This bakery never misses to satisfy. The location always keeps a wide variety of breads and drinks stocked and refreshed throughout the day. A very standard bakery where everything has a supreme quality. Service is awesome. Staff is very friendly. Place is well maintained and clean. Food is always fresh and great tasting.

I've never been to an 85 bakery with this huge dining area! Very clean and bright store. This is a famous affordable bakery from Taiwan. Love the Boroh Cream Danish!

Cool Taiwanese franchise bakery that’s made its way to California. The buns are decent, fresh, and the place seems to always be busy. Their cookies are okay, I probably should have tried another flavour. A couple of notes, not all the baked goods are labeled and many sell out during the day. Overall, a bit expensive but good to try for the experience.

This place is truly outstanding. It has some of the best pastries, baked goods, and assorted cookies, and all the other kinds of treats you could possibly desire. The food is really tasty and the customer support is very friendly and the lines are not usually that long of a wait. I highly recommend coming here for your treats. It also has outdoor patio seating as well as indoor table seating.

Most amazing fresh delicious delightful appetizing tastebud-crushing baked treats you'll ever find!! Milk toast! Omg and the garlic bread !! Crazy flavor. Also got a iced milk tea it was just as great! Location is really nice. It is inside of a huge shopping center and is not too crowded but I'm sure they can get a little pack because it's such a popular bakery! This has to be the most organized and clean looking business of any sort I've ever been inside of. I enjoy the whole experience from the front door to the register and appreciate the effort put into these fine baked goods! I will definitely be back every chance I get believe me my kids love these snacks.

It was great about 6 years ago but when economy gone up. Now prices are same as other Korean bakery franchise. And quality has gone down to. I would say some dough is cheaper than Korean franchise. But most are same price. Did you notice on bad reviews are mostly none Taiwanese. And huge amounts of 5 star are Taiwanese or Chinese. I wonder why?🤔🤔🤔 Please support the mom and poppa local bakery asian stores. They are same or needs improvement but people are very nice and very friendly and prices wow average are $1 cheaper and size are way bigger than these franchise bakery stores. Your money spent are sent back to these companies of original foreign countries. Help your neighborhood bakery.

Um yes please. Their $10 savory box was a good deal- lots of food- was expecting finger food and it was a lot bigger than expected (5 pretty decent sized items). Plus Sea Salt Caramel Coffee 🤯👍🏼 Also, Food was packaged so well too! I understand why they’re always busy!

First 85 Degrees store that had everything I can possibly look for. Especially the hard to find pork sung bread. Place is well stocked. Service was great and prompt. Bakery items were consistent and well marked. The area is being remodeled so so be aware of the construction and barriers in place.

By far my favorite location. The better customer service I’ve received at 85°. I wish they had warming lamps in the case For their savory pastries. And my only concern is they don’t have hand sanitizer or tongs out. I prefer the additional space in the cafe and the patio area for outdoor seating. Their coffee bar makes the best drink

We are big fans of 85 Degrees. They always have had and continue to grow their fantastic assortment of pastries. Anyone should be able to find at least one pastry that they enjoy from there. They continuously bake fresh bread throughout the day, so you do not really have to worry about your pastries being stale. If you are insistent on having the freshest bread, their employees yell “fresh bread” when they are bringing new ones out. We have never had anything we did not like from here, whether it be a pastry, beverage, or cakes.

This is a large location with a lot of seating. Fresh bread is constantly come out and the staff is super nice and quick!! This will be my regular spot, worth the extra few mins out of my way to visit.

  • 2/5 Taisia Z. 1 year ago on Google
Vietnamese coffee or Vietnamese ICE to be exact This doesn’t change the fact that you sell 2 ounces of coffee (regardless of how concentrated or not it is) for the price of 16 ounce cup! I don’t want to wait 20 minutes for ice to melt to enjoy my drink. It was 1 sip of coffee so it was extremely disappointing.

