Office staff is really co-operative and friendly but yard staff have no customer values. Don't know to respect customer and how to behave with them. Just showing their power that they are ritchie bros employee and they have all rights however they want. Even a one star is too much for the yard staff. Never think they will solve your problem at anytime.

I would advice not to buy at Ritchie's Auction. Here is the reason why: Be ready for really bad customer support in case of problem. Be ready to have long waiting time when you will go take your stuff even with an appointment (5hrs waiting time). Be ready for very high transaction fees. Be ready to get very limited time to get your material before getting fines. Also customer was extremely rude the girl told us to buy at Ritchies competitor next time ...at JIQ.... We purchased well over 50000$ at Ritchie,,,,but now ,,,we learned our lesson not to deal with this company anymore

Was an excellent auction... Now I would recommended not buying from them. Awful customer service, terrible loading service. I can understand being sort staffed, but the way this auction is running their loading service is completely idiotic. Be prepared to wait a good 5 hours for your item that may take 2 mins to load. Some vehicles have appointments, many do not, and just because you got there first doesn't mean you will pass first.

Terrible customer service, girl was rude and told me it is what it is there is nothing I can do. 15 people waiting to get loaded, only 1 loader to help out. Even with an appointment...Be ready to wait 4-5 hrs inline to get your stuff . Will never buy from Ritchie again

Worst yard staff possible. Checkout door girl was rude and was saying we did not pay for our trailers and we bought 3 trailers on cash. When we asked them to respect the customer she responded that she is a female and that is why we are telling her that. At the end she brought it all to gender and that is by far the worst excuse someone can make to come out of an apology for their rude behaviour with customer. If she is reading this i will like to advise her to check the stats or information before arguing with customers.

bought equipment from Montreal in March 2022.After 15 mins on road the roof torn away resulting in major accident No description of roof damage was given during auction. No proper response from your team. Ritchie is only focused on profit but takes no responsibility to provide conditions details. I don’t recommend buying anything from ritchie.

Very slow and taking forever to load one piece despite having only 4 vehicles in the queue. Unbelievable.. almost 5 hours for this simple job . Worst site in Canada for not knowing how to handle the loading in efficient way.

finally it took only 2.5 hours , still a bit for having an appointment but it was not as bad as i expected so i take back my 1 star rating and ill give the 5 stars since it was a decent deal. although the last trailer i bought was not a all what it was supposed to be. we just have to be carefull about what to buy because sometimes its complete junk

Worst loading service….They took 7-8 hrs just to load 2 skids . Truckers Avoid this place .

The staff working over the low dos not respect owners. Once they catch you and you are fired iven you don't sign up all papers .. Be careful all seller

One great platform to purchase used equipment in different sectors. I had an issue with my purchase & the staff there handled it very professionally in order to cater all my needs. Kudos to Rafael and his team 👍🏼 I will definitely recommend but on your own due diligence. In addition that they have some great upgradation on their e-commerce side. Makes it easy to shop.
