I'm so disappointed with our experience here so far. After purchasing a pool here, we returned to choose our liner only to realize our customer service representative had selected the wrong pool on our order!! Now the pool we wanted is sold out. During a heat wave. The disappointment rests not in the unfortunate circumstances, but rather the store's lack of a policy to help. Not even an apology, let alone a gesture of appreciation for our business. Each week we are promised a delivery, and each week it is extended. We were warned about this by competitors, but failed to see the signs.

Very bad service. You can buy a pool and they’ll happily take your money but if it starts leaking 2h after they install it, they’ll just stop answering you. My pool was installed two weeks ago and is rotting in my yard. The store refuses to answer my emails or calls. Unbelievable. I regret buying my pool from them, really a huge disappointment.

Fast service, reasonable prices and good quality...

We had a few issues with our pool in the last few weeks and the service we have received from Club Piscine has been fantastic. We needed to change all our tubes and the rep guided us through the whole process and made sure we picked all the right parts. Then, our pump broke, they saw what the issue was, and gave us a brand new one; great guarantee. We have gone many times in the last few years and every time the service has been exceptional.

No accommodation for the customer when it came to a special price indicated on the shelf for an item that was not available and restocked with a more expensive one. We ended up having to buy what was available only for a higher price than we expected. The store was quiet, clean and nobody came to us after 10 minutes and there were several employees, only one other customer. Will not go back.

I'm kind of skeptical and giving 5 Stars but after been rudely treated in the brossard club piscine about the closing of my pool I called beloeil and upon arriving the young gentleman that I spoke with on the phone thomas was on lunch but with his professionalism he informed his colleague that we were coming and what we were coming about he Jean benoit greeted us and made us feel appreciated even tho it was for Free advice they both guided us through closing our pool as first time pool owners. Told us what we did wrong and how to correct the error this will save us our drainfond and skimmer thanks a million thomas and Jean benoit

Great store with a large selection of spa and outdoor products. Very nice display of items for sale.
