This was so much better than what I expected. Saw the Salvador Dali exhibition. The interactive rooms were very good and the best part by far. There was one where everyone received a VR headset and got to walk around, another large room with a display across the walls and music. There were a couple of rooms more focused on being informative. Although all text was in Spanish, there was a QR code taking us to an English translation. The website could do with being more clear about the order. For 14 euros or so, I think this exhibition was definitely worth it in the end, spent about an hour here.

Shame there is no english on the exhibition, you need to follow a QR code which takes you to the link with English description. However in room 1 there is a movie which is not translated on screen or the website. The immersive and VR part is amazing, we have enjoyed it a lot (the immersive part has some subtitles and again the English is sadly missing). Based only on the immersive and VR part I would recommend going. I think it took us around 1h total. Probably would be longer if you can read all intro stuff in Spanish 😊

WOW this was the most amazing experience. What’s this place all about? The IDEA Dalí exhibit focused on his life, imagination and creative process as an artist. His biography brought to life via projections, immersive light displays that make you feel a living part of the exhibit, and metaverse experiences accessed via VR headsets. Expect something futuristic, flamboyant. You don’t watch this exhibition, you are thrown right into the images. Would love to come back and experience Klimt. Well worth the 14 Euros. Various concessions available Exhibits, change, periodically, and have included in the past Claude Monet, Gustav Klimt, Frida Kahlo so check the website before going Advice for the time- or attention-challenged? You follow a set signposted route throughout the exhibition space, meaning you can linger at your own pace.

I visited the centre in August 2021 with their digital Klimt exhibition. The beginning was rather modest with a full wall of text in Spanish/Catalan only, so my expectations were not very high to say the least. The exhibition gets more digital/interactive with every room you enter. The main room with 30min projections on all the walls is simply mind-blowing 🤯. It is almost a spiritual journey that takes you through the life and art of Gustav Klimt, but also helps to explain through 21st centry technology the concept of modernism, which I think (and hope) I finally grasped correctly thanks to the exibition. Well done, a must visit when you are in Barcelona in summer 2021!!

I went to see Salvador Dalí exhibition today, the interactive rooms were very good and the best part without a doubt. At the last part of the exhibition there is a VR interactive experience where you got to see the painting animated and moving around you. There were a couple of rooms more focused on being informative. The text is in Catalan and Spanish but there are QR codes that contain English explanation. The website could be a bit more clear and have a better user experience but it's acceptable. For 14 euros as far as I have seen I see it absolutely worth it, spent around one hour and a half or two in the museum. I see it as a good place to bring kids (+4) because the interactive rooms will have them entertained for a long time.

Saw the Frida Kahlo exhibit, which was definitely worth it. Lots of cool digital art setups, with the main warehouse being the best attraction. The VR at the end was a nice treat. Just note the exhibit is only in Catalan and Spanish.

Literally inside Klimt. About 90 minutes of virtual art trip. You enter directly to Klimt universe, colors and reality. The music, the light, the atmosphere help you to disappear from the real world for a while. La Ideal Barcelona offers you the opportunity to dive in Klimt life and work. The exhibition has been in Paris, Malaga and Seville before landing in Barcelona. More than 1.000 meters of screen. Virtual glasses in a special corner. Corridors and rooms with a lot of information about the artist. Photomaton composing your image inside a Klimt painting. The new technologies allow us to interpret our favourite art works in an amazing way. I wonder what Klimt would think experiencing this. He would be surprised and pleased with the result. I have no doubt. I recommended you to buy tickets for the exhibition.

I can't post about the centre in general or any other exhibitions they have done, but the Dalí exhibit is amazing. The VR experience is included in the entry price and is the best one I have ever done at an exhibition of that type. The immersive room is great, you can stay in there for ages enjoying the paintings, colours and music all around you. Best not to go with restless kids as you won't be able to enjoy it as you should. Totally fine for babies. Very easy to get to by metro.

It’s a best program now in Barcelona. I was here last year and today too. I like Dalí. Very Nice and interesting. 3D the best! And just 9€. It’s Nothing. Going and Enjoy. Minimum 1 hours or more.

Mind blowing! Highly recommend it! Wheelchair friendly. For the VR experience you have to transfer to one of their chairs but they help you.

