We
sat
on
the
outside
terrace.

verdict
was:
YES,
YOU
WERE
RIGHT,
THEY
ARE
EXCELLENT.
We
ordered
two
different
ones
and
cut
them
in
half
(so
you
can
make
an
objective
comparison
and
opinions)
One
was
"La
Quesera"
whose
role
was
to
have
a
collection
of
cheeses
as
secondary
ingredients
(we
eliminated
goat,
since
the
subscriber
does
not
like
that
kind
of
cheese).
The
roquefort
was
perfect,
intense
but
without
reaching
that
point
that
some
found
offensive
and
the
Mexican
American
cheese,
gorgonzola,
edam,
caramelized
onion
and
bacon,
gave
it
a
perfect
flavor.
