Apparently asking for a full drink here is too much to ask. Just because a person doesn't want their coffee watered down with ice doesn't mean they should be given a cup almost half empty. This is the only location that ever does this. I have no problem anywhere else. And the rude employee felt the need to reprimand me and say that this will be the last time they will fill the cup for me. Well guess what honey, this is last time I come back here. Because apparently making coffees is just too much of a difficult concept for someone of your small brain capacity. Especially after leaving this review, I definitely won't be back since employees here have a history of spitting in people's drinks. For anyone who is unaware, look it up on the internet. There was an employee spitting in police officers drinks. It was all over the news. Another low class employee at this location. Shocker

Starbucks is like my home. Especially during my college days. I am and will forever remain a customer.

The inside of this Starbucks is deceiving from the outside. When I walked in I was surprised at how spacious, clean and well decorated it was. The flow in the store seems to be great. The baristas are friendly and efficient. I also liked the music they had on. Couldn’t ask for more.

Revised review 10/7/23 I ordered by walk in and wauted forever for ice coffee. Evidently the mobile orders get high preference, but they need to improve their logistics. Good Starbucks. Much space to work.

5 times in a row, I order a Hot Mocha (online and in store) and I get the Iced version. The label on the Iced version says Hot Mocha but still they mess it up. Last time I tried to ask nicely why is this happenning, they got defensive and made a scene about (we will fix it no need to stress). Up you game. Get the order right. There are 0 modifications I added to the order and there is no way it is communicated wrong!

Very clean, very friendly staff. The atmosphere is very nice. A nice place to hang out, relax or get work done. I frequently go here for breakfast or a drink.

Everything amazing!! But sometimes it can take 20 minutes for your drink to come out during busy days. But I don't mind.

I got the pink drink at Starbucks,it was recommended by the employee (they were out of what I Wanted). I wasn't too keen on trying this drink out of fear I'd purchase something I didn't like. The staff reassured me that if I didn't like it they could make me something different.. Guess what! The drink was yummy! Friendly staff who are eager to help.

I came here a few days ago and order a simple cookie and a grande apple fall drink. After 10 minutes of waiting it still wasn’t too busy and my singular cookie and small drink weren’t out. The staff moved incredibly slow and then said someone must’ve taken my drink (which wasn’t true since I was watching every order that came out). The lady then proceeded to make my drink and it tasted disgusting. Way too much milk and under-filled. As a barista myself I know that this untruthfulness and slow lazy behavior promotes such a negative customer service experience. I will not order here again.

Me and my girlfriend were working on our computer in the dining room Tonight when a couple disgruntled customers came in. I applaud the professionalism of the team during this interaction. They were respectful, empathetic and firm. I appreciate seeing this in any establishment and gladly leave this feedback
