Absolutely nothing to complain about. Hotel was impeccably clean in a way I’ve never seen before. Breakfast was great and having lunch & dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Bedrooms are comfortable, staff is friendly and free parking is a nice bonus.

Even if it lacks a little bit of personality (like very often in this type of hotel), the room was comfortable and quiet, with very good quality bed and pillows. A big plus compared to other similar hotels was the ability to open the window! Breakfast was very nice, with a good variety (salty hot dishes are renewed everyday), dinner was also very good, and the fitness room is well equipped. Very convenient location, at walking distance from office buildings around.

Poor experience didn’t get what we paid for. On the beach totally misrepresented what the hotel offered in terms of services and accommodation. More suited for business guests who seems to be more important than families.

We were attending a conference in Carnaxide and this was the perfect base. Hotel was very clean and staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Breakfast was a good quality and served in a peaceful unhurried atmosphere.

almost everything was there for what I needed. A few more electrical sockets would be appreciated, especially there are none on one side of the King bed. Very helpful front desk staff. prices were very reasonable.

Stayed here for two nights, beautiful business hotel in a quiet district about 20 minutes outside of the main city. Close to big shopping mall for food outlets and clothing shops. Stuff very courteous and professional, breakfast buffet on par with most modern hotels. Only issue was that room did not have tea/coffee making facilities but quickly rectified by room service who brought up a kettle.

As always, the team at Lagoas Park make each stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious, well equipped bathroom, strong wifi, good TV / hair dryer / appliances. Great room service (full menu till 22:30 then good choice of snacks overnight). Love the beef and garlic warm sandwich!

Simply average 4* hotel, dated rooms, below average breakfast diversity, basic services. Far from the city center, but that is not an issue since it's mostly business oriented. Not necessarily bad, but nothing to write home about.

My stay was absolutely pleasant. I liked the room, the service, the restaurant. Personally, I had some difficulty with the pillows which I found not comfortable and too high and fluffy for my taste.

In general, a very nice hotel. However, I highly advise you to pick this hotel if you're staying with a car, since its location is a little bit isolated from the commercial centers/downtown. Even the Oeiras Parque mall, which might look close enough, is a 30min walk distance from the hotel. Still talking about cars, I can't remember a hotel with a such nice parking lot like Lagoas Park Hotel had. Plenty of underground parking spaces (even during the holiday weekend) and you can choose whatever you want, no additional fees, no ticket validation, no bureaucracy. Although we had little contact to the staff (other than during the check-in/check-out and breakfast), they're always polite. The room was pretty good. The A/C could be a little bit cooler, but still, did a decent job. The bed was comfortable, the TV was huge (one of the biggest I've ever seen in a European hotel) and a lot of channels, even the premium ones were available. Decent refrigerator, functional lighting, working safe and spatious bathroom. No issues with the shower (which is a plus, since the last hotels we stayed in Portugal curiously presented issues with showers/tubs). The view was nice and, overall, there was noise isolation at some degree. We only had noise problems in our first night, since several rooms on our floor were being occupied by some youth national team from Portugal (whose members were extremely loud, screaming, laughing and shouting with their doors open even at 11PM). In the Easter Eve, the hotel gifted us with a very nice "carrot", with small chocolate eggs inside. We really appreciated it! The breakfast was very good: pancakes/crepes, scrambled eggs, bacon etc. I'd have liked to see more variety in breads and cheese/hams though. You could pick comfortable tables outside the breakfast area if you wanted, which was a plus. One of the male hosts though made us feel a little bit uncomfortable at times, but nothing that ruined our experience, that's for sure. Another suggestion would be tagging the cheese/hams. The only thing I really missed from the Hotel, considering it was a 4* and considering the hotel level itself was having bottled water and coffees/teas as courtesy in the rooms (instead of being charged 1,50 € per Nespresso capsule). Many hotels in Lisbon (even 3* ones) provide these items for free. Other than that, I really recommend the place.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days for work and found this an excellent recommendation from my work colleagues. The staff were welcoming after a long travel and at the end of each long working day. My room was an excellent retreat, clean, well stocked and a fabulous view across to the coast. I only hope i have another working visit soon so i can book this hotel again.

