I had a wax with Mary and a shiatsu massage with Luisa. Mary is very friendly and gave me the most painless massage I've genuinely ever had. The strips of wax felt much thinner than the ones they use in London and Mary made extra sure the wax was never too hot. She even taught me some Portuguese! Then I had a massage with Luisa, who has magic fingers! She managed to massage out the tension in my glutes to the point where I no longer felt any pain in them. When we started on them, I couldn't help but wriggle around and make noise, so she tried a different method and by the end they were completely pain free on one side (the other side was a lot worse but still made amazing progress). I'm so grateful to both of them for such lovely experiences and can't recommend them enough! Mary can speak Spanish & Portuguese and Luisa can speak French & Portuguese. Despite my non existent Portuguese speaking abilities I was able to communicate with them well enough in the other 2 languages.

Mary is not only a master of her profession but she is also a sweetheart of a human being! She is patient, excellent at what she does and an expert in Brazilian wax. The best I’ve had here and in the States! Highly recommend her.

O atendimento é feito com profissionalismo, atenção, calma, cuidado, muito personalizado. O procedimento que fiz foi o Peeling Rose de Mer. A Mary explica tudo, cada etapa do processo, dá-nos muita segurança, pois, podemos ver que ela tem conhecimento e sabe o que faz. Fiquei muito satisfeita com o resultado, minha pele parece nova! (diminuiu as manchas, uniformizou a pele, fechou os poros, e até clareou minhas olheiras. Tornei-me cliente assídua, porque é impossível conhecer o Spa e o trabalho da Mary e não ficar fã.
