Came here when it first opened and still a regular customer! The tacos are so delicious and you can tell that the food is freshly made with care. I always order the tongue and Al pastor taco. With the addition of the salsa verde, it elevates the tacos to another level. The older lady who is at the cash is so kind and the service is quick! The tacos cost around 10$ for 4 which is reasonable. The prices used to be lower beforehand. They also only take cash or debit. This is my go to place for tacos in Montreal/south shore so highly recommend this mom and pop joint.

Yes 5 stars! If I could put more I would. Fantastic service with a smile and a joke or two. The food was the best we have found so far. This is THE BEST PLACE FOR TACOS ON THE SOUTH SHORE!!

I enjoyed the tacos. Please try with their tangy green sauce it’s delicious. The corn on the other hand had a little too much mayo which ruined it for me. Tacos are affordable, 4 tacos of your choice for 9$ tax in. Not the greatest service I’ve ever had but still respectful. I will definitely go back if I’m in the area. Don’t hesitate, it’s inside an old dingy mall but it’s worth the adventure.

The most authentic like Mexican food I’ve tasted anywhere. I was tired of eating the same old beans & rice & cheese & meat in the name of Mexican food everywhere. I started to wonder if this is all you get in different shapes & sizes, but this place enlightened me with lovely food, which felt like was cooked by local chefs. I would love to come back again.

Love all their tacos, burrito, and everything on their menu. Definitely our regular go to place. Its located in an old food court of a mall that is like walking back in time. But the quality of food is not of food court, rather you feel like your eating a real home cooked meal. That goes for the neighboring food stalls too. You feel like your eating from a grandma’s kitchen

Super authentic, prices are hard to beat. We always get the chicken gringas which are cheesy, and delicious. The burritos are pretty heavy on the beans and everything else is really good. They had a new cook once that wasn't too good but... Only once. I've been back a few times since and they've been good They have a little dessert fridge next to the register that has some great stuff. I love getting the tres leches milk cake and the flan.

The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff was so sweet. Clearly a family owned restaurant. The pastor tacos are definitely a must try!

If you want an authentic taste of Mexico on the South Shore, this lowkey store is THE place. Fresh and very flavorful options for cheap. The food comes out fast and freshly made, I highly recommend the tacos Al Pastor. The two types of salsas they have are also very tasty (verde and res) and they compliment the dishes perfectly. The owner is almost always on-site and gives a great welcome.

Super friendly staff and very authentic food. It has been our best experience for Mexican food in Montreal.

Tried the Pancita and Birria tacos this weekend. It was so delicious and the most authentic Mexican food I have tried here in Canada by far. The price is a little high but its the same everywhere else sadly. I will be coming back to try the Al Pastor tacos.

The price increase from 12$ to 20$ for 8 tacos in less than a year is exaggerated. This price point is inadequate as there are better alternatives.

Although it is inside a mall, the food is superb and feels authentic. I have had the chicken beef and beef tongue tacos there.. all fantastic and affordable.

We ordered burrito and gringa. We were disappointed that it was lacking of taste. The cashier didn't tell us any thing when he handed the food, so we only learned that sauce was available at the counter after we finished eating everything, when we saw other customers asking for some. Oh well...

Quick and easy latino food. Great taste and decent prices, despite the fact that prices have almost doubled post-Covid

The food is really good! I ordered “tacos de barbacoa” they were 3 and it was sufficient for me but for my husband wouldn’t be enough 🤭 We also tried the huarache which was super good too and really big! The bad thing is that the restaurant is inside a mall and the ambiance is kind of a food court but the food is woth it. The people of the restaurant were really nice.

Closest thing to eating in Mexico. Very delicious authentic Mexican food, Not Americanized like some chain restaurants, not drenched in cheese (as it should be)

Most delicious and authentic tacos we’ve had in Canada! 4 tacos of any meat for 10$ and delicious burritos 10$ all come with 2 types of sauce. Gracias por la rica comida!

I have a quest for Al Pastor tacos. Whenever I visit a Mexican place, I'll order their Al Pastor. This place serves authentic dishes but their version of the dish utilizes very cheap cuts of meats that ended up being tough. No amount of lemon or hot sauce was able to salvage this. As other reviewers mentioned, service was lacking too.

👍 Service is nice, we came the early evening so many seats available. The bretzel was pretty amazing, salty and soft. The poutine is just ok, a bit too salty for me. Choucroute could be better if it’s served with mash potato instead of fries