Very convenient location as our offices are next to it. Overal quite good impression, friendly staff, good restaurant food (had dinnners there), clean room and premises… I’ll definitely stay there again. Only complaint I have is 5th floor carpet had a smell like it got wet and didn’t dry properly, however you can’t feel it in room, just when ealkong from room to elevator.

Great Staff, Always helpful and caring. Cleaning need improvement and GREEN initiatives should be implemented such as shower gell/ shampoo dispenser. A crew room is highly reccomanded, a private area away from ther hotel guests in which meet with coffee/ tea and microwave facilities.

JUST WOW!! A MEMORABLE STAY AT LAGOAS PARK HOTEL!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually write reviews but having just come back from this holiday, I had to write this review. The hotel is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and I have done a lot of travelling). Where do I even start… firstly, a few weeks before coming, I emailed and mentioned that we were coming for my mum’s milestone birthday and requested for help sorting out a cake etc. The hotel responded so quickly and organised everything for us from a cake, and candles and the drinks we got served for the day. During our stay, the staff and team went over and beyond expectations to make us feel so warmed and welcomed. A special thanks to Pedro, who shuttled my parents to the mall and came to pick them up and made sure they were fine while my sis and I went sightseeing that day. A special thanks to Junior for organising the cake etc for my mum. She felt so special and loved - we definitely would not have been able to make it happen without you and your team. It is the attention to detail, the bright warm smile (at what ever time and from ALL staff) and accommodating and assisting with our every need that elevates this hotel from a 4 star to a 7 star hotel. The hotel staff from the breakfast staff to the cleaners, 100% embody what hospitality, customer service and professionalism looks and feels like. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wow what can I say.... I was left speechless by the warm reception that we received at Lagoas Park hotel. We travelled as a family to celebrate my mum's 70th birthday in Lisbon and we were looking for a hotel to stay. We decided on Lagaos Park hotel due to the reviews, even though it was situated outside of Lisbon city centre. This was by far the best decision we made as we received a stellar reception from when we arrived to when we left. We were able to explore Lisbon using the hotel as our base and the buffet breakfast was very filling. All of the hotel staff made sure we were looked after from the cleaners, to the waiters,to the receptionists. We really appreciated this and would recommend this hotel for a restful break. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and made us feel at home in Lisbon. The hotel has a shuttle service that picked us up/dropped us off at the train station and shopping plaza. They even waited for us while we went shopping and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them!! When we celebrated my mum's birthday, the staff did the utmost to make my mum feel like a queen. They arranged for a cake and drinks to be provided and were more than happy to take photos of us as a family. We even requested breakfast boxes to take with us on the way home as we had an early flight to catch. As this was our first time travelling to Lisbon, we really did not know what to expect. We were certainly blown away by the warmth, humility and level of professionalism that we received. We will certainly be visiting this hotel again and would recommend this hotel to prospective travellers. We learnt so much about the Portuguese culture and the language including 'Obrigada' which means thank you. We would like to say a special thank you to Pedro and Junior for going the extra mile to make our trip and my mum's birthday so memorable!!

My second stay there and I was also very happy. Rooms are clean, breakfasts are tasty and I especially liked to spend my evenings at the bar (the staff at the bar was fantastic!). The only disadvantage for me is the location (quite far from where I needed to be every morning). Other than that: highly recommend

Every member of staff is a credit to the hotel. Both the Shuttle drivers ,Edgar and Pedro are reliable, knowledgeable , polite and have good humour...The bar staff are extremely professional. Comfortable rooms...but no mirror. Adequate breakfast ..Good Coffee and Teas , fresh fruit and Croissants..."Cold" Fried Eggs.! Perfect location for equidistant access to main tourist destinations. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

The room was good, but had a somewhat hidden red light flashing that was quite annoying when shutting off all lights and going to sleep. Too tired to call and inquire why is was necessary to have the blinking red lighting close to the ceiling. Otherwise, the room was quiet, comfortable and easy to settle into. The breakfast was great but would have benefited from having a properly prepared espresso available instead of a machine that just didn't quite make it as well as most espresso makers.