I totally recommend NEXT TO NORMAL immersive. The key member of the original cast is superb. The rest of the cast are really good. In English with Spanish and Catalan subtitles .

Mind-blowing presentation of Dalí's art. You can read all info in English over your phone, but the best parts are without language.

Get ready for a seriously cool and kinda weird experience at DALÍ CYBERNETICS in the IDEAL Centre d'Arts Digitals de Barcelona. This place isn't your regular old art museum, it's like stepping into a trippy Salvador Dalí dream, and trust me, you'll want to share this craziness on your social media. Okay, picture this: a gigantic 360-degree screen that's like a roller coaster for your eyeballs. It's not just for staring; it's for goofing around and snapping pics that will make your friends do a double-take. You'll be surrounded by Dalí's mind-bending art, and it's the perfect backdrop for selfies that'll make your followers laugh and go, "Wait, what?" And hold up, it gets even wilder! There's a virtual reality thingy that lets you dive deep into Dalí's brain. You'll see how this artsy genius came up with all his crazy ideas, from stuff that's mind-blowing to things that are just plain out there. Whether you're an artsy type or just up for some seriously strange fun, DALÍ CYBERNETICS at IDEAL Centre d'Arts Digitals de Barcelona is the spot. It's like a mix of LOLs and mind-blowing moments that you won't wanna miss – and you'll totally want to share the wackiness on your socials!

I visited IDEAL Centre d'Arts Digitals de Barcelona for the exhibition 'KLIMT: The Immersive Experience'. Really incredible! It is a center of digital culture in which you’re thrown right into the images. There are different spaces to experience art through exhibition spaces, audiovisual projections and virtual reality, but the main attraction is a room whith a 360º projection of the artist's paintings. It really feels like being inside his paintings. Higly reccomended.

Truly an amazing experience and one of the best places that I visited in Barcelona, the care and innovation they put into the Klimt & Modernism exhibition was impressive, it's truly a new way to experience art. I also loved how they highlighted the women and activists of the modern era. I hope to visit again soon!

Went to see the Dali exhibition which was very well curated and a great immersive experience. However not in English! The virtual headset experience was extraordinary and we loved it. We learnt a lot about Dali and his work as well as the impact his work has on the world today. Would recommend for a few hours out of the day for fun and learning experience

There are not many original artifacts and the written information is full of names and dates but not stories. I asked the people who were with me what did they learnt or remember and it was nothing. It's not well told. Most of the time you spend in a movie without story, logic or any sense. The technology is amazing but poorly used. After that you have the virtual reality which is the best of the experience and the one thing for what I Will still encourage people to go. It's very good, but only 7 mins. After that another virtual reality, as good as anything you can find online for free, or worse. You can do it an have fun or you can skip it and you won't lose a thing

If I could I would give the Dali installation 100 stars! It was absolutely amazing, really informative but at the same time really interactive. You can’t stop watching. So if you can, don’t miss it!

A breathtaking art experience! DALÍ CIBERNÈTIC is a great multimedia immersive exhibition.

Visited the latest exhibition here - an immersive Dali experience. Only 9 euros entry on Mondays and thoroughly enjoyed it. The VR room was really something special. Please remind visitors to wait as long as needed in the immersive room 3 in case they miss the part where you put the 3D glasses on!

The history information is only in Spanish, the website has a English translation tough. Nevertheless the main attractions are awesome (the room and the vr room) and do not require any reading or understanding would definitely recommend !

The Salvador Dali exhibit was one of the best immersive art experiences ever. Would've appreciated a little more English translation, but we are in Spain.

We enjoyed the exhibition even though it was quite pricey. But my main complaint would be that it advertises it's family tickets, which made us believe that it would be. Suitable for my six year old. The virtual reality at the end had some very frightening images and I feel that this should have been explained beforehand, so that we could have discussed the matter and taken a better decision.

I've attended an interactive exhibition about the life of Frida Kahlo. Very interesting experience, that includes augmented reality and many novel audio-visual technologies

What a wonderful experience! I love Frida Kalho so I was going to like the exhibit anyway but the immersion is brilliant and the 3D Virtual Reality is genius!
