I love the food here. The decor and authentic rustic food is a gem in Otterburn Park!

The Cheeseburger was the best, but the classic poutine is really good. The employees were very nice and extremely helpful. If you are international, they do not take cards and you will need to have Canadian dollars, but it is definitely worth it.

Amazing poutine and apparently their pasta sauce is great too. Hamburgers are dry... 5 stars for the poutine and great service though. Very polite and happy staff.

Small cheeseburger, delicious poutine!

True story- after a healthy hike at Mont St. Hilaire, we were without a way back to Montréal. We managed to get a cab to meet us at the nearest restaurant, Restaurant du Pont Noir. Everyone at the restaurant was so kind and welcoming. We had cheeseburgers and fries, freshly made with love and super delicious. I was thrilled we found Restaurant du Pont Noir!

Great snack bar with a warm ambiance and fast service. At some point I even considered working there. The only possible issue I see is the fact that it closes fairly early, but even then just planning ahead will prevent this issue.

The poutine was served with the fries nice and crispy and the cheese curds partially melted but still remained squeezing. Service at the counter was polite, efficient and they were pleased to serve. Overall a good experience.

Let's begin with the good: I really like the environment. There is seating inside and outside and I could really see that people really love and enjoy this place. Staff also was very friendly. Now, the food was ok! Nothing from what I had was bad, but nothing extraordinary either. The prices I felt were a little higher than other places. But I think its because they dont have any combos or trios, so you have to order everything separately which builds up into a slightly higher price than similar places. I also need to comment that they have a fountain drink with free refill for you to drink as much soda as you want. And more: They have PLASTIC straws.. ;p