Great hotel. One thing surprises me. There is no bathroom by the gym in the basement. No where to wash your hands. Great breakfast and very nice and calm. A good business hotel. Best one in the area.

Great hotel, perfectly clean, excellent beds, very good restaurant. Shame it is far from basically every activities for people without cars. The wi-fi needs to be upgraded or changed, it keeps logging you off every 30min or so and it is really slow

I liked the hotel ,the front desk employees very helpfull ,breakfast was very good . I would like to mention that I did not like that the employees in front desk are standing even when they are not taking care of someone .

The staff was amazing and the beds very comfortable and clean. However, the room (503) had some maintenance issues. The closet door on the left side is broken and does not slide. The toilet flush does not shut off after flushing. The tub does not drain and so when showering, you stand in 5cm of water. These items should be obvious to the staff and reported. I would still recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

I stayed for 9 nights and was pleased by the hotel. Comfortable, clean, very quiet and dark at night (curtains were very efficient at keeping the light out). The staff was always cheerful and efficient. Tiego at the bar/restaurant went out his way to be helpful and was a perfect server. Breakfast buffet was exceptionally good, including lots of fresh fruit. I ate dinner in the restaurant twice -- excellent quality, quantity, and preparation.

Super kind staff everywhere, the receptionists, the drivers, the cleaners… everyone. The hotel is a little bit off from the center or the beach, but there is a free shuttle service to drive you around in town. The rooms are beautiful and really clean. The breakfast is amazing. There is even a gym on the -1 floor. Honestly the best hotel in the area.

Perfect choice for business travelers. It’s not only because it is centrally located between cascais and Lisbon, nor the brand new equipped gym, not even the free underground parking neither the free shuttle service to the nearest shopping mall. It is because of the people that work there and how well it is managed. The service is very personal. Staff is friendly and always ready to help with whatever you might need. And that makes this hotel so remarkable. Tip: The hotel is located in a business district so there are couple of restaurants for lunch one minute walk from the hotel. don’t miss the closest cafe and lunch place across the street. just straight ahead when you turn left and walk down the entrance stairs.

Everything was perfect. The staff very friendly, the rooms are big and clean.

I stayed here two nights while on a business trip and the experience couldn't have been better. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet at night, the shower's pressure was great and the breakfast buffet had everything you could ever want in the morning. I booked a couple of shuttles to the office with no issues, customer service in general was excellent. Will look forward to stay here again in the future, greatly recommended

The staffs were always friendly. The shuttle drivers were such gentlemen. The breakfast was exceptional. Rooms are clean. Myself and my sister enjoyed our stay. I came from Canada, my sister from Ireland. The five days we spent was really nice. Beautiful hotel.

The hotel provides a very good experience. I would prefer if in the bedroom it was provided the possibility of making a cup of tea. Several hotels provide it and for me it makes a lot of difference since before sleep it feels good having a cup of tea in the bed. The staff is very kind and professional. As a vegan person I found the breakfast and the meal with excellent choices.

We stayed here our last night before flying out of Lisbon airport and it was just what we needed. Very spacious room and bathroom and the service was great. Everything was comfy and they recommended a local village and restaurant that we went to that was really good. Free parking with the room

Very accommodating, staff were great I was given complimentary champagne and a birthday cake because of my birthday. Location was great wasn’t too far from shopping centre 5 minute drive 20 minutes walking Distance to the shopping centre. Highly recommend and good value for your money.

Very friendly staff, great choices for breakfast, clean and the suite was very comfortable with louds of room, perfect for families and with two balconies with a great view. Plenty of toiletries and the pillows are amazing, very very comfortable. Highly recommended and will be back. Thanks to all the staff. Covid procedures in place, that makes you feel more secure.
