As
a
vegan
I’m
always
looking
to
try
out
new
restaurants
and
I
was
really
rooting
for
this
place
but
was
very
disappointed.
Also,
this
is
my
the
longest
review
I’ve
ever
written,
so
bare
with
me
here.
Everything
was
overpriced,
especially
the
$27
pizza
which
had
Daiya
cheese
and
extremely
soggy
dough.
Seriously
just
trying
to
give
some
constructive
criticism
here,
please
consider
changing
your
pizza..
it
was
not
good
at
all,
we
basically
ate
the
mushrooms
and
crust
because
the
rest
of
it
was
completely
soggy.
If
you
know
anything
about
vegan
food
you’d
know
that
there
are
plenty
of
great
vegan
cheeses
out
there
and
that
Daiya
is
one
of
the
worst..
not
even
pizza
pizza
uses
Daiya
cheese.
But
really,
for
a
100%
vegan
place
I
was
expecting
home
made
cashew
cheese
for
that
price.
I
can
literally
make
vegan
cheese
from
scratch
in
10
minutes
at
my
home.
One
of
the
pasta
dishes
we
got
was
good
(first
item
on
the
menu,
can’t
remember
the
name)
and
the
appetizers
were
good
as
well
(the
reason
for
giving
it
2
stars
instead
of
1)
the
other
pasta
dish
we
got
with
Italian
sausage
was
luke
warm,
pretty
bland,
and
barely
had
any
sausage
at
all.
Also,
something
you
should
know
before
you
come...
there’s
a
sharing
fee
of
$15
if
not
everyone
at
the
table
gets
an
entrée
(this
cost
is
up
from
an
$8
sharing
fee
which
I
now
see
on
reviews
from
only
3
months
ago).
When
I
heard
that
sharing
fee
I
was
pretty
much
ready
to
leave,
not
even
because
of
the
extra
cost
but
because
of
the
principle
of
it.
I
was
frustrated
with
management
at
the
fact
that
they
don’t
write
a
disclaimer
on
the
menu.
I
felt
bad
for
the
server
who
has
to
stand
there
and
explain
to
their
customers
of
this
policy,
that’s
not
fair
for
them
-
it
should
be
noted
on
the
menu
for
everyone
to
see
before
they
order.
Be
up
front
with
the
extra
fee
and
don’t
make
your
employees
break
the
news
to
the
customers
at
their
tables.
P.s.
maybe
you
should
take
a
couple
tips
from
Virtuous
Pie,
a
vegan
pizza
place
that
serves
$12
thin
crust,
not
soggy
pizzas
with
homemade
vegan
cheese
and
great
flavours.
Right
now
they’re
only
in
Vancouver
and
Toronto
but
when
they
eventually
come
to
Montreal
maybe
you
could
mix
in
a
visit
and
get
some
much
needed
guidance
on
how
to
make
an
edible
pizza.
