very short and not worth the money. guy at entrance oversold it telling us they would record us, take pictures etc. and none of that happened. he made it sound free but they dont take a picture of you while ziplining. its a cheesy photo in front of a greenscreen and you have to pay $5. it was wasting time & money. don’t believe them and don’t waste your money!

It is a fun experience for all ages, even for kids (my 6 year went down no problem). I saw an older gentleman go on the zip line too. Lots of fun all around. Frank was very helpful and friendly; the service was just excellent. Definitely recommend if you’re in Montreal.

Such a great and fun experience for the whole family to enjoy. Wait time was not long at all. Probably 30 minutes max including putting on your gear, climbing to the top, and getting to the end of the zip. My family and I were a bit scared at first but once we were off it was a blast! Would have preferred to go in pairs as we were in a group of 4, but overall it was awesome time with great views. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient in a timely manner. They ensured we felt comfortable and safe. 10/10!!!

The experience was really really good. Everyone was so nice. My sister was very scared to get on and the staff took their time explaining to her how easy it was. They make sure you are comfortable and ready before you get on. They do so well with you and the line moves really fast. My brother- 12 really enjoyed it. And since my sister didn’t go on, they let him get on twice, which was really nice The price is reasonable and definitely worth it

We came here last year but didn't get a chance to do it. This year we gave it a go. My 4 and 7 year old daughters and 66 year old dad had a blast down the line. My 4 year old has ice running through her veins, she didn't flinch and said she loved it. Me and my 7 year old snuck in another go for half price. Not sure why people leave negative reviews for this especially when its their own fears that cloud the review. This Zipline is tame and super safe. Staff were great. As a few other reviews mention, if you have trouble with stairs then this is not for you because there is lots of them. However if my 4 year old can do them with a full harness on then anyone can do it. The minimum age is 3 so the whole family can partake which is nice. It's not the longest zip but pricing is not bad all things considered.

Amazing experience, did the jump and the zip line. The staff and experience was amazing. Highly recommended. It was under 50 dollars with the souvenir photo at the end. Frank the manager is a great guy helped me build up the courage. They have a promo that if you do the zip line and want to go again, it’s only about 10 bucks.

short but exhilarating! the anticipation of going up, waiting in line with everyone else, and pure height is the scariest part. but once you're gliding, it's thrilling! the stairs going up to the zipline isn't very stable as it wobbles with the wind but it adds to the excitement i guess

This was so cute! I highly suggest it. It was my first time zip lining and they made it really easy. We visited on a holiday and waited maybe 5 minutes, but we had bought our tickets in advance on the Montreal Passport, do everything moved fast for us.

This is a pretty cool idea. And run well. The auto brake is a nice touch and significantly safer than other zip lines. The price is a little high at 25 bucks, (I saw other reviewers say it was 20 just a week ago) but the 9 bucks they asked to borrow a pocket to film yourself is a rip off and honestly should be provided as a courtesy. Charging for this is too far. It is a fun min or so going down the line to the other end. The lockers dont have locks so be aware of that before you commit if you don’t have a safe way to keep your wallet and stuff (you need zippered pockets or you have to put stuff in the locker. Over all fun.

We went yesterday afternoon, April 4th 2021. The sevice is great and even if sometimes people seemed to be too close from each other, the experience is really fun! I paid 5$ extra in order to have my phone registering everithing, but sadly, the wind moved the plastic and the video isn't good. Good activity for adolescents, they enjoy it a lot!

Great experience with professionalism, kind smiles and safety above all, going up the stairs is the hardest part 😂 I love to experience things fully so i allowed myself to express my joy with a happy scream and must make a note for you all wanting to try it, it is essential to allow sound and vibration to come through to get full experience... let it out and enjoy the ride nice and relaxed...

My kids 8 & 10 loved it!! They would have preferred to go down side by side, but it was only one line being used. Wait was about 30 mins from me paying until they came down. They had the biggest smiles and its the first time they did something like this. There was a sign behind the cash of no refunds incase you are hesitant....you would loose out on ur money if you don't go ahead.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My phone was dying while I was waiting for my friends to arrive and they went out of their way to see if they had a matching charging cable. While going through the process of getting strapped in they were quick and efficient. The rise itself is fun, but still short and I guess high for what they can do in their area. I would not so it again, but it was worth it to do once.

