The motel owner was very arrogant. She did not show us the room before payment. The room had a pungent smell of Smoking. I and my spouse could not stay there for more than hour. They did not even refund. Never visit this place again.

An amazing little motel. The room was small but perfect for a couple just passing through. The room was clean and the bed so very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and spoke English very well.

I appreciated the fast WiFi (even streaming HD was no problem). The motel was walkable to downtown Mont Saint Hilaire as well as Beloeil. The room was super clean and had a fridge and microwave, really handy. The bathroom was small, shower only, no bath. The only weird thing was we were greeted by a staff member wearing a nightgown... With a hole in it. At close to 6 pm. This did not give me great confidence in the place, but I had no complaints otherwise.

The parking for the rooms are a bit odd and quite tight. Easy to get parked in by other cars. If you order food from restaurant around make sure you ask for utensils EVEN if it’s obvious you’ll need some because they don’t have plastic ones at the reception just in case. Staff was a bit cold.

Very well located and the room was clean. A bit noisy though.

We rented 4 cabine for a night and those cabine are too old and the Ac and TV is from back 90's The women who is in reciption she is rude to us and they have some unnecessary rules and regulations. Your guests are not allow to meet you in Motel if they come then you have to pay extra for them so be careful before you book

Said had a room drove 40 mins to get there and they are like nope we are closed. That was so wrong

Room was ok, filled with fruit flies. Figured out in the morning, berries in sink. Friendly and helpful in office.

Rooms do not match the pics online (old and questionable carpet), but it was very clean. Staff very very nice. However, I was upset to see they had charged me $100 additional charge the day before my arrival, only to discover it upon my return. I never authorized this or was told. I called the motel and they said this amount is frozen for a week and will be credited to my account. I said they should tell their clients before. Well it is over a week, and the charge is still there. I have had to make a complaint to erase this double charge. I will never return there again.

Do not stay here spend more money to stay at a better place this place is a dump! Wifi does not work, takes a while for hot water to work, dirty and poor customer service. I asked for the property manager to call me in regards to wifi not working never got a call this place is depressing as hell!
