This "hotel" is why Photoshop exists! They advertise as a 3 stars hotel but in reality it is a 2 stars hotel. Room is run down and dirty, hair on the pillows,. Ripped paper wall. Broken window that you cannot close with normal means. Bathroom door hard to close. Dusty and dirty furniture and an old squeaky bed. Suspicious bathroom that is clogged up. They have a microwave but it's next to the bed stand. I guess they want to fry our brains or something with it. The receptionist doesn't seem to understand French or English so good luck communicating with her. I would give this place one star but at least once I explained my issues to the staff they gave us an upgraded room right away which was a bit better when you compare it to the previous one on the ground floor but it's still not worth your money. I hope this hotel realizes that they need things to change so that their business thrives.

Definitely not the nicest place and would not recommend families come here (if on vacation spend a little extra and bring you kids somewhere nice) but if alone on a road trip definitely works for a one night stay for some shut eye. Main problems are that the hotel has mice, it is falling apart, area attracts some strange clients and owners couldn't care less about the quality of their building, housekeeping works hard to try to keep it clean but also super understaffed and can only do so much since she works front desk and cleaning.

This place should be categorized as a cheap motel more than its name "hotel". The rooms are pretty small with quite cheap and old furniture, decoration, and electric devices. A huge loudsy antique AC is placed next to the bed so good luck with getting a nice sleep. Bathrooms are so tiny without hand soap and a place to hang your clothes. There is only one short tower rack for 4 sets of towers. The shower head and tap are broken.

Driving 12 hours from Nova Scotia, I just wanted somewhere to sleep. Considering how close it is to downtown Montreal, it’s really nice! I’m a basic gal, but the room was cozy, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfy. Most of all, I felt safe staying there (female travelling alone). The staff is very pleasant and kind. Will definitely stay here again when coming back out!!

Very comfy beds, pleasant staff and decent water pressure. Price was acceptable for the location. However, I had no towels and suspect my bathroom wasn't actually cleaned. It was clean enough, but the shower curtain wasn't fully hung, there was a small clump of hair in the bathtub and the toilet paper wasn't changed. Furthermore in pulling out the bed to access the plug, it was obvious no one had vacuumed behind it in some time.

I don't know about the other bad reviews. But we found the room very clean. Very good place for short stay at comparatively lower price.

Older motel, bed was kind of hard, but great location right off the highways and employee was super nice and very accommodating of our lack of French. For the price I think this is a really good option. Bar and restaurant attached altho I didn't get a chance to check out either

Worst stay ever. We weren’t able to lock the room properly.Air Conditioner wasn’t working . They had a replacement air conditioner which they had to fill water in from time to time. Bed was uncomfortable. We couldn’t really sleep in the room because of AC then they changed the room and Ac took 5-6 hours to cool the room. Will never return....👎🏻

Outside of the place is completely filled with garbage. You can not step without stepping on garbage. When I opened the door to the door to the room it smelt like something died in the room. There was hair in our shower, clearly not cleaned. The AC was broken. Also, there were brown stains on the bed sheets, not to mention the bed was completely old and very uncomfortable. Not worth the money at all.

Clean place but then I wondered.... stairs going to the 2nd floor were dirty and seemed as if not vacuumed in weeks. We booked 2 rooms for Saturday night since we had a wedding nearby. Checked in by 3 and one of the rooms had to be changed twice since the beds were not made and sheets and comforter (need to be modernized) were on the chair or on the bed and used towels on the floor. Towels in our bedroom seemed somewhat clean until I found 1 dirty washcloth....take a look at the torn floor towel...really not impressed. Keurig coffee machine with no coffee pods but if you want dust there was plenty of that. I guess you really get what you pay for luckily there didn't seem to be any bed bugs.

Don't be fooled by the exterior, the room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was free. They offer everything they promise. My only complaints were that we didn't get much service on the room. They left it be. No towels or garbage pickup until we requested it. Which kinda sucked but didn't ruin our stay. I'd go back.