I read some negative reviews about people being rushed by rude employees - almost changed my mind and skipped the zipline. So glad my husband and I did this! With the exception of one employee who was in a bit of a hurry and did not really listen to our questions, everyone was friendly and helpful - from the ones who helped us into our harnesses and helmets, to those who explained the process and launched us, to those who caught us and helped us out of our harnesses. And what a lovely ride, zipping through the air across the pedal boat pond toward the St. Lawrence River! I highly recommend this experience.

This is was really fun. The people were friendly and they explained things well. There was a woman ahead of us who clearly was really nervous and they spent more time with her. The line wasn’t really long behind us, so I wonder if they would have spent as much time if the line was longer. I bought my tickets through Airbnb. Much cheaper than the main site.

Guy out front (Frank) was very convincing that this was a very easy zip line for all ability levels. Not true. One member of our group chose not to do it after seeing the equipment and stairs required. Even though it was only a minute after paying and before any work was done by the staff they refused to refund the ticket. The others who did it felt unsafe with the landing and overall it was a poor experience. Extra cost for the camera holder was a waste of money- didn’t work. I would not recommend this.

Super fun thing to do in the city. It’s a great price and we got a great view of the city after reaching the other side of the zip line. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Incredible experience! Ive done smaller ziplines before but never one this big but i would definitely do it again! The only downside i have to this is its over so quick for an almost $20 experience but i still would do it again. The staff were all well trained and very friendly too

The line is pretty long. You wait for 60+ minutes to enter the zip line boarding station. The ending part where you touch down is wild. You can't reduce speed. You hit the end point at full speed which gives you a shock. I have done zip-line elsewhere and there you could reduce the speed when you approach the end portion. View is good. Right over the water body.

Frank talked to us about the experience as we happened to be walking by. The zip line was super fun for both of our kids and for us parents. When we asked him afterwards where we could buy sunscreen, he actually gave us some of his own. With this kind of customer service, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

My family visited Montreal recently and we all took a ride on this zip line and it was so much fun - we had a blast! I would recommend this to any family with pre-teens/teens or to anyone looking for a quick thrill in old Montreal. The workers there were very helpful.

We enjoyed ourselves a lot here. It has a perfect balance of thrill and chill. They provided self-video glove option, we got a very very good digital memory from it.

Was a fun experience! My 5 year old also LOVED it! Frank was super nice & helpful at the front too! The only downside: You have to go up the stairs all the way up... we purchased 2 tickets each so we had to climb up 2 times! Lol .. Definitely wished there was an elevator or something during the heatwave and going up again for our 2nd time.

Went on this with my twelve year old son. Relatively inexpensive by Zipline tourist standards. Staff very nice and helpful. Only complaint is that on end impact I flew up so high I hit my leg on something and have pretty large amount of bruising and bleeding. Feel like this shouldn't have happened.

Great customer service. On my trip to Montreal with a friend, the tour seemed to be closed when we booked it and wanted a refund so I contacted the owner. They were kind and understood the situation and gave a full refund. We couldn’t visit the tour but with the customer service we received, we will definitely visit some day.

Was visiting from New York and came across this attraction. Was not expecting to zipline that day but for $25 it was worth it. The line moved fast and I was zipping in no time!

  • 4/5 George A. 2 years ago on Google
Lots of fun but I got overcharged for some reason... adult 19.99 + 16.99 for a child (8 year old) and one camera sleeve $4.99 shouldve a total of 48.30 but I got charged $52 ... why? no clue! Aside from that, it was lots of fun... but I definitely don't recommend u getting the sleeve for your phone since the whole video came out extremely foggy (the plastic cover that you Film through causes a severe haze). Enjoy

Just as cool as it seems! Went late at night right before close and staff gave us a coupon for a second ride free. Service was quick and friendly, and seeing the lights over the city is just beautiful

  • 3/5 Joshua J. 1 year ago on Google
This is not for adrenaline junkies. This is a touristy zipline, they charge a lot for a 15 second experience however it is cool to say that you’ve done it. If you want something more adrenaline thrilling do and adventure course or go treetop treking this is a tourist grab for your money. The most thrilling part was the walk up and the landing. The staff was super friendly though! Experience - 2/10 Staff - 8/10
