So,
I
ordered
a
single
pepperoni
pizza
for
pick-up.
Waited
an
hour,
including
30
minutes
at
the
restaurant.
Asked
to
cancel
and
get
a
refund,
but
it
was
a
DoorDash
order.
Little
did
I
know,
having
never
had
to
cancel
an
order
before,
I
get
a
refund
through
DoorDash.
I
figured
that
they
needed
to
do
something.
After
I
asked,
the
Owner(?)
was
angry.
Never
even
acknowledged
at
any
point
during
this
fiasco
over
a
$20
pizza,
that
they
failed
to
fulfill
my
order.
Now,
I
acted
inappropriately.
Full
blown
Karen
(Kevin?)
moment.
I
cursed,
I
left
and
I
came
back
because
I
had
some
stupid
point
to
make,
namely
that
I
felt
I
was
treated
badly
from
the
start.
Drama
escalated
and
after
some
over
the
top
posturing
and
threats
by
the
Owner,
I
was
asked
to
leave
and
I
did,
cursing
and
name
calling
all
along
the
way.
Drama
aside,
and
using
this
review
to
inform
people,
they
seem
to
struggle
during
peak
times.
The
Skip
the
Dishes
Delivery
Driver
ahead
of
me
left
empty
handed
also.
Quality
has
been
impacted
over
time
as
well.
Do
not
rely
on
the
times
noted
on
the
apps
or
provided
by
them.
At
peak
times,
it’ll
likely
take
longer.
I
clearly
won’t
be
back,
and
I’m
sure
they
are
fine
with
that.
Again,
never
once
was
the
lack
of
service
acknowledged.
It’s
just
a
$20
pizza,
so
who
cares
right?
They
likely
don’t
anymore.
They
may
respond
with
some
sarcastic
remark
or
further
vilify
me
as
the
“worst
customer
ever”,
but
there
it
it….
I
was
once
someone
who
gave
them
five
stars.
Maybe
they’ll
find
their
stride?
