1h30 to buy a car battery, change it and return the used one! no cashed open other the self checkout and return counter! slow very slow service!!!!! time to change the owner ot his store. Can service get any worse? Yes it can! No cashiers just the automated cashes, no employees in sight and what a dump of a store!!!!

Waited on hold on the phone for 15 minutes to talk to somebody in parts!!!! Ridiculous to wait that long to have NOBODY answering it....thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer service...you expect people to shop and spend money in your store but your staffs lack of customer service makes a bad impression sending possible purchases to another store....needs a definite improvement and that is y I rated it at 1 star

Came in for an oil change then as soon as I left the garage I have a major leak and I can follow streaks down the road to my house. The broken part is the oil filter / cooler that they fiddled with for the filter change. And they want me to pay a 1000 buck to repair it. Worst service ever ... they can't even take their responsibilities even though I'm willing to pay for the part but not the man hours.

Attention! Check the price correctly on your bills. I have bought oil 15W40 (on the tablets it was 6.99 each but on my bill i found 9.99 each) when i asked, the customer service was try to cheat me ( with many answers which was not acceptable).

Sad, It used to be great but now they have humongous buildings full of cheap stuff. Service is the Pitts....If you have a cart, good luck negotiating a space with other carts due to its limited room full of clustered tables in this limited ally. Returns are difficult. They will argue about how that merchandise broke or scratched. Just saying....

Typical average Canadian tire store. Nothing special, but nothing bad either. In the fall, we used a car service and we were satisfied.

Very Rude and unprofessional. Employee's have no respect for the customers. No intention of helping customers and showing me the way to the door.

Obviously a problem with my vehicle. I had an appointment at 1h pm was unable to get here until 3h30 pm because of the towing company. Stayed in communication with the gentlemen at the store and they held my place. It was GREATLY appreciated. Thank you very much.

Customer service needs a lot of improvements. Not impressed

People's do not follow store pandemic rules, advising a customer, her answer was a question as if it was in force yet, to her all was back to normal as before. Be careful People's.

Many aisles are completely blocked and inaccessible. Thankfully a very nice employee offered without hesitation to climb this mountain of boxes to get me what I wanted, but that doesn't excuse the lack of logistics.

Great service and great selection

Its like all the other Canadian tires so it was easy to find what we needed.