  • 1/5 The “Real” K. 1 year ago on Google
Worst drink makers/handlers...... you can literally here them say, "i dont care if its busy or if were backed up. I am gonna go at my own speed" took 20 minutes just to get one tea. They dont have proper mangement at this establishment. Breads are fresh tho because they do sell alot

  • 5/5 Leticia L. 5 years ago on Google
This is my favorite location. It's very spacious, selection is great and the staff is amazing. They are constantly bringing out fresh bread. There is enough tables for you to sit down, enjoy the bread/cakes without feeling the pressure that you need to hurry up because someone else is waiting for tables. My go to bread is the taro puff pastry and jasmine tea with sea salt. I recently discovered the multigrain sliced bread and it's amazing for avocado toast. SO DELICIOUS!!!! I highly recommend this bakery if you are looking for great cakes, fresh bread and amazing teas.

Fresh pastries, I love their sea salt coffee. Friendly staff and lots of spaces. Fairly new so everything is clean too

I love many of the breads. I take my order to go because it's quite crowded inside. I usually eat my first bread on the way home. Because they are so good, I can't wait to get to the house.

I love how fresh and original their baked goods are. I always end up getting more than i originally went for. The Vietnamese coffee is to die for. I wish they made a bigger size. I dang near need two!!!

    I love their cakes.

  • 5/5 Josaleen T. 3 years ago on Google
All the baked goods are already packaged now. They also control the amount of ppl in the store. We might have came in on a rare day, but their credit card machines were down so it was cash only so bring cash just in case

The cakes, desserts and Boba are delicious. The Boba texture is perfect. I ordered the Ice Mountain Green Tea with Boba. I liked the freshness of the tea and the unique drink options. The Black Forest Cake and the Sponge Cakes are spongey and delicious. If I want a quick snack, I will get a chocolate filled pastry bread. You can see them making everything in the kitchen and the cakes are decorated beautifully.

    Family favorite place. Always fresh.

  • 5/5 Jane D. 6 years ago on Google
We love this bakery. It's a self serve style when it comes to the bread, but as far as the cakes and dessert cups, you'll have to get in line to order it (which you would need to do anyway to pay for your items). Their milk tea & guava slush are delicious. All their locations are usually busy so be ready to wait just a little. If they tend to run out of the pastry that you want, you could call it in ahead of time but there's a minimum dollar amount.

  • 5/5 Levell D. 3 years ago on Google
Glad to see them back open. I know changing their method to pre-wrapping each item takes more time but is needed during this time

This Bakery/Coffee/Tea/Breakfast Everything you could ever desire in one place. I didn't know what to do.... I wanted one of everything in there. The prices are fair to a tad bit high. Nothing outrageous. But I saw some prices that I thought were a great deal. Customer service was good- it was busy when I went. The gentleman who helped me was awesome. I haven't tasted anything yet - I'm looking forward to it. Everything looks great!

It is a very good place, but one thing we dont like: During Covid 19, better to not pick up the cake slides with the your hand just after collecting and checking after other customers order and money.

After my Thanksgiving morning activities with the XtraKredit Feed The IE project, I needed to get a gift for my mom, and I know one of her favorite cafes is this spot, 85C Bakery Cafe that is near her work at the Kaiser Lab. I was surprised to find that they were not that busy and I was able to walk into the bakery cafe that had no crowd. I managed to get a snack for myself and purchased 2 $20 gift cards that I would give to my mom, as her birthday gift, and I kept the 2 limited-edition mugs. The way I write reviews is that I evaluate businesses based on “the experience,” “the safety,” and “the people.” The experience was awesome in that the set up of the cafe is pretty open and there is a clear direction of where things are and a clear presentation of the products in front of me. The safety measures were in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic since there was an “in” door and an “out” door to prevent cross-traffic, as well as readily available hand sanitizer. The people, especially the Supervisor-on-Duty Ryan, promoted a positive energy in which they handled guests with a consistent “vibe” is what I say. Before taking any of the photos I posted, I asked permission from Ryan the Supervisor, and he was all for it. Thank you to the 85C Bakery Cafe team for allowing me not only to purchase a gift for my mom but also to take photos that are really worth a 1000 words and I just want to write a few 100 of them. - R•O•N

Only 4 stars. When they first opened this location, it was always full of delicious baked treats and breads. Now they don't offer as many items, including my favorite Bread. Maybe it's covid restrictions, but something is missing... oh yeah, my fruit and nut bread. Still good, in any case. Also Beautiful cakes and tarts. Enjoy
