Vegan
Thai?
That’s
what
I
thought,
wondering
what’s
the
hype.
But
now
I’m
like,
OMG
Vegan
Thai
!
Vegan
chicken?
Vegan
duck?
Vegan
Beef?
I
always
used
to
run
away
from
the
word
vegan.
ChuChai
you
guys
know
how
to
make
a
vegan
dish
taste
amazing.
I
would
definitely
try
vegan
food
again
especially
if
it’s
from
ChuChai.
Every
dish
we
ordered
was
made
to
perfection.
It
not
only
tasted
delicious
but
the
vegan
fish
tasted
and
looked
just
like
FISH.
We
started
with
some
appetizers:
Kiao
Satay,
Het
Waan
Krob
and
Gai
Satay.
My
favourite
was
the
Het
Waan
Krob.
You
guys
made
a
simple
mushroom
into
a
delicious
appetizer.
It
was
yummy.
For
our
mains
we
got
Tom
Yum
soup,
Pad
Keemao,
Kao
Pad
Pak
(Fried
rice),
Kang
Daeng
Gai,
Khiao
Wan
Koung
with
Shrimp.
I
don’t
know
which
one
was
better
or
which
one
best.
I
loved
every
dish.
The
combination
of
fried
rice
with
red
curry,
along
with
veggies
was
just
delicious.
Even
my
family
members
who
don’t
like
veggies
were
gobbling
it
down.
Even
one
of
my
family
members
said:
“they
will
change
to
vegan
if
ChuChai
opens
in
Toronto.”
Now
that’s
a
big
deal
for
a
carnivore
to
say.
Anyone
in
Montreal
should
definitely
try
this
place
and
make
sure
to
reserve
in
advance
since
they
are
usually
very
busy.
To
end
our
night
we
got
Fried
Banana
with
maple
syrup
and
mango
with
rice.
It
was
a
weird
combination,
mango
and
rice,
but
you
know
what?
It
was
sooo
delicious!
Yes
rice
with
mango
was
delicious.
It’s
fried
rice
with
condensed
milk
and
slices
of
mango.
Definitely
unique
and
great
food.
Shoutout
to
Anna
who
was
our
server
(owner
of
the
restaurant).
It’s
hard
to
find
a
good
server
who
is
a
great
business
owner
too.
