn't
it
!!!
Who
knows,
maybe
it'll
close
down
just
like
their
other
Mansfield
gym…
and
for
a
reason.
