I booked and paid for a solo spot and was grouped with three others. When tee off time came, the starter refused to let me begin play unless I either shared the cart with a stranger or paid an extra surcharge for taking a solo cart. There was no separator in this cart, and no time to add one, because he informed me right before tee off. Also, I was the only one asked to pay the extra.
