We were on the terasse enjoying the sun, the waiter forgot to put alcohol in 1 drink, then came back with the food. The chicken was very good, but the burger a little dry. We were both sadened by the fact that they dont have fries to order on the side. A burger is meant to be eaten with good old fries! Instead we were offered to have olives as a side dish for out chicken and burger..... Hopefully the waiter learns his drink menu a little more and can give better side dish advice.

Awesome place on the shore of the Richelieu river but....so-so food. We were 3 and we all found the food just...good enough.

My wife who is Jamaican noticed that the man on the table next to us was looking at us disapprovingly even as we were seated, but we did not know why. The waiter came quickly and we ordered wine but immediately a commotion began with the couple next to us. The man angrily got up and carried his plate to a different table on the other side of the room, dropping cutlery on the floor as he left. We understood that this was an act of blatant racism and feeling unwelcome, we left immediately without waiting for the wine. I felt shame because I am from Quebec and apologized to my wife. Yes the incident was not directly the fault of the management but it is a shame that this kind of overt racism still exists in 2023. I would never return to this restaurant.

What a great evening, food was amazingly tasty, we had the “Plateau du Cracheur” for 2 and we could not finish it, much leftovers to bring back home!!! We also hit the jackpot with live band, great Cuban music, it was Carlos Placeres and his band…. Also the owner was on site and really pleasant to talk with, great service from the staff and will be back again to taste more of their Smokehouse meats!!! Btw great selection of wine, beer and tiki style drinks

Somehow my previous review has been deleted. We have been in this resto during summer . Very bad service - We have been waiting for our meal for an hour. My boyfriend asked the waiter to bring him some appetizer while waiting. The waiter said with mystical smile that he has smth really nice to eat while waiting and brought 1 piece of bread later one 😀😀😀 My boyfriend ordered 80 smth $ plate and half of it was empty burger buns. I think 8 halfs of the burger. Meat was gross. Few months later we went to another restaurant that is just next to this one and the food was delicious as well as the service. Tuna tartar was good. Never order their big plate. It's bad.

We waited over an hour for our food because the staff forgot to input our order. Half the menu was unavailable during lunch, which included all the smokehouse items. Apparently the restaurant is currently undergoing a change in management which would explain what's going on, however it would make more sense to close during this period.

I booked a table for four and they gave us the space for 2 people. Food took 2 hours to be served and didn't taste good. They didn't even bother to check if all was good or to bring water. Very low quality for an overpriced place. I gave them a good tip anyways because I imagine the reason may be bad management.

The restaurant is located on the riverside, beautiful view. However, the service is very slow and the waitress passed by our table several times before even addressing us. The food was very mediocre and depressing. I would not recommend for dinner but it’s a great place for drinks and cocktails with a view.

What a great evening! Amazingly tasty food, generous portions, and excellent service. The live Cuban band added to the fantastic atmosphere. The owner was friendly and present. A great selection of drinks, including wine, beer, and tiki-style beverages. Will definitely be back to try more of their smokehouse meats. Highly recommended!

Very professional service, nice food with creative arrangements. Charcoal grill menues are delicious. The restaurant has a beautiful terrasse (on different levels) next to the river Richelieu. Also, there is indoor seatings and 2 bars available.

Meat is tender but lacks taste. Garlic bread is burger buns without garlic. Burgers had no fries on the side. Good, fast and friendly service.

Beyond great! Everyone in our party loved the food, service and atmosphere. We were supposed to go to another restaurant nearby which was surprisingly closed so we stumbled upon this place. What a beautiful mistake.

We treated ourselves as a family (2 adults 2 kids) with a sunset view. Very beautiful but the service was slow, our drinks never came when we ordered them with the food. We enjoyed the view and ate the food. Filet steak was nice but we had no wine to enjoy it with, even after asking a second time. Ribs were average and quite dry with no sauce. Service never checked on us either. We had to leave to the front to get served for the bill to pay. On the way out we saw a high chair that wasn’t offered and there was no apology for not serving the drinks just a blank expression. The wine was on the bill that we had to asked for it to be removed and they never placed the order for the other drink. We can say we’ve finally been but probably won’t go back which is a shame because it’s a prime spot. For the experience it’s also very highly priced for the quality. Fix the service and food quality or succumb to being another dying restaurant in the area sadly.

Fantastic service, great food. The chili and chips are amazing. Not cheap but you get your money's worth. The atmosphere is cool and the music smooth. 2 pages worth of different. Only complaint was my gf drink was on the strong side. But besides that, wonderful experience. Will be back for sure. 😊

What a surprise to find such a good Texas/Southern-style BBQ (smoker) in Beloeil. Everything was perfect for the 4 of us tonight: top notch, efficient and friendly service, great atmosphere, and the food was delicious! If you're unsure, the spare ribs are to die for (big portion!) And an authentic Texas BBQ experience. I was worried about them spritzing it with espresso because I can't stand that flavor but I loved it! Even the dessert which a lot of similar places would usually skimp on were surprisingly good! I'll come back sooner than later!

Very good food for meat lovers. Although the couscous side that comes with all dishes tasted okay on its own but I think it's a very bad match to all the meat flavours. I love delicious sides to BBQs and I find this one just falls short. The kids mac and cheese was a huge hit for mine

Nice grilled food if you are a meat lover! Atmosphere was great with the blues live music. Too bad for the cocktail signature with no much taste. A bit of confusion in the service but it’s high season, some are new so that’s okay. I recommend!

The food was ok, not more then that, I ordered the 86$the big plate the meat was dry oh ya on the side only a bit of salad and no potatoes but they gave me 4 peaces of hamburger bread lol I came to eat nasty bread for 100$ under the meat, thats there best seller and honestly I was expecting alot more . the tartar was good the beer was good not worth the money I gave the waiter 20% tip and honestly he didn't deserve it ,and he looked insulted because he thought I'm not going to ask for change, the service was so so, my girls meal arrived in 5 min and my in 1 hours not very romantic. The restaurant it self looks great but that's about it

A little it disappointed with the food, it was just average nothing special,not alot of dish variety to be honest, but the location of this place is just amazing, right next to the river with a great view on Mont Saint hilaire,the service was also great very nice and helpful staff.I would definitely have to go there to try their bar at sunset.

Fantastic. We went after a hike during a perfect colder fall day and stopped for a late lunch. I typically would have taken a picture of the food but the brisket burger was so delicious that I finished it in 5 seconds.
