    Amazing service and care at this one unlike the one at Dix30 that have proven to me to be extremely neglegent. This one cares about there animals and that you have all the knowledge you need and will take the time to talk to you and answer any and all questions you have.

    We asked a question about a fish we wanted to buy but instead we got asked if we are going to buy it or not. It is the employees responsibility to give us information French or English weather we chose to buy or not. My family is bilingual and can speak and understand both languages. Staff is rude for people of color and does not want to entertain questions. There was no other customer in the store so there is plenty of time for the employees chit chat with each other rather than make the customer comfortable in the store. Very uncomfortable experience.

    I brought my grandaughter here yesterday so she can see the wrecked airplane with its twisted helixes, the turtles and kois swimming in the big pool. She would love to visit the other pets like birds and dogs and cats. Unfortunately, this whole area was closed for renovation.

Très surpris aussi que rien n'a changer en plus de 20 ans la dedans. J'étais au secondaire la dernière fois que je suis allez a cette endroit et tous est pareil. La propreté a l'entrer est impeccable voir maladif nais au sous sol ou a l'étage... le laisser allez est présent et kes présentoir sont un peu vide et les employés nous regarde limite comme des animaux, mais je comprend. On nous demande a l'entrer quesce qui nous intéresse mais une fois a l'étage ou au sous-sol, personne ne viens nous voir, mais il nous regarde du coin de l'oeil. Je comprend aussi la politique de vente final avec le covid mais svp, expliqué pourquoi au gens. Expliqué pourquoi les temps sont dure et revendre un produit toucher et déballer c'est impossible. Et pour l'histoire de la fille qui ne pouvait pas m'aider, la litiere est vendu dans une boite brune grosse comme un lave vaiselle et sans indication et situer au sous sol... alors je comprend. Mais svp, encourager les gens a venir vous voir, faite attention a ne pas perdre certain client et surtout avec toutes la compétition en ligne qui travail tres fort pour vous les prendres. Lâchez pas. Soyez imaginatif, ont va tous s'en sortir ensemble et mettre des panneaux pour cette litiere litter robot 3. Elle est génial et fini les odeurs et poussière et ramassage pour moi... elle fait tous cela et très économique sur la litiere.

    I understand that there’s a pandemic going on, but prohibiting customers to enter the store in order to browse is just unacceptable. Please note that it wasn’t written anywhere on the door about this and no other stores has this weird policy. I was ready to invest 50-100$ worth of aquarium accessories but was told to visit the online store, which doesn’t help a bit in my case (i need to investigate the items’ specs.) I’m afraid you just lost yourself a customer.

    The people at this store are really knowledgeable and you can feel they care about the animals! I got my hamster there, I wanted to buy a normal hamster, but she recommended a winter dwarf, which was the best decision ever! Mick is happily part of the family even nowadays!

    I never can seem to get someone to help me when I'm here. They're always acting like their too busy to help me get something. Options in pets are very limited, all items are grossly overpriced and customer service is terrible. Sorry for the negative review, but this is it's reality.

    really bad store , I bought the rabbit for my son they told me I go to the cash and pay they will bring her to the cash when they bring our pet to the cash, she was in the box and when we reach home and open the box we saw that they give us another rabbit , and seller told us this rabbit is so nerviest don't buy this one and choose another one, but he bring the one that he doesn't suggest . tomorrow I will return back the rabbit to change .

    All in all the experience was great but very complicated to get an appointment with the dog. You need an appointment so if you're at the store forget about seeing the dog.     Got in just to take a look... An hour and a 4 ft Royal Python later with cage and all accessories, left really excited with our new family member... Pricey (not the snake, actually the price was very good deal!!), as a suggestion, would be good to have access to "deals" when you want to buy all the set up from scratch😉... But got all I needed, and the attention from Andrew was very professional and accurate, he helped me choosing the right cage, hiding spots, water container, etc. Thanks a lot Andrew, and the guy from the cash, he speaks Spanish but can't remember his name, sorry dude, thanks anyway! I bought LIVE fish and she actually asked if I wanted a receipt. Of course I do. It is the only way to guarantee the 48 hours of life of the fish. Mind you, her pink hair was the best thing about her.
