It's very full and expensive. You can just swim on one lane, because the other ones are blocked for training. Wouldn't do it again.

Staff is kind and knowledgeable, very good care of the place and its users.

First impression. Very bright and airy Nice modern, clean feel to a spotless gym. Went for a nutritionist Drs Margarida Tinoco. 1st appt. Very impressed with the way I was guided thru an effortless consultation. Now thinking of joining the gym. I was so impressed. The staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up!

Excellent place, great gym! Wonderful people. Was there training with Wave Crusher Training System people and its a must if you wana make the most in Portugal's big waves!!! Come and join us!!!

Affordable place where you can swim, and take other classes, like Pilates, ballet for kids or judo for kids among other options. Or you can just hit the gym for cardio and wheigth lifting. The infrastructure could be better, but still does the job.

Good quality and price for the gymnasium and also for the pool and excellent for the staff always ready to assist.

Great swimming pool facilities. Also has gymnastics and gym classes.

Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience. We booked aquarobic through urban sports. Noone told us to come with a cap however we brought one just in case. My friends cap didn't made it so she borrowed one. The class was so booked that we were standing in the flat water. We were not even saying anything but the trainer thought she should give us a random comment that is somehow our fault we should come closer to the front when it was obviously not possible due to the amount of ppl. We were just confused about why she even thought to bring it up. We didn't mentioned it. Somehow the trainer also gave us an attitude throughout the whole time still not sure why. The lifeguard however was worse. My friend got pulled out of the pool for investigation of her bikini. No lace just a very obvious bikini. After the session he made sure to tell her that she should wear a different bikini next time. I was wearing a very simple ripple black swimsuit. Like very very obviously a bathingsuit. All of a sudden he investigated me if that is even a bathing suit?! And told us we should wear one from decathlon?! Pretty weird interaction so we decided never to go there again.
