You order a service for 25 EUR, at the reception they confirm this service (same as few times before), and at the end you have to pay 37 EUR, because they added a quick "pedicure", which nobody ordered. Even after telling them they don't admit a mistake. Seems like a tourist trap. It's sad, because it seemed like a good place before.

My gelinho manicure lasted 2 days before it started to chip and peel. While I was there I asked about other services as well, can I get a brushing , no, no time.how, about my eyelashes extensions, sorry it’s her day off. This is a Saturday. It’s a very modern salon, but if you have no services ever available, what’s the point. I went to another salon had my hair blown out, got my eyes done for half the price. The thing is there are people standing around doing nothing, so I just didn’t get it.

Being new to Cascais I was looking for a skincare facility. Purely by luck, I came upon this beautiful clinic/spa and Dr. Alexandra Konzen! The facilities are beautiful as are the friendly and knowledgeable staff, Carolina gives luscious and relaxing massages that melt you! They have an array of excellent product lines as well. I’m quite impressed with the mesotherapy treatments, as well as the facials performed by Aliciane. Highly recommended!

Both friendly and skillful. The precise combination one wants when going for any service. And a great price! Happy to recommend Maison d'Beauté Spa :)
