A beautiful park with amzing view of the Saint-Laurent river and downtown Montreal. At the tip of the park, you have a nice wide view of the city, Jean-Drapeau and Jacques-Cartier bridge. During summer, you can bbq and even fish at the lower ends.

Beautiful park to spend some quality time. Good for small group events. BBQ facilities are good and allowed. Public toilets are available but no place for drinking water. People can get a great view of old port. Love that green park.

Located near Parc Cite du Havre near the casino off the island of montreal. It’s a great spot to see the montreal downtown skyline, catch the sunset or the fireworks. There is splenty of space for picnics, BBQ, or to just chill by the water. There is a free parking lot available but it gets full.

This is one of my favorites parcs in Montréal! It has a picnic area with lots of benches. The entrance has a private land where you can see surfers on the river. It has washrooms. The location is great as it allows you to see old Montreal, the wheel, circus, and other hot touristic parts. On the other side you can see La Ronde and Parc Jean drapeau. There is a bixi stop. I recommend spend 30 min here and go to Casino, Parc Jean Drapeau or the small island on the north of it . All can be done within the same day.

After so many years in Montreal I love discovering new places and this park was a great find. The parking is under construction and there isn't really any other way to get there. But once here you are fairly isolated, so a nice escape. There are places to barbecue, including bins to dump your ashes and great views of the river. Some barbecuers are not considerate of others as they blow a ton of smoke around, but most are considerate. Great place to run and bike as well.

A little, beautiful, peaceful park with a stunning view of the old port, the downtown and the Jacques Cartier bridge. A bit to hard to get to on foot, but it's a nice walk when coming from the old Montreal/Port. The area has a few dedicated spots for BBQing.

Nice place to enjoy a picnic with BBQ with a nice view to the old port! You can get there by bike since the bike path get through it! All services there, bathroom, etc, bin for garbage and even another one for BBQ leftover charcoal :)😎

Cool park with amazing down-town view. In the park there are some spots for coal BBQ and trash for ash. Can become crowdy at evening because of the view, being quite outside from roads and with good hidden parking spot under the bridge - nice combo for young people:). Quite during the day or morning though.

I used Parc de Dieppe as recommended on the Habitat 67 website as a free parking option with a limited # of spots. I searched the internet high and low for more information and found nothing. I am so glad I drove. The parking is RIGHT NEXT to the gates for Habitat. There must be about 20 spots. About half of the spots were taken when I came for my 10:30 tour on a Wednesday morning. There is also a bixy station right here as well. You can see the Habitat 67 tennis courts in the photos! You take the street opening just next to Habitat, but BEFORE the bridge!

One of the very beautiful parks here in Montréal. The river surrounds you from both the left and the right. Many barbecue tables are available there. The view is breathtaking and you will never forget it. The only downside is that there is no boundary or barrier on the right side to prevent the kids from approaching the river. You always have to keep an eye on your baby to keep them away from that side.

Park Dieppe is an absolute gem! It's a fantastic escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for me has to be the breathtaking view of downtown Montreal. It's the perfect spot to unwind, whether you're looking for a serene place to clear your mind or enjoy a picnic with friends and family. The tranquility and stunning vistas make Park Dieppe a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a serene urban oasis.

Oh of the best secret places in Montreal, journey to the tip of the island and you’ll make a great place to enjoy fireworks, water and sunsets. Processing stations to come to barbeque with your friends or even I like to spend some romantic time and take some beautiful photos.

  • 5/5 Jelena N. 1 year ago on Google
Very nice discovery. Extremely clean and well maintained, super close to downtown. A fee fishing spots, however the bottom is very rocky that makes it difficult to cast. Lots of Pickwick tables, some rustic bbq available and a public bathroom. All is spotless. One side offers spectacular view of downtown while the other offers view of the bridge and deep blue-ish water.

  • 4/5 S V. 5 years ago on Google
Great place for a walk and watch nature. The park has many bicycle roads and you have a great view of the old port as well. Good for picture taking in summer. Some people even go fishing there!

  • 3/5 MRS ESL (. 11 months ago on Google
Really nice views of the old port and La Ronde but some of the paths need repairs. The public toilets should be condemned! It seems like a popular place for fishing although maybe not the safest access to the river.

  • 5/5 Jabason S. 3 years ago on Google
Nice little parc for spending some time with family. Lots of people come here for fishing so will be a bit crowded. You can do grill and have a small picnic. Good views of old Montreal port and the colorful bridge.
