We fell in love with this park 🥰 Free parking, lots of natural trees, lots of human friendly animals and birds. Walking areas, tables for picnics, grills etc.. At night it is secure and lightened enough. Thanks for saving a natural area like that.

A wonderful open air park with plenty of pathways to explore. Near a make shopping center for when you need a break. Plenty of squirrels and ducks for children to marvel at. There's a good number of benches to sit at, as well as fountains. The park itself is also dig friendly, as well as having reserved areas for BBQ ing... No clue if that's a word or not but we're going with it...

It was a perfect fall day and not crazy busy like in the summertime. Nice park. It's well kept and clean. There is a nice forest, but also has open spaces as well. There is also a decent size pond/lake with a path all the way around. Part of the path was made a path while some are unofficial paths. If you have children with you, you will probably want to stay on the official paths, because some of the paths near the lake are narrow and a child could easily fall into the water. The gardeners who work here are hard working and do a very good job maintaining this place. It's a nice break from the city, while being close by. Angrignon Metro Station is on the edge of the park, so it's easy to get to if you don't have a car. It has a parking lot and also street parking nearby. It's always enjoyable walking here. You are allowed to bring dogs to this park as long as they are on a leash and they are picked up after.

Beautiful park, had fun exploring paths and trails. The park is huge with bbq spot, picnic tables and benches scattered around the park. The only drawbacks are the public washrooms are closed. They do have the blue portable toilets but they don't have running water to wash hands.

Free public park and BBQ is allowed. It is stunning and there is lots of nice spots. The parking is not free though.

Huge natural place filled with greenery and off-track pathways. Caters for all ages and all occasions with its different sections. One can enjoy both a calm and quite place as well as a lit barbecue with the friends.

Vast park with a couple beautiful ponds. It is absolutely gorgeous! This is the perfect spot for a picnic with your lover, or even a wedding or birthday party! Awesome spot for photography in general as well.

Love this park. not too crowded. The ponds are beautiful. and it’s quiet enough that I can cheat and let my dog roam off-leash in some parts. I know, I know…. There are rules for a reason, etc….

Great, big park with paved paths, a big dog park and cross country ski trails in the winter

This is my favorite park in Montreal. Way better than confederation park, which if you've seen any of my previous reviews, you will know I truly hate that park. But this park is way better. I came here once for a picnic with my lovely girlfriend; we sat at a bench and watched the ducks frolic in the ocean. I saw a child chase one and fall into the water. That is the reason for my 5 star review. I came here another time and drank 11 beers in the woods while I got bitten by mosquitos. I can't help but think those mosquitos got a little bit hammered that day.

Big park where you can evade from city. Feels like your far away in a big forest right in the city. Peaceful and not to crounded (except on weekends) nice bike path and many walking paths on concrete or trails in the forest.

Had fun with baby stroller and wheelchair. Great park, large and plenty of trees. There is a large route that people shared for biking, walking. Great spot also for picnic, or enjoying the nice weather.

The garbage bins are pretty scarce. They have recycling bins everywhere, but garbage bins are much more limited for some reason. There WAS a washroom, but it seems to be closed. Not sure if there's another somewhere. Otherwise: very nice, large wildish space. Kids love to run around and watch the geese, ducks, and other critters.

Great park for the family to take a walk, have a picnic, or just play in the playground. Some of the best sunset you'll ever see.

Nice park where you can do activities all seasons: to run, bike, picnic in the summer, and slide and cross country skiing in the winter. Near a subway. Has playgrounds and a dog park.

One of the most beautiful parks in Montreal. It is quite suitable for a picnic, but the only problem is the presence of flies. I don't think it's medicated.

It's very peaceful in this park. Bring your friends and family to relax and chill. Pets are also allowed in here. Its not to crowded as well. It's great for elderly people. All in all come over weekend to enjoy. PS: It has a lake as well🤫

Go to for regular walks. No matter how many routes taken, still charmed by this park's greenery, and it's natural transition in the fall and winter days. My little oasis in the middle of the city.

A nice place, tables, BBQ spaces are available. The park is dog friendly. Spacious for huge groups of people gathering to spend time together. The parking spot is free, no charges to pay. Situated near metro Station, so easy get in.

One of my favorite places to visit in Fall, it is lovely at that time of year great for photo shoots with young children in this place and for them to go out alone with a great autumnal scenery behind, great for skating and biking. The only negative side as in most of the parks in Montreal are the toilets. They have never been open when I have visited this park and I have only seen one in the center of the park ...

  • 5/5 Vincent N. 2 years ago on Google
Beautiful park of great size, a couple of lakes with some fauna. A lot of open space for activities with friends or family. Easily accessible by bus and metro. Sadly the parking lot isn't free, but it is an option.

Good park for Birthday Parties or BBQ's. Can get very crowded at times. Wish the washrooms were cleaner. Very disappointing. Should have more benches. Good place to bring the family

  • 4/5 Mina T. 7 months ago on Google
Huge park with many benches and seats available for gatherings, celebrations, and barbecues with friends or family. But you should go early in the day in summer to get a good place or any place at all. BBQ is allowed throughout the park and there are facilities installed for that. Excellent metro access makes this park one of the most convenient parks for people who don't have cars and want to stay within the Montreal island for a day in the nature.

I love walking home from the Metro station through here. It's a great place to unwind. I literally had ducks and squirrels eating right out of my hand!

  • 4/5 Kevin S. 2 years ago on Google
Gorgeous large park, but feels unsafe at night because of how much open dark space there is. Definitely a lot safer than it was years ago. Nice walking paths, and skiing paths in the winter. Lots of space to bike and walk in general. A couple small parks with playground equipment inside the park itself, and an assortment of small BBQ stations.

Be carful- in the dog park tge 1st door can't close cuz of the ice. A dog did escape - a total nightmare. But that's winter. Not counting that super perfect

  • 5/5 J S. 2 years ago on Google
Natural oasis with trails for walking, cycling, and cross-country skiing in winter. Lots of open and shaded picnic areas. All of it within walking distance of a Metro station. A must for family picnics and taking a break from the hustle and bustle. Bring a lunch, bring a book.

  • 5/5 Diana C. 1 year ago on Google
Beautiful place for walking, biking and make BBQ... there are portable bathrooms and free parking, the park is very clean.

  • 4/5 erica r. 1 year ago on Google
The park is beautiful and well arranged. It is a nice place to visit when travelling to Montreal. Especially on a hot bright day, it is a perfect place for a picnic. This place offers good memories of either walking around the park or having a barbeque party in a group. Unfortunately, it's not easy to find slot for parking. It is often packed with cars. Preferable time to visit: Saturday or Sunday afternoon

  • 5/5 Seantastic S. 1 year ago on Google
My first time visiting this park. Beautiful park with great trails and picnic areas (BBQ allowed). You feel like you are in the country. Extremely busy on Saturday when I went, will return during the week.

Great view, I come here every week to be at peace for a few hours and meditate. If you enjoy watching birds and just sit peacefully for hours, this would be a great place for you in the mornings or evenings. In summer, you would different birds like sparrows and hollows. In winter, it's mostly squirrels.

  • 4/5 Simon 8 months ago on Google
Really big open space with a decent asphalt track going around the outside of it. Only reason it's 4 and not 5 is the amount of trash people leave behind or throw in the lake. Also attracts some homeless people who camp out near the picnic tables. The dog park is 5 stars though! Super nice community
