This place is disgrace to Weber brand, I came here on the night of 24th. The two girls working in the night shift does not deserve their job at all. After seeing the reviews I don't think owner of the store doesn't seem to care. It is like they are doing everything not to sell the product. Even though this madness was going on, I decided to buy the BBQ for the sake of Weber brand. They asked me to dissamble the BBQ myself since they didn't have one in a box. They didn't have any idea what they were selling and they didn't seem to care. As a customer I felt bad asking questions to this people. What a joke!

Brought the BBQ into the shop and the manager went upstairs and tried to find the problem. In the end we worked out what it was and a couple of days later the replacement part was ready. A few months ago we bought a grill (genesis) and were helped by Monica, who was truly exceptional!! We couldn't be happier with our new grill. Monica encouraged us to get the nicer model of the grill, without giving us pressure or the impression that she was trying to upsell us, instead it was like she just knew we would be happier with the model we went with, and we are! Montse was incredibly helpful. She had extensive knowledge of all products at the store, answered all of our questions in full and showed us different options for different budgets. My husband and I have been thinking about getting a grill for three years but could never come to a decision we both liked. Montse and her passion gave us the confidence we needed to buy the new Lumen and many fun accessories and wood chips! Worst Experience Ever - In May this year I got in contact with Weber Center Barcelona for a spare part. After numerous emails, exchanging schematics, pictures and part numbers, the technician confirmed which part I need and I proceeded with the order. From July onwards I started to contact them about the status of my order, but nothing. Early October I even went to the store to learn that they have no clue what I am talking about. I left my contact details and luckily after a few days they informed me that my spare part will arrive at the end of October (after more than 5 months). Yesterday I went to the store to get the part. Instead of the required valve they presented a simple nut to me!!! No, and they can not give me back my money because the system does not support that, and they only can look into this if the right colleague is in the story, and at this point in time they can not help me and I have to return another time. To be honest - before I do that I will scrap my Weber grill and invest into a Komado Joe which I will not buy in Barcelona!
