First of all, I'm going to start by retaking a girl's review that was posted in here before talking about how bad the wi-fi was and is. The wi-fi is worse than mobile data, you cannot even watch a youtube video without it stopping at least 7 times, takes 15 minutes to download a picture. The problem was not her computer that needed to be updated because I have a really performant and up to date and the wi-fi is still worse than in the Sahara Desert. The rooms are okay but they are really not taken care of, except for the beds and desktops. The walls are all dirty with different colour liquids, the floor has white spots as if they forgot to give it a swipe. Not to mention you do have to pay 5€ everytime if you lose your card more than twice, a card like that can be bought by not more than 0''15 cents each, but I'm not going to get into that. The food is okay having in consideration the overall presentation of the residence, meaning sometimes can be delicious and sometimes you just want to go back to your bedroom and go sleep to forget about the food you just tasted. To conclude i want to state that I don't recommend it for the price of it but I do if you don't have a choice.

I still don´t have a card to open the gate at the front. I resort to waiting outside and waving to get the attention of the staff. There is a bell on the wall, which doesn´t work. I think it´s there to make me feel less powerless. THE KIDS IN THE DINING HALL ARE VERY NOISY. The food is good.

Decent location. Good environment. Close to metro

I lived there for 4 years. We may have had a bumpy road sometimes, but i had an amazing experience there, and definitely will come back. They made my BCN study stay better, and I always felt safe there. Becoming friends with the staff will make things way better. The room floors may be a bit cleaner, and the halls can be made a bit more noise isolated. But the good things definitely win here. At the same time you have a free pass in the labyrinth park, a hiking trail nearby, great views, direct metro station to the city center 8 mins away by foot, and a supermarket 12 minutes away. Before covid, they had exceptional food!!! Weekly cleaning, and new beddings+towels. 24/7 reception, and security during the night. Street and private parking is available. Nothing special about the place, rooms are small, bathrooms are quite spacious but the location is bad. Metro is close but the residence is in a hill meaning it’s around an 8 uphill walk. No stores nearby and food isn’t the greatest. Not a lot of vegetarian options. Room service only once a week

Good student residence

Very simply furnished room (no TV, fridge or anything), however nice and clean- who does need more? Excellent breakfast (earlier you get to the restaurant the more variety of food you have to chose from) Only issue is that the complex is located outside city center (20-25 min by metro) and can be little tricky to find at the first time. PRICE/VALUE RATIO is unbeatable. All we needed was a nice, clean, safe place with breakfast. We have been spending whole day in the city so distance was not a problem either.

Loved it My experience there was amazing

The rooms are nice and have all what you need. The place its beautiful, with a lot of things to do and a complete service. Even though its not near the university, you have underground access near the residence.

Basic rooms that are functional and clean but not luxurious and have no amenities such as refrigerator, tea/ coffee etc. No bar. Rooms are only cleaned once per week. Not much soap/ shampoo and the shower tended to leak over the floor everytime. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is good. Is on the outskirts of the city but close to bus and metro stations. Quiet at night.

The residence itself is quite nice! It's very clean and simple and the rooms are ok, however they are very simple rooms, with no fridge or other equiptment. There is a cafeteria on site where the food is really good but this is the only option for food because the residence is very far from the centre! The metro takes 20 minutes and there's a 10 minute uphill walk to the residence. Surrounding the residence there are very few facilities, 1 cafe, 1 bar,a supermarket and a few other shops.

Pros:It was very nice and clean. The double room was comfortable, with two separate beds, a TV and writing desk. Housekeeping was good, with daily cleaning of the room and fresh towels provided everyday. Nothing can beat the price, great facilities at a fantastic price. The complimentary breakfast spread was expansive, with something for everyone. The Metro station is just about 5 minutes away. Lunch and dinner buffet also priced very reasonably at just around 10 euro. In house gym. Courteous staff. Nothing posh, but it was a very comfortable stay. Cons: No fan, could get hot in summer. The free WiFi is sufficient for just texting and surfing. Not good for WhatsApp voice calls/ Skype.

Ok, the foods not to bad but there is not a lot of variation. The games do not work (table football etc). The cinema area is nice but nothing special. The rooms are quite small and cramped. Overall very mediocre.
